Excellent service. Customer care was fantastic & the prices are definitely better than most shops that offer the same services. I really appreciate the willingness to replace my tires as quickly as they did.

Not so much for the automotive part, but service by the associates is lacking. Needed some headlight bulbs... which are locked up... for good reason, but it took over 10 minutes to get assistance in unlocking the case and getting the bulbs.

I have been coming here for tire work & oil changes since it opened. I am fairly certain Michael has been there every time, or at least every time in recent memory. Always friendly, informative, & direct. When he is working the desk or answering the phone I know I am getting the right information.Thank you Michael & congrats on 20 years of service. I hope Walmart compensates you appropriately. I had them change my oil a couple of weeks ago and I usually take it to the dealership but this time I did take it to Walmart and I let them go ahead and change the oil in my vehicle and it turned out actually amazing they did everything they were supposed to, and I am very impressed. A lot of people did say that they usually forget to put the plug back in and so I did make sure I checked everything before I pulled off and everything was great.

First come, first serve for a flat repair. I showed up at 730 and was told there was a 3 hr wait. After waiting about 3.5 hrs my car finally got in for service. The tech was nice, but told me he couldn't repair it (I got it repaired at Firestone the next day). They had 4 or so persons working, one was on her phone for a good 90 minutes while I was waiting and the others were either working at a snail pace or tasked with other "retail" duties like stocking shelves. This was my first visit to a Walmart in about a decade and it will probably be another decade before I go back.

The people who attend we are already interested in the service for the customers I have been 3 hours for an oil change and I arrive at 6:30 am but I still see them working in a single car they are not interested in customers I don t know why Walmart allows it to be a bad experience to be here and the most unpleasant thing is that it is not free you pay for a service

Had an appointment at 10 am booked online. Didn t start till 11 am. Waited on them to get it done around noon according to the app on my phone. Guy said that he hadn t done anything on my car, because they couldn t find one of the tires I ordered. The guy wasted my time in the lobby just waiting for two straight boring hours, when someone else s car could ve been worked on. I then wait another 1 hour. Trying to figure out what happened to the tire. Then all of a sudden fedex delivers the 4th tire. I guess I got my tires changed after all. But I didn t get out of there till 2pm. I WAiTED 4 D@MN HOURS!!! In Walmart to get my tires changed.

I came in to have 1 tire mounted and was immediately turned away even though they didn't close for another 6 hours. The employee was very rude. Turns out that this was also the manager on duty.I am the GM of the papillon Jiffy lube and if this was my employee then I'd be firing him.This was completely unacceptable. If this Walmart turns you away or is rude to you then just come see me and we can at least do your oil change. Not only will we treat you right we will give you $20.00 off your service to make up for how this Walmart treated you!!!Service: Auto tire replacement

I came in 30 minutes before closing with a donut on my car. I had bought road hazard warranty for my new tires from Walmart and had a nail on my side wall. Chey checked me in and was so kind, she knew it was an emergency. Allen put the new tire on and ended up staying after they were supposed to be closed to help me. I cannot not give enough kudos to both of them for treating me like I was a valuable customer and making me feel like I mattered. I would recommend Walmart Auto in Papillion. I drive from Blair, NE to go here because of their excellent service.Service: Auto tire replacement

They replaced my daughter's battery for a really good price. After calling around to few other places I thought this was the best price. As far as quality goes so far so good no problems yet.

The people who work here are so kind. The nicest I have ever worked with at a Walmart. It did take about 45 minutes longer than they anticipated to get the tires changed, but I didn t mind too much.Follow up: I have gone there to get my oil changed two times in the past 3 years, intermixed with a couple other Walmarts. The people working at this Walmart are AMAZING. They are SO kind and helpful. I have seen them work with angry customers and fix their problems so they leave happy. Super impressed. I will be using them for all my auto care appointments I can now. Great work!

They tried to put on the tires that I wanted, but they didn't fit. They offered me another alternative, but it was all weather instead of all terrain, which is what I wanted. So I declined that offer. At least they tried. They didn't charge me anything for trying and for dismounting one of my tires.

First, I was told the tire center was a walk in only see if there was a long wait, which there was, then was offered an appointment for the next day. Was told would take 2 to 3 hours, but was done in 90 minutes. Great service and knowledgeable staff. Will return again for their tire services in the future!

I went to but 2 new tires. To start off I wasnt pleased with there customer service. I was 2nd in line & the department manager named Barb took the gentleman behind me & assisted him. I finally got my vehicle in the line up, after 2 1/2 hours I went to check on it. Still hasn't been touched!! I was told at least 2 more hours. If I was given an fair warning of the wait time, I could have went to another place. When I asked for my keys, the individual that worked there was very rude!! Absolutely No customer satisfaction at all

Customer service is non existent. They took my phone number and said they would call when the job was completed. After trying to call them 3 times and getting no answer, I went there and the car was finished. When I asked how long it had been completed and asked why no one called, I got a half sincere apology and was given the excuse they were extremely busy. The auto center works just like the store because no one answers the phone when you call the super center either.Service: Auto tire replacement

