The experience that I got since I first reached out to the moment I got to take it home couldn t be better. Kayla was there she answered all my questions I had and worked with me every step of the way at my pace. Tyler helped me out even more by going out of his way to make things better for me cause he wanted better for me when it came to the financing stuff. The vehicle needed a part ordered so I believe the managers name is EJ he came introduced himself and informed me of the problem but told me not to worry gave me a loaner cause he did not want me to leave with the car since it was a safety concern for them.Customer service at their best keep it up. Definitely will be coming back if the future for me is another vehicle.

Bought my 2022 RAM 2500 - within first few weeks my console would shut down and reboot - I brought it up to the service department - unfortunately they couldn t get it to have the same issue while at shop. The problem continued and it finally does the reboot consistently - we took it back - after a couple of days of attempts it finally shuts down and reboots. The burr in my butt is the comments back that because this isn t the same type of issue that has been notated by others and now I m at 46K miles (I bought the extended warranty) and even though it was brought in for this issue right away - it s not covered by warranty. I will never purchase another vehicle here and I will share with everyone I know the level of poor service this dealership offers. If it was offered to mark this lower then a 1 star I would have done that.

I asked them to lift it up so I could see the underside, and instead they brought me a printout of their inspection. They told me there was half the brake life left, and the first thing I had to do was get a brake job on the front from my mechanic. That's what as is means with used vehicles. And Craig and Connor didn't call to check up after I bought the truck even though Connor said he was going to. I love the truck though.I bought the future oil changes when I bought the truck. Yesterday's took 3-1/2 hours even though I made an appointment. Plus they found several things I needed repaired on their inspection. I don't know whether to believe them, so now I have to take it to a real mechanic.

As far as dealing with my service representative Hayden, my experience was good. But when it comes down to the reason my truck was in there, I would trust a high school tech class more than the mechanics at Greg Young Chevy of Plattsmouth. This is not my first time having an issue with my vehicles being there. My 2011 Silverado was in for a radiator repair/replacement. After my wife picked up my truck a couple of days later, she noticed that the head did not work. I checked the coolant reservoir, and it was completely dry. I will not accept any excuse for this due to 2 years ago I performed a coolant system flush and had 0 issues making sure that the system was full as required, and this took me about 1.5 hours to complete. It took the technician 3 hours to change the radiator and service it up. It then took 4 hours yesterday for the technician to get the air out of the system. I have had other instances with this service department not tightening the oil filter enough on my wife s Yukon, so then the truck leaked oil all over my driveway, I have also caught them not rotating my tire when I have paid them to complete that service.

Gabe was very upfront and honest. If i had any questions he couldn't answer, he found someone who could. The buying process was upfront and fair. Finally, I found a dealership that isnt just out to screw their customers!

So we've had some problems with them since we got the vehicle over things my husband was dealing with. The day my husband messaged them something they didn't like, a man that worked for them called me. He was very, well, snarky with me asking me about it and asked if I knew what he was talking about. I couldn't believe how he was treating me especially since my husband informed them to contact him because I just lost my dad that day. No one deserves to be treated disrespectful lthat way like that man did to me that day. I finally and calmly told him that my father JUST died and hung up.

I emailed in over a holiday weekend for a Eprice on a preowned vehicle they have on the lot. I'm a hour away and would need a ride there as I don't have a trade in. A automated robot message contacted me on text. No calls or emails from the dealer once the holiday was over. I'm glad I didn't take the time to drive there.

Well let's start w bought a car from then tryed to return the car because I decided I hated it about a week later wasn't really sold on it when I was there but thought its a new car and I got what I thought was a good price.... now let's break it down to the problems. Caed multiple times to sales guy Micheal and kept getting told he would call back after he spoke with financing never got a call back called again he said sorry I was busy and again said he would call back and nothing.... so I was like I guess I'm stuck with it.... went in a few weeks later to take my title in for my trade in.... spoke to manager about the car I told him I didn't like it and that never got a call back ect he said he would try to find me something else and didn't want me to be unhappy with the car and he would contact me back w option no surprise never head from him its been almost 2 weeks.... now biggest issue and ill take blame for not double checking I was told I was buying the car for 38k plus the gap ext... Im Going to plate my car and the price was 48k THATS 10K different then the price I agrees on.... I WILL NEVER REFER ppl here and will make sure to tell them my story... extremely disappointed with the whole experience, the broken promises and the fact I shown one price even signed a paper with the offer and then on final paper work a huge difference.... make sure u READ EVERYTHING! OR just go to woodhouse or somewhere else.

