We purchased our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from here from Lonnie, and although we didn t get to meet Lonnie in person due to personal reasons, he was fantastic!! Rashawn was great and helped with a few issues we had after the fact and fixed them right away without any questions or hesitation, plus gave us a loaner car for a whole week which was so helpful. We will be back for another purchase after they treated us with respect and helped fix problems we had with kindness and follow up.Thank you all involved!!

Copple~ Plattsmouth is great to work with! Sales Rep Lonnie B. was very personable and pleasant to deal with. My Fianc� and I purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX that was pretty great condition and low miles for the year it is. Was easy to get financing. We will def see Lonnie @ Copple ~ Plattsmouth on our next vehicle. Thanks Lonnie!

From start to finish our experience at Copple Auto was exceptional. Sean was our direct dealer. He took the time to explain the details of each vehicle we viewed and made sure we would be happy with our selection. Rashon, the general sales manager, followed up with us as well. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We appreciated everyone's collective support! A small town feel with quality service. We will return!

I worked with Max at Copple. He was great! Good communication and follow-up. I had no pressure or pushing, and had several specific questions that Max found the research and got back with me. Max gave me the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I am not an easy customer- I got a really great car and a very fare price with no up sale on things I do not need. Thank you Max.

From the moment I arrived till the time I left with a vehicle I had nothing but exception attention to my needs. Couple Cars of Plattmouths employees had nothing but high spirit and cheerful attitude towards the presentation of their assets as well directed towards its customers. Bought a Kia Stinger GT2 here 2 years ago. I still absolutely love this sport sedan. Coolest Mom car ever, for the middle class. One day I ll have a Lambo or Ferrari, until then the Stinger is perfect. Thanks team copple for being so friendly and always checkin in to see how things have been.

Bought a truck from Copple about 15 months ago. The whole experience was outstanding. Lonnie treated us like royalty. He answered all of my questions and let me drive a bunch of vehicles before I found the one. 15 months later and the truck is running great, including several trips out of state. When you go to Copple, ask for Lonnie. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased a used pickup from Copple Cars. I had a great experience! I got the deal I asked for, and our salesman Sean Hausman was great to work with. He was a big help getting the deal we were looking for. We were met with friendly people and smiles as we walked in the door. There was even things to keep our son occupied! If you are in the market for a nice used vehicle, I would recommend Copple Cars Plattsmouth.

As a 20 year old and buying my first vehicle, I dealt with Russel and James. Talk about the perfect car buying experience, very hospitable and very family friendly. The staff is awesome to work with. Just a great overall first time car buying experience. Definitely highly recommend Copple and will be there again for my next future purchase.

Purchased a truck and it was relatively painless. I was in and out same day. I appreciated Russell going through every feature and button with me before I left. Getting a used truck is always an adventure. You never know what you're actually getting. There were some maintenance issues that took a little while to work out, but everybody eventually got things sorted. Crystal is awesome. She was very supportive and helpful even when she didn't have to be involved.

Great people. Magnificent buying experience. I purchased a used pickup from them, and the moment I pulled in the lot, it was very inviting and welcoming. After purchasing the vehicle there were some unfortunate issues that come about, and they were kind enough to spend time with me and make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with my purchase. It ended up costing us both a little, but ultimately the Copple team didn t have to do anything for me! Thanks for the great experience Team Copple!!!

The folks over at Copple Cars were very pleasant to deal with during a very stressful time! My parents' lost their house in a fire, and my car's engine died as I was making plans to go over and see them. Sean picked me up in my car of choice, and I decided it was a fit after a very pleasant test run! An issue did pop up, which I was given a loaner immediately while the shop fixed it up.After that, the very personable Russ assisted me through what turned out to be a very elusive fix, making sure I was always set up with something to get to work with while my car was being worked on. The shop (in both locations!) worked their collective butts off during an already busy time, absolutely amazed at the work done on the car.While I haven't been able to make the trip to see my folks yet (darn this snow storm!) I'm absolutely sure my car is set up for success on the trek. Thank you Copple for all of the work and time, I appreciated it never seemed like an annoyance but a chance to chat with me popping in constantly!

Great staff to work with. They go above & beyond expectations - Max & Russ, you both Rock!!! Very relaxed process; I wasn't made to feel pushed or rushed into this decision. They answered all of my questions. Max even brought the vehicle to me (in the rain no less) to test drive.. Sooo happy with my new purchase!! Can't thank you guys enough & plan on being a repeat customer in the future.

Purchasing a vehicle at Copple Cars is by far the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. After a few horrific experiences at other dealerships, working with Sean, Brandon & the rest of the Copple Cars team was a remarkably stress and pressure free experience! They were incredibly friendly and transparent with pricing and answering every question we had about the vehicle and it's history. We will never go to another dealership!! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!

Great customer service that you don t always get at a dealer. This is a small dealership and myself growing up in a small town and being a small town business owner in the past it is always great to shop with a fellow business owner who knows what it s like to be competing against the big stores. Louisville should be very proud of this dealership and of the other businesses that are in their town as so a I of these towns are dying and drying up. GREAT JOB COPPLE CARS.

I read a lot of reviews and it became a no brainer to buy from here. They definitely lived up to the expectations I came in with and even surpassed them. Russell was an amazing salesman and took everything I wanted very seriously. Rashon worked late to get me approved for a car since I couldn't come in physically to the shop. And Ed explained everything about the finances so I could understand. They made the process easy, fast and efficient. I will come back for my next car, not a doubt in my mind!!

Came into town from out of state to test drive a truck.We made it very clear we were in town for 1 day. Ended up not buying the truck due to the experience during our visit and went home. I continue to receive calls from the awkward sales guy, and the office lady weeks later. Pushy, and overbearing. The sales guy and office numbers have been blocked, but they keep trying. Get the hint! Would not recommend.

We had a great experience at Copple Cars in Plattsmouth. Lonnie, was our sales rep and he did a wonderful job. They were very accommodating to are busy and crazy schedule. My husband and I are repeat Copple purchasers/leasers, but this was our first time at the Plattsmouth location. We could not have been any happier with our experience. It was a smooth and quick experience. Will and Crystal helped us out and they were so great to work with. They listened and understood what we needed in order to get us into the truck we wanted. When I came in to look for a new vehicle I was treated nice and taken seriously by everyone working, some places in Lincoln have been rude or treated me like I was a waste of time so I took my business else where and I m glad I did, Lonnie was kind and very knowledgeable and got me in the truck I wanted. Next time I upgrade I ll be back for sure
