Bought a battery that was 4 months old.said nappa rite on the battery and it was on the battery saying how old it was.guy would not stick behind his garbage product without a receipt...o well I'll give all my buisness to oreilleys....wasn't trying to get ovr on no one but the money I payed wasn't cheap at all for the service and use I got I'm not happy at all so b careful with this guy he don't cate at all bout his customers

I first visited a different parts store locally who told me I should go home and Google what part I would need and then comeback. The guy at Napa spent 20 minutes with me researching to find out what I needed.

I love a place I can converse with the guy behind the counter and he actually knows his job. Fairly priced and usually have what I need.
