The employees here are always kind, treat me like a real person with respect, walk me through what's going on with my car and what they'd like to do to better my safety in my car. The prices are set and listed, so I feel as though they're pretty honest people. Thank you!

Wife s brakes had been squeaking for a few weeks. I had taken it into a different shop who had done brake work for the car before, and had some warranty left. After saying they couldn t see any problems, they said they fixed it, but obviously just gave us the run around.I called Brakes Plus at 3:00 on a Friday, asking if I could drop it off, thinking they wouldn t have time to get to it until Saturday. I dropped it off at 4:00, they had it diagnosed by 4:30 and completed by 5:30.Mike K. was very courteous and knowledgeable, making sure to explain everything that had been done when I picked it up. I will continue to trust all my future auto needs to Brakes Plus. Highly recommended.

Mike helped me by changing the oil, repairing the AC, and overall get me back in operation. They did this without pressure and recognized my desire to get the vehicle back late in the day and stayed with it so I could have the vehicle to get to work in the morning.Very pleased.

Took my truck in very early in the morning for an alignment they told me i needed tires the cords were showing. They do not sell tires do I went on my way to find tires. It took all day to get them mounted. I took my truck back towards the end of the day. They did the alignment even though that meant it would go past closing time. They did a great job. I would recommend to anyone. They were also very nice. Thank You for the great service oh and they even applied a coupon to bring the price down

Chris at the Papillon location was exceptionally helpful. He walked me through the various oil change options. Answered all my questions and was very hospitable. We need more "Chris's" in the world with great customer service skills. Well done Chris!

Had an appointment and waited almost 2 hours. Then the $79 oil change with $20 in coupons still cost $83.60 because of all the add on costs they don't disclose until you get ready to pay. My truck does take 6 qts of oil which I knew was an upcharge ($12.59) for a qt of bulk oil. Just beware of their tactics before you decide to let them work on your vehicle. Been here several times in the past, won't be coming back.

I started hearing some metal sounds when driving. I took it in thinking I may need new brakes but it was actually something real easy for them fix that was included in their free brake check so it cost nothing. I appreciate how they didnt try to sell me something that I didn't need. The service was fast and they were very nice and honest.

Despite expecting a brake replacement due to 45,000 original miles, Brakes Plus impressed me with their honesty and integrity. Their inspection revealed my brakes had 2+ years of life remaining and my air filter was also in good condition, therefore saving me unnecessary expense. And at no cost! They could have easily pushed unnecessary repairs, but their ethical service and transparency earn my future business and a strong recommendation!

I never have any complaints with my experiences at Brakes Plus. Brakes Plus is the only place that I ve gone back to over and over and they ll definitely have my business for more years to come. They genuinely care about their customers and are very transparent with what s going on and how much their services cost.There was a mixup in the scheduling and my oil change time slot was double booked but they still got me in and out in less than an hour! Mike is very kind and profesional AND he gave me coupons which I never turn down. The rest of the staff is also very warm and welcoming.Also noteworthy .If you like a standard cup-a-Joe, they have some freshly made every morning for your caffeine needs. Not the most amazing but it does the trick and it s complimentary so you can t complain about that!As someone who is a housekeeping supe, I also appreciate the cleanliness of the waiting area and the restroom Would recommend. Double thumbs up

I love how the mechanics that work at this Brakes Plus store are professional, they spend time to explain things and THEY ARE HONEST! They have good coupons on their website that help you save money. Noah has been my mechanic the last couple times I've been in and he's always very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for all your help Noah!

I had an appointment march 29 9:00am to check out my car and fixing. i came in at 9:00am and waiting 1 hours but nothing done. They said I was next at 10:00. I was busy doing something so I need to go. i give my car to them staying in the shop, told them when done call me ! They never called me about my car. i called them 11am 1pm 2:30pm and 4:30pm. I finally came in to pick up my car after 4:30 they still did nothing with my car. They never looked at it all day even with a 9:00 appointment. i can t believe why business work like that. Bad job work service.please trust me every person see my text.don t come there.they all talk lie and don t have good service.

It was a great experience! I called the afternoon b4, & got an appt for next morning. I dropped off my car at 930, & I was given a ride home to wait. I recd a call about 1130 with the explanation & quote for repairs. The repairs were completed by 300. Car now has new brakes, with NO grinding or squealing. Thank you Shawn!! I appreciate your professionalism & courtesy.

I came to this location to check on my brakes that another location failed to check properly! Noah Vasquez was amazing!!! His professionalism, customer service & hospitality was excellent which in this day and age is a lost art! He showed the problems I had with my car and explained everything in detail which I appreciate. I want to thank brakes plus in Papillion 10050 S. 71st for everything they have done for me.

First time with Brakes Plus and i was NOT disappointed. The quoted up front price was very competitive and they only did the requested work and they called before doing any additional work that needed to be done. Final price for front brake service, full synthetic oil change was the most competitive price I've ever seen and was just about the exact quoted price. The two brothers working the front desk were a joy to work with and extremely friendly and hilarious to work with. They're quite the team ! Kudos to Papillon Brakes Plus for a job well done and I'll be returning for more of my automobile maintenance needs in the future. 04/01/24 update. 3rd visit, but this time with my vehicle and not wife's. Complete brake inspection, suggested front brakes could wait if needed and backs were ready to replace. Inspected the vehicle myself and with their findings and my visual, we both came to same conclusion. I enjoy working with the folks at this facility and will continue to do business with them.

The person that helped me is named Mike he was great good to deal with I called he got me right in for an alignment they did a very good job got me the pictures of what it was before and what it was after they're done and they did a fantastic job I will call Mike again he's a very good asset to your company

Excellent service! Jaylen and the team are very trustworthy and detail oriented. Have been going here for brake services for years but recently had them do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was buying and it was the most thorough and transparent inspection I've ever had... keeping me involved throughout.Will now be bringing them on to do all my service like oil changes and fluids checks as well. They really can't be beat!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

Brakes Plus in Papillion has been awesome to work with. My primary contact has been Elijah Mitchell and he s been amazing. BP replaced my sons AC, does all my maintenance work and will replace my brakes soon.
