Good experience in every respect: knowledgeable and approachable staff, quick turn around, good communication, and excellent results. They were able to fix a transfer case I botched, including finding a welder to repair a difficult and expensive to replace housing cracked in about the worst possible place, and sourced and rebuilt a 4L60E to custom spec for a special application. A family oriented business worth my most enthusiastic recommendation.

These guys know their stuff and charge a fair price for quality work. After years of using out of state builders and a big local builder with horrible results I found Elite and have had zero issues. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Great shop even better owner, couldn't be more happy with the recent work Joe did on my Jeep. If you are in need of any transmission related work he's your first and last stop.

Where do I even begin? I called a minimum of 9 different places to quote a transmission overhaul on a Re4r03a. Of the 5 that answered or returned my call Joe was the only one willing to take on the job. Honestly the prices were very fair (for a carryout) and I am extremely happy with how it turned out. I'm not sure if I have the vocabulary to express how satisfied I am. The shifts aren't even perceptible; the only reason you can tell it changed gears is the difference in the tone of the engine. Joe went above and beyond to get this done for me and the results are well worth my money. He and Dan are competent, polite, and professional. My only gripe (and I'm really nitpicking here) was that I felt a bit rushed to pick up the trans once it was finished, however I would like to get paid promptly after finishing a job as well so I completely understand. One last thing to note, customer service and communication were over the top. Joe took the time to speak with me in a straightforward and honest manner. Everything is simply done right and to the best of their abilities.

Top-notch quality, workmanship, honesty, and integrity are all words to describe etac. Owner Joe works in the shop himself and oversees all work to ensure the job is done right. Probably the most knowledgeable and skilled transmission mechanic in the area. Etac has built several high performance transmissions for me, rebuilt transfer case, repaired suspension, and built several custom axles for me. Joe is a fantastic and honest mechanic. He s done work on my 09 Volvo several times. Each time I felt he did quality work, explained everything well, and was fair and honest. He even came to my house once when my car couldn t drive to the shop! I recommend him to people on a regular basis and would encourage any one to see for themselves. He s my go to mechanic on everything!

Joe is a fantastic mechanic and an awesome person. I've brought several vehicles to him since he's opened and every single time he was able to quickly fix it at a great price. He always took time out to explain what happened and how it happened. He is my "go to" mechanic and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their car fixed.

Awesome customer service. Joe takes you as a customer and treats you well from beginning to end.He doesn't talk down to you at all and explains thoroughly what the work is going to look like and cost. I have had him talk me through needs and let me know that certain things I was thinking needed to be done, didn't need to be done. He saved me loss of money through his honesty. I recommend him highly to anyone in the area.

Joe was super helpful and understanding. I really appreciate the time and care he put into making sure my car was repaired appropriately and at the right price. I would highly recommend his shop. I chose to take my vehicle his way after having to deal with Corwin Toyota and MBPI auto warranty services. I wish I had just gone to this location first!

Very professional. Joe does a great job and is always on time. Highly recommend. My father and brothers take their vehicles to Elite.Update. Joe and his crew are amazing! They helped my Uncle when he was in a bind on a Friday afternoon. Its hard to find service like Elite anymore. Best shop around. Hands down.

ETAC is absolutely fantastic. Jessica and Joe care so much about their clients and their vehicles that they will do everything they can to fix your vehicle, and be honest about it. Their prices are beyond reasonable and I trust the work Joe does so much that I refer everyone I know to him. You will be in good hands here.

Can't be beat. The quality of customer service is only beaten by the quality of work. Joe was always receptive to any questions I had and worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Easily beats Omaha Transmission and all other shops in the area in both price and service.

The right diagnosis! No horror stories of lost time or money here. Joe had me back on the road in the blink of an eye. His honesty and professionalism, accompanied by expertise and certifications made me feel confident and comfortable with my choice to have my repairs done here. We were traveling across several states when we began having trouble with our car, which was stressful. I called around and another shop referred us to Elite. Joe and Jess at Elite bent over backwards to get us in on a Friday afternoon when they were already busy. They had us up and running again within a couple of hours. Amazing service! I highly recommend them. Thank you Joe and Jess!

I was referred to Elite Transmission by my usual mechanic, Russ Garage. I couldn t be more pleased with the entire experience, and will be coming to them in the future, for issues when Russ isn t available!
