The team at Jensen is top notch. They are always upfront with great communication and options for whatever you need. Orlando runs a tight ship and I appreciate everyone as I m treated with respect each and every time. Give them a call and they won t steer you wrong.

Great service, I had a tire go flat and Also needed an oil change. Called Jensen Tire & Auto this morning, and was told to bring it in and they would squeeze me in. I dropped it off at 9:30 AM, and it was ready to go at 2 PM. Jensens is my go to place for vehicle maintenance. Very happy with their customer service and quality repairs.

Rip Off Liars!! Jenson was once good. Now just like every other auto shop ripping you off. My wife s car had a parking brake issue in the actuators. Was told by Dave they couldn t just replace the actuator they had to replace the caliper as well. Since they then had to change the caliper they might as well replace the brake pads and rotors while they were right there as they would soon need it. Ok. I asked about refinishing rotors and he said no one does that anymore which was a lie, but ok. He then proceeded to tell me my oil was dirty and that needed replaced which was a 100% lie as I just got it done less than two weeks prior elsewhere but just didn t update the sticker. The next day comes along and they claim the aftermarket OEM parts they bought to fix didn t work and would need to get FORD parts. (Not sure what they bought the first time or used which is kind of scary.) I ask how do you know it was the actuator if they new ones didn t work? Manager Orlando now comes in says he know the original ones were bad because they were burnt up. I say OK let me see them. They say you can t see the old parts or have them back because we threw them away already. Pretty sure this was lie number 3 as I could hear him yell at a tech when the shop door closed. He says he will give me a deal on my $1700 bill for the inconvenience. The next day comes and Ford parts come in. They still don t work and claim the computer needs to be calibrated to the new ford parts which should be the same as the original ones. So they claim they need to bring a ford programmer in because their SnapTool programmer doesn t work on Fords. This is a 2017 Edge not some exotic foreign car. I mention they are a tire and brake shop and maybe I should just take it Ford next time. Complete lies the entire way and then charged me to reprogram the computer that they messed up by trying to install used or defective parts. There was no deal for the inconvenience either as the bill came in higher than I ever authorized and included an estimate which matched exactly what I was billed plus some. Will never go back here not because of the price because they just weren't honest. The Jensen Family should be ashamed that they let their business deteriorate this far.

I appreciate Jensen Tire getting me in and taking care of my issue the same day and in a cost effective manner. They were really busy and took the time to help me and explained why they did everything that was needed. I ve always had grade A service here, which keeps me coming back. I took my car here in February of 2023 for routine maintenance. Based on my mileage, it was recommended I had my transmission fluid and coolant flushed and replaced. After doing that procedure here, my coolant line failed and my engine overheated less than 5 days later. I had to have it towed back to Jensen, and they told me that it was completely unrelated and they would not cover the repairs. I paid nearly $1,000 to have everything "fixed." Here I am, less than a year later, and I have multiple leaks in my coolant system. Now it's going to cost me over $3,000 to fix the issues that Jensen created for me. I never had ANY issues with my coolant or coolant line, or anything, until they touched it.I would give this place zero stars, if I could. They ruined my car and had the audacity to charge me nearly $1,000 to fix it. On top of that, now I'm stuck with irreversible damage to my coolant system. If you need your cars oil changed or tires rotated, this place should be fine. Anything else, I recommend going anywhere else. Don't be fooled by the incredible reviews like I was.

They were able to get me in just 45 mins before closing. They were thorough and prompt, and a tech came out and communicated the concern with my vehicle before proceeding with any work. The price was also very reasonable. Actually it was very inexpensive as I thought the problem would be more to fix.

I recently purchased a used vehicle, and I wanted to make sure that it was on the right track. Orlando, David, and their team were great at checking it out and getting the fluids serviced. Definitely a peace of mind with Jensen and the BG products / services that they provide.

Outstanding service!! Took my truck in to get tires rotated. I was in and out under 45 mins! The service itself was exceptional, they broke it down detailing the condition of my tires, and my braking system. Then I go to pay and the service manager tells me to put my card away!! This is a courtesy, it s on us . SAY WHAT???!! It s the simple things. They just secured a lifelong customer. So glad they are here in our community!!!Service: Tires

What a great experience with Jensen. See my previous review of Tires Plus and you ll see why I ended up at Jensen totally on a whim. They are thorough and make sure the job is done right before giving the vehicle back to the customer which I really appreciate from a safety perspective. The pricing I felt was fair based on the parts and labor required, and they give a military discount! I ll be back!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Orlando is your guy to see at Jensen! I usually hate going to car places because they re always trying to oversell you, but not at Jensen! Orlando gives you upfront, honest information and is not pushy. While my car was getting worked on, he called me frequently to update me on the status. Thank you Jensen Tire!

Was eating lunch in Papillion and went out to get in truck. Flat rear tire. Drove over to Firestone and they looked at it and said replace only. I replied do you sell Goodyear. Their response was no but they could order one. I asked who was the nearest Goodyear and they said Jensen tire. I drove over to Jensen they got my truck right in and patch the tire that was flat and Firestone was replaced only. It was Friday afternoon and I was rushing to finish my day. Thank you Jensen tire.
