Scheduling an appointment online was very convenient. Service was friendly, prompt and they explained everything thoroughly. No sales pitching and just providing exactly as I needed. Will definitely go back!

Jeff and Shaun are always soooo friendly and always make you feel welcomed. They like to joke around and make the environment fun. If you have any questions, they do their best to give you answers. Need to get your car in asap, they do their best to get that done. This is far the best place to get things done to your car

Friendly service. Very respectful to everyone. Does their best to accommodate each customer. When the online appointment system didn't function, the shop made every effort to service my car the same day. Fantastic service.

This is my go to place for quick repairs for my vehicles. The staff is very cordial and professional and the work done has always been satisfactory. It is best to make an appointment in advance and they usually get you in very quickly ( mine was the next day to repair a leaky tire). Overall a great place to get minor car repairs and buy tires.

Every time I go here the customer service is above and beyond any other places, makes you feel at home. The workers are extremely quick and detailed oriented and have customers needs first. I love going to tires plus.

Not sure what to make of this place, but I know I m not happy and can t help but feel like I was swindled and ripped off. My truck is 6 years old, has about 70K miles and immediately after a tire rotation I started getting a light but noticeable rotational whomp sound whenever the wheel was turned left. I assumed it was due to uneven wear and decided to take it to Tires Plus for an alignment. Upon taking it in I was informed my steering rack bushings were shot and that this would cause steering failure. Now bear in mind there were zero other signs of a failing steering rack, no grinding, no intermittent loss of power steering, no loose steering wheel. But having two kids and needing a reliable vehicle I was not willing to risk safety, so I booked the $2K dollar job for two days later. When I picked the truck up I was told the sound was definitely mechanical and everything was good to go, including an alignment. Driving home I thought I still noticed the sound and thought I must be crazy, but a couple days later, nope, it s exactly the same. I called and while the gentlemen on the line was nice enough, I eventually got the well there s nothing else I can do except bring it back in and see what else needs to be replaced . I m pretty convinced at this point the original rack was fine, but admittedly I have no way of proving this, nor can it be proved there was something wrong. I m frustrated, but there s nothing that can be done. I m leaving the truck as is assuming it is the tires as I originally thought, but definitely will not be going back to Tires Plus.

Really expensive place, they were nice people, the only problem they told me will be one amount of price and then they told me will be more . I ask to grease monkey for that service and they told me will be $300. And tire plus charge me $800. I know is my fault. But next time I know I ll not coming back to this expensive place.

Woke up to a flat tire. Called them and they could get me a whole new set of tires that day. Took them about 3 hours in between the regular customers to get it done. But over all I'm very happy with my service. They were very nice and helpful. Answered any questions i had.

I have visited this facility 3 times and all three times the staff were super helpful and friendly. Needed air in my tires - in and out on road in no time. Car wouldn't start and they contacted a tow truck driver at a different facilty to jump it so I can drive to Tires Plus for repair - only a loose cable and on the road again. Now my car died again and I forgot my phone, walked to Tires Plus and they got me hooked up with a company to tow and even offered to drive me there. Then brought car back and they said it was a loose cable again so they fixed it so I wouldn't have problems with it again. Highly recommend.Service: Battery

When i pay for inspection, I expect some answers, but these people tied up with insurance coveragers saying that the vehicle is nice and clean. They quote for you whatever insurance won't cover. How reckles they did inspection. I saw them, and they undo my tires to check that rotors are ok. They even didn't check my transmission fluid or engine oil. I witnessed the entire inspection. I am attaching the inspection sheet. Has anyone know 2020 Jeep cherokee Limited? I dont have freaking power steering, but according to them, my jeep has it. They didn't even look anything tied up with the insurance company not saying any problems. Where is honesty, who paid for inspection. Where is the truth.

Friendly knowledgeable service, very fair prices. They will definitely treat you right and won't sell you anything you don't need. It's nice to have an honest shop for all vehicle repairs!!!

These guys know their stuff. I haven't had a problem with their work. They've been upfront and truthful with me about my truck. When they repaired or replaced parts, I've not had a problem after.

We changed the front shocks and lifted the front to level my Silverado truck. Brought it here for an alignment. They did a great job for a good price. Got it done in under an hour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have to give credit where credit is due every single time that I've worked with these guys it has been amazing. Every time I've had to come in because I had a tire or car issue and it was last minute they took care of me I was out in a timely fashion and my car was taken care of. I feel comfortable and confident knowing that when I've been quoted at much higher rates that these guys do not attempt to rip you off and will give you a great deal!!! I highly recommend them and I wish they did more types of auto services because they're definitely trustworthy. I wish that other places would learn from the quality of service, the professionalism, and the overall great attitudes of the gentlemen who work here. Thanks so much guys!!

These guys are amazing. I called and scheduled an oil change and I had the time wrong. I was in a huge time crunch and instead of making me reschedule they squeezed me in and had me in and on the road in no time! I was visiting from out of town for Christmas. At the start of my 9 hour drive home the day after Christmas (which was a Sunday), I unfortunately discovered a flat tire. I put my donut on and went to Tires Plus. They immediately checked what was wrong with my tire and got it fixed in a very timely manner. Luckily it was just a bad stem valve, which was replaced for free. Tires Plus got me on the road again in less than 30 minutes for free! I was very impressed and happy with their customer service.
