I recently had a fantastic experience at Midlands Auto Repair! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. What stood out to me the most was their innovative approach to keeping customers informed. I love how they send a detailed auto repair report with pictures via text, allowing me to review everything with ease. This level of transparency and communication is truly impressive. Everyone was great. Service for an alignment was quick and the techs openly discussed possible future issues to be aware of without pressuring me into having to have them done right now. First time customer. Very honest and fair priced. I will definitely be back for other repairs when needed and would highly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. It s apparent they genuinely care about doing what s right for the customer. I brought a car here for a pre purchase vehicle inspection and they did such a thorough job at a very affordable price. They provided me the inspection immediately full of very detailed descriptions and photos for my records. They definitely went above and beyond for this one 10/10 recommend these guys.

Extremely knowledgeable, affordable and accommodating. They have worked on a few of my vehicles over the years. I love to keep it local instead of going to big name auto shops. I definitely recommend the family at MIDLANDS! They have literally helped me out at the last minute & gotten me right in.. there's not enough good things to say about them.

Midlands Auto was very thorough as they inspected a car that I was ready to purchase. Gave me great feedback and direction to what I needed to request from the dealer to make my car buying a solid purchase.Couldn t ask for better service. Highly recommend Midlands Auto!!!!Follow up! Just got my car serviced. Did another thorough inspection. Nothing hidden from me or attempt to get me to do something that was not needed. I did end up purchasing four tires for them, but they recommended. I just use my spare tire. Purchased the tires because I wasn t pressured and the reason behind the tires being purchased made a lot of sense with data to back it up with.

Went in for an oil change and air pressure check. They found other problems but did not try to sell those services to me which I appreciate. It was a quick and easy experience, and affordable. Will definitely use their service again

I neglected my 2015 Mazda CX-5 and they walked me through step by step. I knew I needed a transmission service (over 125,000 miles and never done before [mostly highway miles]) Ray walked me through step by step of their findings. He was never pushy, was just informative and helped prioritize. He was even very friendly when I was like "I can replace my cabin filter myself" but said he would only charge for the part. I'm used to dealerships and oil change businesses charging a fee for that. Will return for business, very happy with the way my car drives now after very needed services.

Very detailed inspections, makes sure everything is checked out. I love the online link to look at all of the notes on what they found. Seems like pretty reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful.

I don t trust many people with my vehicle! Other than the dealer shop Zack has worked on my vehicles for years and I ll never go anywhere else! Ray and his team did a great gob on my 2013 Ford Expedition. I had the dreaded "check engine" light. Local Ford dealership wouldn't see me for a month and a half, but Midlands scheduled me just four days after I called them! Eric correctly diagnosed the problem, and repaired that and other issues that he discovered during the inspection.Service: Electrical repair

Need a new & reliable auto repair facility. Decided to give this shop a go. Did some work on my daughter's CRV. The result was fantastic. They did exactly what was needed, correctly the 1st time, plus found a few non-critical concerns to address in the future. We now take both our vehicles to them. Top notch people doing top notch work. As always, you get what you pay for.

I have a custom built car that I had completed last year. I am very picky about who works on my car. I took it to midlands for a clutch issue. They repaired the problem, called me and asked if I could drive the car to make sure that I felt comfortable with the clutch adjustment. I appreciate the attention to detail and that they wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the repair before I paid the bill. Great service and communication.

Great auto repair shop. Brought my car for what I thought was going to be an expensive repair and Midlands found it wasn t what I thought but a mistake made by a different shop I recently had work performed by. They also diagnosed and repaired another issue with my car. Also replaced my gas cap door that had been broken off for me.I would highly recommend Midlands Auto Repair, great work, communication and price!!

She may not look like much but I rely on this ol truck to help me feed my family. When it s down it makes working much more difficult. I have a large family of 8 and these guy at Midlands never let me down. Zach is who I trust with keeping my trucks running right . Travis always makes sure I pay a fair price and helps me even when I call him frantic ! I can t stress enough how awesome they are to me, my family , and our family business ! Honest shop that stands behind their work. We have our brakes and rotors changed out in the spring and by early fall were dealing with vibrating brakes. They warrantied the rotors and didn't change us anything.

I came to Midlands with a blown engine. I have an unusual vehicle, a Type 82 VW, it was a challenge to find an engine for it. They did a grreat job finding one, and once it arrived installed it in a timely manner including some custom fit issues. They did an excellent job, attention to detail, and they listen to customer needs. As a veteran, it was a nice bonus to give my business to a veteran owned company. Probably my third time here and overall a great experience. Front desk was easy to work with and they were great about keeping me updated and pricing was lower then originally estimated. Excellent mechanic shop. Vehicle inspection was extremely professional and pictures taken to document all issues. Service was quick and easy.
