This shop came recommended to me by a mentor of mine and I am glad I went with his suggestion. I worked with Cody who's professionalism was impeccable! He did not speak to me as though I am oblivious to what he was talking about. I have 13 years in the automotive industry and I cringe when I am spoken to like a child about my vehicle. He asked me to walk and talk with him while we looked at the vehicle, and not only was I able to express my wants, he also recommended a clear bra to protect the job and prevent future rock chips. All of it came in as more expensive but I look for quality and professionalism, not price. When I said I would be paying out of pocket, he didn't flinch nor did his demeanor change either. Finally, when I was making my decision on where to take it, I read the bad review on here about how a person was told that they should go with the shop they originally chose and refused service. The owners response to that is what made the decision easy for me. I only want to do business with businesses who know their value and respect their time because that means that's how I am going to be treated. Needless to say, I will be doing all my business here in the future. Thank you guys for your hard work!

This is the small damage done to my truck I was good with them telling me it would take a couple months to find my parts.. as per Cody s email . I was overjoyed that they were going to help me. UPDATED:These folks are too worried about there reputation to find my parts and fix this family treasure. Kept her less than a week and called to pick up! I m heartbroken. Thanks for abandoning her and me.**I paid For Towing when I picked her up!check your records! !. Cody I ve never should have told me it would take a couple months ( period)to get my parts giving me hope and you kept it three days and decided you weren t gonna be able to do it. Found someone that in town that could do what you promised! PLUS my insurance info was completely off the table with you folks since I was paying out of pocket! * My truck runs.My husband said you re full of it, you took nothing apart.. he talked to you.

One of the best experiences I have ever had when dealing with service for my vehicle. Shadow Lake Collison Center did an excellent job! Went to Shadow Lake Collision Service on the recommendation of a friend. After my repair was done, I see why they recommend them. Work was done well and in a reasonable time frame. I will definitely use them again the next time I need body work. I will also be recommending them to others who are in need of body work.

This is my 3rd experience with Shadow Lake Collision. The first was after hitting a deer in a previous vehicle. They did an amazing job and I couldn t have been happier. Earlier this year, someone broke my driver side mirror off and Shadow Lake gave me the best bid to install a new one I purchased online. This most recent event, someone broke into my vehicle, busted up the steering column and the lock on my door. When I took it in for an estimate, I expected to wait 3 or 4 weeks to get it in for repair since it was still drivable. Once Lyle saw that I was unable to lock my car, he saw the safety issue and had me leave it that day! I was surprised, but also grateful that he was thinking of my safety. It was supposed to take about 3 weeks to complete, but to my amazement, it was done in less than 2! They did such a great job and even vacuumed out my floors ( which it really needed). They go above and beyond for their customers. As long as they are in business, I ll never go anywhere else!!

Very professional. Consistently kept me posted on current status of repair. Actually finished repair 4 days before original estimated date. Fully explained what work was accomplished when picking up the vehicle. They handled working with insurance company flawlessly.

I would like to begin with how extremely pleased I was with how professional the entire staff was throughout the entire process. I highly recommend shadow Lake collision center for any of your repair needs. They are truly second to none. They finished my vehicle before schedule, and went the extra mile at every step of the way. I received my car back in better than new condition. I was incredibly surprised to see that they even washed and detailed my vehicle and left me a sample of touchup paint for any future scratches, dings, or anything like that, I would like to say a big thank you to everybody that was involved in the process of restoring my vehicle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I will always recommend you to anybody in need.

Shadow Lake Collision Center is amazing! I had so many hail dents on my car, and now after being repaired. You can't tell my car was ever in a hailstorm! I wish I could give them even more stars than 5 of them on this rating. They're AMAZING!!

Super impressed with the quick turnaround time and more importantly the quality of work. They estimated having my Explorer for 12 days. They had it for 6 days. It looks brand new. Shadow Lake Collision is highly recommended by the insurance company and the rental company. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Shadow Lake Collision Center from the moment I arrived at their store. They were helpful in getting my vehicle in that day and helping to arrange a rental car along with working with my insurance provider to get everything going immediately. So far, everything is going smoothly for the repairs. The wait for actual repairs to start is a bit long (over a month) but since my car was drivable, it hasn't been bad.

Shadow Lake did a fantastic job repairing the bumper on my car. The paint job is great and it looks virtually brand-new off the lot again. We brought our car here after we were hit by someone else. The entire crew was great to work with! From the get go, they were honest and detailed about what we would need to get repaired. They communicated throughout the entire process letting me know the progress status on the vehicle from start to finish. Our car looks as good as new! This is the best experience I have had with a car collision repair business. I really appreciated how the employees interacted with and explained their process with me, particularly given I was dealing with an insurance company through the process. We had extensive hail damage to our new car. The team at Shadow Lake Collision did an amazing job. They had to completely rebuild and paint it. Our car looks as good as new. Very nice people to deal with. Much thanks to everyone involved!!

I sent my car, after an accident, to Shadow Lake Collision. My car was a total loss, but my experience here was top notch. From Makenzie's first greeting, I was treated with quick service, and kindness. They agreed to look at my car for a first estimate and kept it in a gated, secured area. Once it was determined a total loss, the insurance wanted me to empty my car immediately, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get there before the tow truck. Makenzie assured me she wouldn't authorize the transfer until I had gotten my things out of my car. I was so relieved. When I arrived, Fernando and another man helped me with license plates and other items on my car I needed to remove. The customer service here is phenomenal. I highly recommend them!

I had the worst experience and I never even stepped foot in the shop. I called to make an appointment and was told because I had gotten an estimate elsewhere (which I did but thought was high so I was seeking a second estimate) why would they waste their time looking at it when I planned to fix it elsewhere . customer service is everything. Any body shop can fix the car. I expected better.

I would highly recommend Shadow Lake Collision to anyone looking for a shop this is truly the best customer service experience I have encountered. I took my car in for hail damage (i don t even live in the state, we were visiting family at the time). They managed to help me with my insurance which was being a pain and this was already super stressful for me. My car looks like nothing happened they did such a good job with every detail on my car! I appreciate everyone so much!
