Hands down the best experience i have had with a car dealership. I traveled from out of sate to purchase my vehicle and they made it worth every mile. I could not recommend them enough. Great business to work with! You wont regret buying from them!

Bought a 2002 Harley-Davidson Fatboy. I travel from Western Maryland to pick up the motorcycle. Everyone was very nice and helping me with my trip. Had a couple of problems with title transfer, but even after the purchase, everyone still continue to help me in a very pleasant manor. All in all it was a great experience.

They literally saved our Gingy Car! Alternator & all power died just as we drifted into their driveway! Repairs were done quicker than expected. All the staff we spoke with were professional & kind. What a difference from other car dealers in town. Thank You Everyone who got Gingy back to us!

Shopping for cars has always stressed me out. This was by far the best experience I ve ever had. Every person in the office was there to help in any way. I have never had so many people come up to there coworkers during the process to see if they could help with this or that! Highly recommend Henry Hobscheidt Motors and will continue going to them! They found me a car I ve always wanted that is reliable and far better in the weather than my old car. Thank you so much guys!

Purchased a truck from these guys today and it was an amazing experience. Very laid back atmosphere with personable people from the owner on down. I worked with Jeremy and he was probably one of the best salesman I've ever worked with. No high pressure sales approach, knowledgeable and willing to help out before and after the sale. Would definitely recommend this dealership. I'll be going back when the time comes.

Just wanted to give you all a shout out on how truly impressed I was with the transaction we made. I have never dealt with such fun, honest, enjoyable and trustworthy people. You guys made buying this truck a fun and enjoyable experience and have never had a car dealer send us home with a loaner until ours was ready and definitely have never had one delivered right to our driveway especially from so far away. Paid deposit to purchase vehicle on Ebay listed by Henry Hobscheidt motors, purchasing for my son, called the dealership to confirm they received deposit and we were moving forward, was told yes all was good to go. HHM emailed me bank wiring information to pay balance of the purchase. Get a call from HHM 3 hours later stating that they sold the car to someone else and would mail me a check for my deposit in a week. Horrible way to do business, deals like this are why the industry has a bad reputation. Shady, not to mention the disappointment for my son.

We have made several vehicle purchases from Jeff at various locations. Regardless of location, the experience was above reproach.All of my previous purchases, made at other dealerships, I would rate making a car purchase, at best, barely tolerable.I can't say enough good things about all the people working here that make the experience a pleasant one, always willing to go the extra mile.More importantly, I have never been dissatisfied with a purchase.

The best experience at a dealership I have ever had. The sales team was honest and really friendly. There was no high pressure sales tactics. They offered me fair value for my trade right off the bat. The process with Bob in the finance department was easy and fast. The entire process was great, and I would highly recommend them. I am sure we will be back when we need our next vehicle.

Jeff, Corey and the crew are a rare example of people that truly care about their customers, went out of their way to take care of an unusual circumstance regarding a vehicle my daughter recently purchased there and to be commended for their stand up attitude and approach on a resolution. My family has purchased several vehicles here and will continue to do so in the future. If you want quality, caring and a genuine small town attitude of 'Customers Matter' then this is the place to go, two thumbs up to this place, a must visit for anyone who wants a quality vehicle at a fair price with phoenomenal management. This IS the place to go !!!

Buyers Beware! I went here for a specific jeep they had. They said it was going to auction and offered me a "similar one that a mechanic at this place had as a personal vehicle. After buying it I learned that the suspension (air)($3500) was bad as it would sink every time it was parked. AC kept going out($400) and the icing on the cake was a $4500 camshaft that was bad. Needless to say my supposed overpriced family vehicle ended up costing over $8000 extra with everything done. I now have a $23000 vehicle that's worth $12k.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Henry Hobscheidt Motors and each experience has been delightful. The salesmen worked overtime to verify that I got exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you are in the market for a gently used vehicle. Great customer service, friendly faces, and the employees/owners know you by name. Check them out!

Never have I dealt with such a Great group of professionals.Jeff and Cory, Andy, Bob.... everyone Excellent.I drove 170+ miles to look at and buy a motorcycle, Then 3 days later back over and bought a pickup. Again I was very impressed and satisfied.I just couldn't say enough good about them in all, (just watch the quarter ).Again I have to thank everyone there! I will be back over for sure.Thanks guys

We recently purchased a camper & made arrangements to have this place put all new tires on it, for us. unfortunately, had no clue the shop are was too small to accommodate our camper. So the technicians improvised and set us up across the street, changing out our tires by hand. We appreciated the hard work!

Took my car to 3 different car repair shops. No one could fix the issue. Brought it to Henry Hobscheidt Motors and they figured out the issue and was able to fix it. My car ia running great. Great service and price. Highly recommend if you have car issues!

Every time I have called, I have been able to get my vehicle in on my timeline. Everyone is friendly and talk to me like a person. I was fed up dealing with shops that treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about because I'm a woman. I recommend anyone who wants to be told as an equal to go to Henry Hobscheidt shop

This has been the best vehicle purchase we've ever made.Our salesman Dave was and is great. He held a Harley Tri Glide for several days for us to plan our trip and get ready to come down to view. We live up in the Mississippi Headwaters area, a 550 mile drive at 9 mpg fuel mileage. Holding bike was very important to us.Bike was and is in better shape than described.Everyone at this dealership was and are so helpful. From the shop personnel to the owner.Mind you, this is not a Harley dealer, but they have sold and have plenty there serviced and ready for it's new owner.We have bought two new Harleys at a Harley dealership. Here the tech had spent alot of time going over the bike with us, more then any dealership had ever done for us.Need to "clone" this dealership.

Went to look at a vehicle at this location and after a test drive I advised the salesperson that there s in a issue with steering as you can hear a grinding noise while car is parking and wheel is being turned. Salesman heard the noise himself and said car would go into the shop the following Monday. Told salesmen if they look at the issue and get if fixed that I would purchase it. Called back 2 days later and asked if they looked at the issue and salesman told me that they sold it to another person without even looking at the steering issue. Good luck to the person that bought the car and did not have it inspected and shame on the dealer for selling it with a known steering issue.

When I started trying to negotiate price on a 2016 HD Fat Boy Lo they increased the price and then suggested I was mistaken. I still have an email with the lower advertised price for that bike. When you click the link in the email that directs to the current advertised price it lists the increased price so there is no mistake that they had that specific bike listed for that price.
