They did an amazing job of repairing my vehicle. It looks like nothing ever happened! Top notch service from Regina, Brandon, and John! Not to mention they got it repaired much faster than originally thought. I will always come here for auto body work!

Fast and friendly service, I didn't have an appointment but they were able to help me rather quickly after filling out a little bit of paperwork. They gave me an estimate based on what I was asking for and I was in and out in no time. The person given the estimate was very friendly and I will definitely be taking my vehicle there to have the repairs done

Dingmans has always been tremendous part of my families history of needing things done whenever there may be an accident within the family, and knowing that we can take our vehicles to a place that we trust. If you look at my other reviews, you will see I always give reviews that are true and honest. and I am bringing to you just the same here in this review.Dingmans is an amazing place to bring your vehicle, not only do they give you a great ETA, but they also get your stuff done they notify you they stay in touch they are in constant contact, they answer their phone when you call, if somebody has to call you right back, they call you right back truly. Dingmans not only does collision repair but they do other things the one on 120th and Maple. They do oil and service over there. I m not sure if all of them do that but check with your local Dingmans or even this location and you will see That if they don t they can send you to the one on 120th and Maple that will do your oil change. Have it done and be ready sometimes by the time you get off work. I used to be able to drop my vehicle off literally at the Dingmans For lunch and 3-4 hours later pick it up after work. It was like nothing even happened. It was amazing. The guy worked with on 120th and Maple. His name is Todd. This guy at this location s name is Brandon. And he s just as amazing. Dingmans is a family owned place, so working with them is way more incredible than working with some large corporation that sees you as a number to get from an insurance company instead of seeing you as a consumer coming to them for help during a time that you need so much someone s help. Especially when it comes to insurance Dingmans deals with the insurance companies for you. They get the extra approvals if needed in a timely manner they stay on top of it they don t let it slide. and as long as you work side-by-side with your advisor at Dingmans, this success of your vehicle being repaired is going to be phenomenal. I can almost assure you of that. But because I m not an employee and I m not the owner of the company I cannot say 100% but I can say 99.9%. You will be satisfied using Dingmans.I took my son there he s 19 years old. Somebody hit his car while it was parked. He has a 2013 Infiniti as my family myself and my husband and other people I have referred went to Dingmans you better believe that I brought my child to Dingmans for the Dingman experience.

My car was in their repair shop for almost 4 weeks. They did a fantastic job and my car looks great! They called me weekly and gave me updates on the progress. Needed to get my car repaired after the front bumper was damaged. From getting an estimate to the final repair, it was such a smooth process and I was shocked at how amazing my car looked when they were done with it! I would just like to share my excellent service from Dingman's in Papillion. I took my truck there for body repair two and a half weeks ago. I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday. On Wednesday, Regina called me to say they received my vehicle and will update me on Monday. Monday came and a call from Regina again stating parts are not in, will call me on Thursday. Thursday comes call from Regina saying parts came in, door was damaged. Ordering new one, if takes too long they will fix the damaged new one. And this awesome follow up goes on till the end. She called me on the day she promised whether the news was good or bad. I just want to say they could have my truck for months as long as they continue to communicate the progress without me being mad! Kudos to you all especially in these times where customer service is non existent. I was never left in the dark as to what was going on with my truck. The time they promised my truck would be out of pocket was exactly what they promised. Thank you again! You definitely stand out far above any of your competition.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent work, communication and overall service. Had to wait a few weeks but my car was drivable and it was well worth the wait. I would go nowhere else.

I had the best experience ever with this business. The person at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I received updates at least twice a week. The outside of my car was washed and the thing I never expected was that the tires were shined. It's a small detail I know, but still pretty cool. If I ever get into a wreck again I will make sure to go to them first.

Dingman s did an excellent job repairing the body damage on our truck. They were very professional. The communication was great. They called me mid-week to advise me of the progress of the work, and that my vehicle would be ready on the day initially promised. Once my vehicle was ready, they called me. I was able to leave my rental car at their location making it very convenient. I give high marks to Dingman s Collision. Thanks for doing great work.Service: Body & Trim

I was so shaken up after my accident but Dingman s was so amazing about everything. I felt so taken care of. The customer service was great, one of their estimators John, did a great job. He was straight forward with everything and made all my stresses vanish. All I had to do was drop my car off and in a few days it was like it was brand new. They gave me a fair estimate with phenomenal workmanship. I will definitely be going to them in the future.

Travis was a huge help getting me a secondary estimate for insurance - he walked me through the process, gave suggestions, and even sent the estimate directly to the insurance company for me. I will always get my body work done at Dingmanns!

