Star Class is a cut above! They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, communicate well throughout the process, and prioritize top notch quality and customer service. I would trust Mark and his team with any vehicle and know that it could not be in better hands!

Can't say enough about the team at Star Class. And I do mean team. I had an issue with a used Audi A8 that I recently bought through a dealer. The same dealer also owns Audi here in Omaha. I had been having soem weird sounds and vibrations under slight acceleration since I had bought it. Audi looked it over, said the drive train was fine and poo-poo'd the issue. I spent money and put new tires on thinking that might be the problem. But the noise persisted. I eventually had a warning lite come on and decided to call Star. I had met the owner before and felt that he was a solid guy, and I live nearbye so the choice was easy. Well, they fixed the issue with the warning lite. I didn't even see it on my bill. And then they went to work on the "noise". They all drove the car, and not just around the block. The "drove" the car like a good mechanic should, to make sure they know exactly what I was trying to explain to them. They then got online and researched and found an issue that matched the symptoms exactly. Something Audi should have know about. They got the parts quickly, fixed the problem, had time to disucuss everything with me in person and were as reasonable as they can be considering it's an Audi, which are generally a bit more expenseive to fix. My car runs like a dream now. The way this kind of car should. I could not be happier, adn now consider them my go to guys for this car. If you have trouble with any type of German car, do not hesitate to call the guys at Star.

My 2012 VW CC had a very rough idle and loss of power in higher RPMs.Star Class Motors diagnosed the issue the same business day and recommended Walnut Blasting for carbon cleanup.I got my car back the next business day and it's running great! Thank you, Star Class Motors.Service: Engine repair

Absolutely great personal customer service. The technicians clearly care about doing things correctly the first time. Had one minor mix up with some stored tires, but it was resolved very quickly and was no problem at all. Prices are competitive with other garages, but you simply will not get the same customer service elsewhere. Thanks to Melissa, Dane, and Mark for being a great team!

As we were traveling on I80 we experienced light issues on our motorhome. It's a Class C Mercedes sprinter. We went to the Mercedes Benz dealership in Council Bluffs and was told it would be a month before they could look at. They recommended contacting Star Class Motors which we did. After explaining our problem they said to bring it by and they would take a look at it. They was able to locate a blown fuse and replaced it. Problem solved! They were very quick and kind. We are very grateful they resolved our problem and was able to allow us to continue our trip to Utah.Service: Electrical repair

My heroes! We were traveling west in an RV and for some reason, our back lights went out. Nobody else would help us. I was ready to go back home and miss a trip we had planned for 6 months. Mark, Dane and Jeep were fantastic. I needed assistance while on a cross country drive with my 350SDL. They replaced the part but also went the extra mile to resolve some unrelated issues. Communication was great. Highly recommend Star Class Motors... good guys, classy place.

My experiences with Star Class Motors have been fantastic over the years. I have been a long time customer, purchasing three separate vehicles from their sales department. Mark and his expert staff have always handled services and repairs on all of my cars. Their quality and honesty is unmatched by anyone else in the industry. I would highly recommend Star Class Motors for the entire vehicle process, purchasing, maintaining, and repairing.

Bought a high mileage late model Benz from a Toyota dealer in town. Took it to Dane at Star Class for an inspection after I started smelling burning in the cabin and seeing smoke from under the hood.They did a full inspection and found the dealership I went through missed that the motor was weeping fluids all over. They worked worked with the warranty company I had on the car (poor Dane spent 1.5 hours on the phone) to get things sorted and got my C300 back to Benz standards.This is how you make lifelong customers with their craftsmanship and service.

Today its snowing and most repair shops are closed or too busy for more service. So what a perfect day to lose my phone in a friends Mercedes console/seat area. Lodged nice and tight under the seat with all the control boxes etc. The guys at Star Class Motors not only answered the phone but let us come right down and were able to dislodge my cell asap! I was blown away and relieved! I've never been here before but by the looks of their nice shop and vehicles combined with the great customer service, I can tell why they are highly rated. I would definitively recommend them! Thanks again for your help!!

Since purchasing our MB GLK 350, we kept going to the MB dealership auto service center until we discovered this place! The very reason why we finally gave it a shot were the high reviews and we were not disappointed. Very personable and accommodating. I LOVE that it's locally owned and not just by anyone but a very reliable and honest owner. We've always had GREAT customer service and have always been satisfied with the services done. Highly recommended!

Mark went above and beyond to help my friend with pre-purchase inspection. She was on a very limited budget and he was extremely helpful in advising her on how to get the best value for her money. We took two cars to him in one day and he stayed late to accommodate our schedule. We will definitely go back to Star Motors.

Not everyone can work on a BMW. I trust them with my car. They treat my BMW like it's their own. They are knowledgeable and don't try and sell me things I don't need. They do their best to get me in when I need work done and I have never been put on a long wait list. Now that I have found these guys I will not go back to the dealership. I can, without hesitation, highly recommend Star Class Motors.

Just started taking my Mercedes here last year. The service at the Mercedes dealership just kept getting worse and worse and of course is expensive. But Dane and his crew are very reasonable price wise. I've taken my vehicle and my wife's Mercedes there recently due to light bulbs being out and they changed them at no charge. I highly recommend Star Motors to anyone looking to make a change.

I ended up buying a car from one of Mark s customers and Mark took the time to provide service records, walk through the car and work done with me. He also prepped the car for the long drive back to Minnesota. I appreciate the time he took, given I wouldn t be a long term customer. If I m ever in the area Star Class Motors will get my business.

Took my Benz in today for (what we thought would be) a simple radio swap. After hours of trying to make it work, they determined that we had not gotten a necessary code from the vendor from whom I had purchased the radio. Not their fault (STARCLASS), and when I went to pick up my car, they were EXTREMELY GRACIOUS, AND very accommodating. This was my first visit, but not my last. These guys were exactly as advertised...STAR CLASS. Thanks gentlemen for your efforts to help me. You won a new customer!

Mark and the Starclass team have been fixing my machines for 25 years. He s one of the few guys in town I have no hesitation in using. Knows all about vintage Mercedes and diesels too. Trust is hard to earn but I trust Starclass implicitly. I d give them six stars if I could.

I lost my Range Rover engine in Wichita KS. Dealership gave me all kinds of available options for a new engine. I phoned Mark and he walked me through other options that the dealership would have no interest in offering. He gave me peace of mind in making my long distance repair decision. The kicker is that I have never been a local customer of his!!Upon my return to Omaha I will certainly seek him out for work on my other vehicles. THANKS Mark!

Respectful, upfront, helpful, thorough. I recently had an inspection done here. It did take longer than expected to get an appointment and then to have work done, but that's the price of quality.
