Friendly, intelligent, communicative, and caring staff. Immediately looked at my deflating tire and discovered the problem same day (and on a weekend). They worked with my schedule and allowed me to come back the following Monday to solve the problem and get my maintenance check completed all in one morning. My mom and I have the best things to say about Firestone and we will continue to recommend to our family members and friends!

Sergio is the BEST person you can have working up front. He is literally the first person and the last person that people see when they come in and out of your door. He is positive, funny, friendly, and just makes you feel like you ve known him for years and that he truly cares. As a single woman coming into a business that s typically employed by men, it can be a little intimidating, but Sergio made me feel comfortable and like I belonged. His smile is contagious. You guys did good by hiring him and I hope he continues to flourish in his role.

I ve recently had my car fixed at this Firestone. The head manager was really considerate and flexible. They make sure their customers are taken care of. I would highly recommend!

They are very friendly and helpful. The prices are unreasonable. Their mechanics also may not have the same experience as others. I was quoted $550+ for a repair that would take 3 hours, but another shop in town looked at it and was able to fix the issue in 5 minutes for under $100. It makes me feel less confident in this shop.They did top off the wiper fluid, which was incredibly kind. They have great service.

I have never had a bad experience here. This is my second vehicle that I take there for oil changes and alignment. Prices aren t too bad for oil changes, but the service is great. Always met with a warm welcome.

Sergio and his technician stayed past closing to make sure that my tire was replaced. They were going to put my spare on and I was going to come back the next day. That s when they informed me that I didn t have a spare. Instead of leaving me to figure it out they went ahead and put the new tire on and got me rolling. Thanks guys!!!

I showed up first thing on a Sunday morning, no appointment, and they made short work of repairing my tire. No hard sell, no trying to talk me into additional service - just prompt, polite service.

I called last minute to get an oil change, and they were able to get me in. I appreciate that they do more during the oil change. I was told I need a new battery which I will be doing soon, and I will be back to do it at Firestone.

I m an out of towner, treated me like family. Squeezed me in for a tire check after a mishap on the highway. Thoroughly explained the facts, my options, different price points. They didn t rush me into making a decision. Great atmosphere, awesome service (they were able to fix the whole situation) good people. Not knowing anything about cars or the area I m in, I was very confident in their work and grateful for them working me in!Jordan, Juliessa and Brent! Amazing!!!

I used a Firestone near 60th & Ames when I first moved to Omaha area. After moving to Shadow Lake/Papillion gave this store a shot. My 10 plus year old Fiat is in great shape and will last me the rest of my driving years.

I came in and had the oil changed and courtesy check. I had an appointment but they were running behind. I had to wait so they got done as soon as possible. They didn't try to upgrade or sell anything, gave my Jeep a clean bill of health. I was charged exactly what I was quoted on phone. Staff was very nice and professional. I purchased new windshield wipers and had them put them on. I did have one fly off one night as it didn't click in. I went in the following week after it happened and they replaced it no problem right there and then and apologized for my inconvience. I will continue to get my Jeep serviced with them.Service: Oil change

Great shop !Brought in my high mileage Honda (while traveling through)for an oil change after the shop on the military base canceled my online appointment.They went above and beyond to get me back on my way ! Everyone at the shop was very helpful!

They didn't torque the wheels correctly which resulted in warped rotars. When a customer drops a vehicle off for normal maintenance you dont expect to get your vehicle back in worse condition. They seemed fairly aware of the mistake but definitely didn't want to take ownership. The manager was supposed to reach out but never did. I won't be taking a vehicle back there again. A couple of the reps were nice but it doesn't excuse the 1k in damage done. I notified them within a couple days of the issues they caused so they were well aware. It's extremely obvious they didn't want to take the hit financially so they ghosted me. Is what it is. Wouldn't go back tho! That's not how you do business.

Yesterday I would have given them 1-star. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation that turned into 4 new tires. A couple of issues arose after I picked the car up. I will admit when I called them this morning I completely went off the rails in frustration that two seemingly routine things were not double checked prior to pick up. Brought the car back and the Service Manager, Brent, was very apologetic and took care of everything. Would use them again; appreciate the over and above customer service which is very hard to find these days.Services: Tires, Oil change

Would give zero stars if possible. My mother-in-law went there with a flat tire on her van and after having the van for several hours without even looking at it, this Firestone location told her that the nail was too close to the tread (even though virtually all nails that cause flat tires go through the tread) and that the tire was not salvageable. Then they tried to quote her on a new tire that for over $300 above retail. I sent her to Jensen Tire instead and they patched it for $30. Completely inexcusable attempt to take advantage of a potential customer.

The management here is awesome! I was told a price over the phone and when I went in the cost was $200 more than what was discussed. When I expressed my concern, the manager was very understanding and adjusted the price without any hassle. He runs this location very honestly and with integrity. That is something I definitely wasn t anticipating but was very much appreciated! I will be coming back to this location for all of my future vehicle work due to his honesty and integrity.

Firestone Shadow Lake has great staff who are kind and helpful. We've had our cars there for several issues and they have been easy to work with and gotten the issues resolved quickly. They are open until 7pm most days, which is really helpful for those who work until 5pm. They are also open weekends, which isn't as easy to find nowadays. Grateful to have Firestone at Shadow Lake!

I have been having problems with low tire pressure, tried to see if someone at this store could look at it on a Sunday afternoon. I was told there was a tight schedule and they couldn't get me in until the following Tuesday. The lady in front of me had a similar issue and was told she should have made an appointment. These kind of things, low tire pressure and flat tires, are generally not preplanned. I think both of us as customers wanted to make sure our vehicles were safe at the very l least so we could get home. If you need someone to help when something unexpected comes up, this is not the place to be come to as they are too booked up.Service: Tires

Absolute terrible and unprofessional.I came in for an alignment and wheel rotation. The tech put my rotational tires in the wrong positions. When I called and said I was heading back to have it corrected. (I was told that it was okay) I arrived to see everyone leaving and the store locked. After trying to wave down someone I was ignored. There is something about women associates explaining tires to you. I'm not disrespecting women, but I asked one a question and she wasn't sure so she asked her manager.Also they gave a price for replacement tires but when it came to putting them on, she then says , by the way, you need to pay amount for alignment, why didn't she say this at the beginning , its one hundred dollars more, that one thinks it's included when they give you the estimate and they are awaiting your approval to start the work, I find this as a tactic, that once they know you need a tire(s) they can say what ever they want.These companies should realize that customers are in need of a product and are looking for a business that will not try to rip them off, otherwise customers will go elsewhere and they will be blacklisted.These businessesshould understand that times are difficult and they should do their best to give customers options for their cars needs, nobody and I repeat nobody wants to feel ripped off.I remember when they first opened up and they needed customers, now they are busy, do they really care or do they take advantage of customers.Also any complaints are always answered by automated machine. I have rarely seen a manager or advisor give a direct reply, Indicating a solution to resolve a problem.

After paying for their lifetime alignments, took my vehicle in and was told by their tech that he couldn t reach the alignment bolts because he couldn t get his arms between the tire and fender. After this visit both my front inner CV boots are cut in two, not just little tears but both completely cut in two in the same spot. These people are not to be trusted!Service: Wheel alignment

Overcharging on 1234yf coolant. They charged $18/Oz when retail at parts stores is closer to $6/Oz. 300% markup says you're knowingly taking advantage of people. Have requested an explanation, but weeks later, there has been none.