Would highly avoid this auto center location, they're worthless/clueless, from the manager on down. Unless it's a simple oil change and u have 2-3 hrs to waste, don't even bother as you'll end up having to go elsewhere anyways.I went there to have the TPMS serviced, where an OBD2 reader like device is used to get a signal from each tire. Which is a simple walk around that takes 2 minutes at most. That simple (and if there's a bad sensor then they notify and have it replaced). I wait 2.5 hours (something that take 1-2minutes) just for them to tell me that their reader is still broke from since atleast yesterday. While I'm thinking they had to replace multiple ones and that's why. Had they notified me that the were having problems with the reader I would've just went elsewhere immediately but no they decide to waste 2.5hrs of my time.Same story a while back with some tires I bought for our other vehicle. They had all my car info and knew I was getting different sizes then what the the vehicle came with. They waited until they had the car in the shop for them to finally be like "oh these are different sizes then original, so we can'." Which is completely understandable beings it could "potentially" be a liability. It's the fact that they know this and don't let you know until you've been waiting for hours

Visiting Omaha and needed help with a flat tire issue (patch or replacement) on a Sunday in the late afternoon... after another Walmart misled me TERRIBLY... Found this auto center, and I can not say THANK YOU to them enough.If you need help with your tires while in Omaha, give them a call. They were honest and helpful. Big shoutout to Michael and Nico!!!

Very rude won't be going back the manager Dustin was rude disrespectful thought I was some kind of dumb Mexican gave me a price and said when I got to pay had 2 more different number he was very rude and disrespectful he told me I'm higher than anyone here I'm the manage when I asked to speak to his boss he said to leave because I said this is so horrible he said I was using profanity and to tell his employees if anyone uses profanity make them leave refuse them to call me back to have them leave I do not know his last name but his name Dustin he didn't even look like a Manger to me in normal clothes

I called yesterday to scedule an appointment. I was told they dont do appointments. I got there at 9am the next day to get my headlight replaced. I was told it would take them 3 hours to get my headlight replaced. I Asked if maybe i could make an apointment since i have other things i needed to do that day and they said they didnt but they could call me when the car was done. The man up front in the morning ws very rude and impatient. i dont know why because there were no cars in the garage. I never got a phone call and retunred at 1:00pm to get it. The second guy seemed like he was confused but finished up the transaction fine.If you are expecting quick service, you will not get it. Dont bother taking your car here, just go somewhere else.

Called to schedule an oil change. I was told it was walk ins and i could come any time. Went after work and the guy at the counter told me i could make an appointment for the next morning. When i told him about my call and being told they don t make appointment, he told me he hadn t been accepting new clients that day as they were off at 8 pm. He was rude and when i told him that they should inform customers on the phone that they only accept so many a day, he sarcastically said he would be sure to do that. Called to speak to a manager, who initially seemed friendly and told me she would figure out what the situation was and assured me she would call me back. It has been almost 2 weeks and i have not heard back. I would only recommend coming here to have them fill the air in your tires for free.

i went in for a tire repair, shouldn't take too long right? so I get there at 4:45ish and had to wait a bit for someone to get back from their lunch break to assist people at the front counter, not a big deal. but once he got there he took his sweet time logging everyone in (3 people) and by the time it was my turn, it was about 5:30. so i go up to the counter, tell him that i needed my front passenger tire looked at because it was leaking air, then give him my phone number so he can call that instead of my dad's number because i won't know if my car is ready if he calls my dad, he says "i'll put it in the notes but i won't promise that i'll remember to call your number since it lists your dad's number" that was a little annoying so i left to get some food and come back to see if the car is ready because its well past 30 minutes and i haven't gotten a call yet! he ended up calling my dad and saying that he couldn't reach him. That was also annoying because he knows i gave him my number for him to call but stilldidn't. didn't even call me after e tried my dad. Anyways, they started to tell me about my Rear passenger tire and I stopped them and told them that I said i needed my front tire checked out, not the back. so the guy up front looks back at the file and says he ended up checking the rear instead of the front, didn't apologize but they went back and looked at my front tire, another 30 minutes or so of waiting. Finally they were done, they didn't tell me what was wrong with my front tire, only repaired it and the guy up front told me the cost and then I finally left around 7pm. It was a long day and I wouldn't recommend this auto center to anyone Go to Discount tire right down the street.

I have been here 2 times now getting oil, power steering, brake fluid etc for a fleet of vehicles. It is very under staffed in the auto center portion and always extremely slow. Seems to be more of a lack of hustle to get customers out the door. Just SLOW!

I urge you to avoid this Wal-Mart at all costs. Lazy workers and horrible customer service. I was curious why patching one tire took over 6 hours and saw the workers not touch the vehicle in they bay for 45 minutes. Maybe because it was warranty work? Meanwhile multiple vehicles brought in later were serviced and sent on their way. Save yourself the trouble and visit a better shop.

Don't take your car here! Everytime I come here I have to wait at least 3 hours to get my oil changed...even when there is only 1 car in from of me! They also never tell you when your car is done. They have charged me for the wrong service and mixed up my keys before. Super unprofessional.I kept coming back hoping this would change, but it didn't. So I took my business somewhere else.

Never answer the phones. Impossible to talk to anyone. Very rude all around in person. Save your sanity, spend more money elsewhere and don't wait behind 11 other customers.

Wouldn't even give one star if possible. These people working here have no idea what the hell they're doing. I needed a new tire on one rim that I brought in. Not my car just the tire. Was told a four and a half hour wait. Well six hours later I'm still waiting. I call to ask what the hell is going on and in told there's still one car ahead of me. Then once I go off stating it shouldn't take six hours to do a five minute job she cuts me off by saying her computer just loaded and says I'm now in the bay. Then proceeds to tell me her computer has been glitchy all day, I responded with "so are your employees ". I would never suggest this place to anyone for any reason any time at all. Horrible horrible customer service.