Love the people. They always take care of me in both sales and service. Troy and Craig are the best. They make it convent and easy and put the car fax on every used vehicle on their website. The guy below must clearly doesn t do any research or works at another dealership and the review is just a hit job.

I bought a new (used) truck from Gregg Young a little over a month ago. Due to a manufacturer defect, right away it needed a whole new motor. While I'm disappointed the truck needed to be fixed right away, Gregg Young took care of it and gave me a brand new truck as a loaner for the whole time my truck was down. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them.

I made a trip from Aurora, NE to Plattsmouth with the intention of looking at a couple of other trucks as well, Bill was my salesman and treated me great, made an easy trip out what was expected to be a day cruising car lots! I look forward to working with these guys again in the future! I m working on this review after he filled the tank with gas and went to help detail this truck for delivery.

In October 2022, I Sheila Propp, bought a 2012 GMC Denali from Bill Merrill. I realize it was a preowned vehicle but my check engine light came on one month after the purchase and it hasn t even been a year and I need a new transmission with only putting 6,000 miles on it. I have reached out in a phone call and emailed Bill and haven t received any contact from them. Please rethink your decision to buy from them!

Service department didn't fix any of the issues the first time I brought the car in. Asked about a spare key for a month and they said no we don't have it. Asked when I picked up the car and took an extra 2 hours after they had the car from Wednesday-Saturday.

I inquired about a truck last night through email and Salesman Michael Major was calling me within minutes wanting to know if I had any questions about the truck. He was polite and seemed to be helpful, until he texted me today and found out I wanted to negotiate price of truck. He wanted nothing to do with this and I even said I had a paid off vehicle to trade in, and never once asked about it, condition, miles etc..he was really anxious to call and text me, but changed his attitude when I wanted to negotiate. He seems to be new or just a terrible salesman and I wouldn t want to deal with him or the dealership ever again. People, do your research, NEVER pay what a dealership asks and even when they say they have a couple hundred dollars to negotiate and that s all, and they refuse to go any lower, then walk out and buy somewhere else. It s that simple. It s not rocket science and you don t deserve to get screwed by Greg Young or any other dealership.

I went to this dealership on March 4th to purchase a car. Not long after we parked, Kayla came outside to help me out. Last time I purchased a car, I was at the dealership for 5+ hours, at Gregg Young, I was in and out in less than 3 hours, and had a fantastic experience with my saleswoman, Kayla. Throughout the whole experience, Kayla was right there to answer any questions I had, and answer them quickly as well. It was nice to have such a non-pushy, straight to the facts, helpful but not annoying saleswoman! I m very happy with the entire experience I had, and can t say enough good things. I m hoping to not need another car anytime soon, but if I do, I know where I ll be going. Thanks again to Kayla for making a typically awful experience quite the opposite.

I purchased my vehicle over a year ago. Yeah, sure it's been a year. Figured I'd calm down before writing a review. To start I will admit my experience with the salesman and repair shop was great. Now the part that is and was irritating. Currently, and this is my own fault as well. But, going through the paperwork to find my coverage I purchased this year NOT through Gregg young. I found I had purchased collision insurance for a year and their 3rd party aftermarket warranty. That is my gripe a little over a year after my purchase. I even went in to Sam the finance manager to see what I could do to keep the one warranty I knew I purchased. To be told he'd call me back and let me know. Well, months later I went with someone else for that extended coverage (not knowing about the one that was still active) and still no call from Sam. That's not my only problem I had with him. To keep things short I'll just say basic statements.-Didn't complete the licensing paperwork refused to complete it and send to the dmv over 30 days after purchase-Refused to work with me with financing (writing up the purchase paperwork to compare with my own Bank's offer)-took over 4 hours after days of working with him to finish the finance paperwork. If I would have know that I would have just gone with my bank and gave them a check.-Again, refused to send info to extend my current warranty coverage-He single handily ruined what could have been a fantastic experience.
