Helped me get my Tesla to a charging station when it hit 0mi truly appreciate them. Super fast and great workers. Great service 10/10 would definitely recommend if needed a tow truck. Thanks for all you do. Keep up the great work!

I unfortunately had a car accident what required a tow. Quality towing was recommended by the dealership where I purchased the car. When the police officer asked who I had called for the tow, theOfficer said, they re solid they won t be long. When the tow driver, Anthony, arrived at the scene, he was very professional and quickly got my car loaded up.As an elderly woman I was rather unnerved by the whole event. I started having a meltdown (crying, shaking, etc). I m not sure why but I asked Anthony if he could hug me. He was so very sweet and gave me an big old bear hug. What a guy! That s service above and beyond just a tow. I would highly recommend Quality Towing, not only for their quick response but for the exceptional understanding of this employee to alleviate my fears. Kudos!

Best experience ever. Was picked up promptly by Ernesto and his son, they were very kind, helpful, and extremely accommodating. You can tell that they care not only about their work, but have compassion for their customer's well-being. I would definitely recommend! (Red Excursion, Jan 4, 2023)

In my hour of need, I turned to Google for help finding a tow service when my insurance "emergency assistance" let me down. Quality had rave reviews, so I dialed with fingers crossed, and am I ever glad I did. The phone was answered quickly, and my beloved Tucson was soon rescued from her cold place on the side of I-80 and delivered without incident to the dealership.If your vehicle ever decides to go derelict in its duty, do not hesitate to call Quality Towing. You won't be sorry.

Had a blown out tire, my brother and cancelled because another towing company was able to come free, but the respect and kindness I received from one of the towing gentleman was great, he could tell I had a rough day and was able to cancel for free and made sure I was safe.I will be going here for any future needsService: Special vehicle towing

My daughter's car broke a ball joint and CV axle in the parking lot of our local high school. She was blocking traffic and so speed was important. Not a very happy customer today, was charged for 2 loads when the driver got it all on one, on top of that one of the drivers had the hood of my truck open even though that was not related to the work they were doing. After sending the company an email with no response I thought I would let the public know.Picture is what my drive way looked like after the fact

Ernesto is the best. Thanks for coming to the Old Market on a Saturday and helping us out. 100 degree day is never ideal for a car not starting, but he was super kind and relaxed about getting us up and going. We really appreciate you and Thank you for coming to help.

We needed a tow for a 2nd time after using a different questionable service yesterday. The difference is night and day. Couldn't say enough about the professionalism and personalization of this service! "Chance" the best guy ever! Friendly, professional, and courteous! Seemed like family. So my car stalled and I needed a tow. I called Quality Towing and the gentleman that answered the phone was so friendly and empathetic. He took down all of my information and was very thorough. A young man named Paul was the gentleman that actually hooked it up and delivered it. I m having my mobile mechanic work on it this weekend and Paul was nice enough to put it in the garage. Your kindness is greatly appreciated! I m FOREVER GRATEFUL!!! I definitely recommend calling Quality Towing the next time you re in a jam.Service: Car towing

I broke down on I-80 a couple of weeks ago around 1am so I started calling wrecker services closest to me and after calling multiple companies that didn't answer or said couldn't go. Quality answered immediately said could be there in approximately 25 minutes and they did show up in a nice clean rollback, loaded up my vehicle quickly and I was very happy to get off the side of the interstate.I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

We have used Quality several times with great results. Today we got top notch service from Ernesto. He went above and beyond to clean our battery terminals, jumped us and got us on the road again. I would highly recommend Quality Auto Repair and Towing! They showed up to help in the middle of the night when no one else would. I was struggling with getting towing lined up with my insurance company and they were happy to help and made sure I had all the necessary documentation to get reimbursed by my insurance as soon as possible. I had called for a non emergent tow and they had someone out here within the hour!! Chance was outstanding! I explained to him what the problem was and he opened up my hood and fixed the problem within minutes! No tow needed! I give him 10 stars! Not only for his service, he was also so very kind and professional! Thank you again Chance and Quality Auto I will continue to use your services and highly recommend you!!

I needed a tow today and as we all know that is never fun. Ernesto is very very good at what he does. He went above and beyond his call of duty. His customer service was top notch. I would definitely call Quality Towing again in hopes for getting Ernesto. GREAT JOB!!!!

My car died in parking lot at Target. I walked to this facility and asked for a tow. They were readily available and asked what the problem was with the car. I told them it was dead. He asked me to ride with him to see if it was minor or just a jump. Ended up he tighted a screw and I was on my way. So grateful for his honesty and helpfulness. Very nice people and highly recommend.Service: Battery service

I used Quality towing because that's who Jensen Tire recommended to use. I needed it towed there. I got 2 courtesy calls when the driver was on the way. The driver arrived and introduced himself. Ernesto was his name. He asked a couple questions about what I did to try and start it and what was wrong. He offered to use a jump pack. Which apparently is stronger than jumper cables. It started right up! He noticed that my battery terminals where corroded and a little lose. He helped me correct the problem. I opted tp have it towed to my house instead of Jensen tire. Ernesto was an awesome guy. He saved me money. Quality Towing and Ernesto are amazing.