Meant to post this a year ago, they are awesome. Extremely courteous to my wife after a fender bender, they explained the options and cost differences and were very patient when we talked it over. I hate these kind of reviews. However I have to tell it like it is. I don t know about everybody else but my experience was completely negative with Dingmans. My wife damaged or SUV on the fin that extends out from the roof over the rear window. The guy in charge told me that he had to research and call friends because he had never seen such damage like that before. Keep in mind that my wife backed up into a garage door. He called me back later on and told me to repair the damage it was going to run an upwards of $2300 and that s because he said it may go up as the work goes along. I had a hard time believing that such a company with so many years of experience and being open for business fit so long never saw such damage and had to make calls for reference on how to repair it. That was the biggest hint that told me I was being played. I took it to two other shops and within 30 minutes and with me present both shops gave me an estimate of being repaired for under $500 and that the repair could be accomplished within a days work. That confirmed Dingmans dishonesty and failure to do business professionally and fairly. I would be very cautious using them and relying on them to providing a fair standard of service. Shame!

Dingman s does an awesome job and are honest people! We had something drip on the hood of our brand new car that looked like rust and felt like it had eaten through the paint. When I took it to the dealership we were told that the whole hood would have to be painted and gave us an estimate of $864. We stopped by Dingman s in Papillion to get a second estimate and when he came out and looked at the car he asked if he could try something first. We said yes. He then rubbed something on it, let it dry, and buffed it right out! It looked good as new. And 3 months later it still looks perfect! It took about 20 minutes and they did not charge me a thing. This is why I support our local businesses!We have also worked with them in the past on repairs to a car accident. They worked with the insurance company and made a stressful time much easier to handle. Thanks Dingman s for an awesome job!

Very easy to work with. My car was there for about 4 weeks. Most of the fault was on my insurance company for not allowing certain repairs to go through. Luckily Marc at dingmans talked to the insurance and was able to get them approved.. my car was fixed like new and we got a full detail service after. Pleased with the quality of work they provide and how easy it was to communicate and work with them. Whatever they use to detail the inside of my car works like magic. I had some carpet stains I needed out and some sticky residue inside the drink holders that they took car of for me. The best part is I didn't have to ask for that. They took the initiative to give me a clean and polished car. Thank you for providing a reliable collision repair center. Definitely my go should I ever get into another accident.

I was in a little bumper to bumper accident but it was my first ever accident so I was so stressed. When I went to Dingman s they were nothing but friendly and gave me a fair deal. I dropped off my car and in no more than a few days my car was back. They had great prices and I couldn t even tell me car was in an accident. The customer service was off the charts I felt so welcome. I highly recommend this place!

Stopped by local shop with bolt issues on my own collision repair. Staff went above and beyond to assist me and had me on my way within minutes. Local is always better and the staff at this shop understand true customer service. I'd give 10 stars if I could and will always think of them first for my collision needs!

I had a very pleasant experience with dingmans. My car was rear ended and although it took a few weeks for repairs, Seth kept in contact with me and kept me up to date with what was going on. He made the frustrating experience of getting rear ended very bearable. Great customer service 5 stars!

They made a bad situation of an accident surprisingly easy to deal with. Within minutes, insurance was contacted and the repair process was rolling. The quality of work is factory fresh and you can't tell anything was ever wrong with our car. I will definitely be sending any other body work there without question.

I felt like they made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. Especially at the end, Seth took time to show me pictures and explain the steps that were taken to repair my vehicle. They really made a stressful situation significantly easier. I was pleased with how I felt leaving their shop when my vehicle was done- I felt confident that I had the information I needed and that I had been well taken care of. If you re looking for collision repair, let this place take a little stress out of the mix for you!

Dingmans was great to work with. They returned my car just as good as new. When a minor dashboard light was on, they solved the mystery and fixed it right away. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend them.

We worked with Seth to get our Mini Cooper fixed following a fender bender. He was professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. His attention to detail was phenomenal. I highly recommend Dingman s for any accident related fixes you need!

I recently hit a deer and I was told to head to Dingman's. I am SO glad that I had them fix my car. They were so easy to work with and they didn't hide anything from you. They got my car back in a timely manner. They work nicely with rental cars, if you would need one!

Referred to Dingman s by my insurance company as they are one of their 5-star repair facilities. Service and repairs done were second to none and they deserve the 5-star rating. I had to drive further to get my work done by them but glad I didn t change to a closer repair location...Thank You!

Went to them a year ago when I was hit and they fixed my vehicle and fought the insurance company to ensure quality parts were used. I had to come back and they helped fix an issue stemming from the initial accident. Informative, helpful, they go the extra mile to make things right. I m a customer for life! I highly recommend them to everyone. It s worth the drive to Papillion.

The people working at Dingman's are very friendly and they do great work!! They were very easy to work with, completed the work on time, and our car looks great!! I would highly recommend Dingman's to anyone needing body repair work on their vehicles!!
