Really poor customer service. Very unprofessional.Went in to have an ipod battery changed, One clerk was sitting behind the counter on his phone feet kicked up in the air, The other employee didn't even bother to help. They said they don't change batteries in any ipod products. This is the store located in pavilion nebraska.

Customer service was horrible. Honestly used to love coming here as I always had a good experience. This dude that was working today 2-27-2024 at 1:00 with glasses is the rudest person I ve ever encountered. My brother even went inside and saw him being rude to another customer. This is ridiculous. Don t work in customer service if you hate customers. I was a consistent customer but I ll probably never be back. I ll find a new place to fix my phones.

Absurdly poor customer service.Purchased a replacement cell phone battery. I was told the part should arrive in 2 days, and that I would receive a phone call upon arrival. 10 days later, no phone call. I returned to the store to inquire as to whether the part had arrived. Was told it should be arriving the following day and that I would receive a phone call upon arrival. 3 weeks after purchase I call the store and am told that "the part arrived yesterday." Then, the story changes to "the part arrived a week ago and we called you." I never received a call, no voicemail left on my phone. I return to the store to have the battery installed. I ask the reason why I was never called even after following up with the store on multiple occasions. The rep at the store replies, "I don't know what to tell you." I DO know what to tell you if you're considering shopping here. Avoid like the plague.

David knew the type o battery that I needed for my Terrain, described the quality of it, and installed it for me using a tool that kept all of my car's settings. Excellent!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a screen repair done at another Batteries Plus while on vacation and my screen has never been quite right. Even tho I have a warranty on the repair he had his mind made up that he wasn t gonna fix or replace it. Won t go in the store again.

Went to the store to see if i needed new batteries for a headset headlight. I was skeptical that they would just sell me batteries. The guy there checked my current batteries and they seemed ok. Apparently the device is broke. Thought they did great customer service. I wish i knew the guys name. He actually stepped in while someone else was helping me to check things out and figured out the problem was not the batteries.Great job! And thank you!

Decided to stop in on my lunch break to see about getting a battery changed out in my kid's fitness tracker. The guys working were super helpful and friendly! I was in and out super quick, and the price wasn't bad either. Will definitely be back for any future battery needs.

I purchased some marine batteries for my boat online here. The process was quick and easy. I was able to pick up my batteries, and a few days later, bring back the old ones for my core deposit refund.

Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced! Will never shop here again! I bought a battery from this location on 05/11/2023, after having the bike shop go through my motorcycle entirely, they identified that the battery was not holding a good charge under load. (dropped down to 7 volts while cranking bike) Under all other scenarios the batter tested fine. I took the battery to get a replacement on 06/07/2023 and the bench test it dropped down to almost 8 volts as I had originally reported was the problem. The manager said the battery was overperforming and was refusing to acknowledge the warranty. After I pushed back on the subject he then started to insult my intelligence and saying I don't understand how batteries work and becuase he works there he somehow knows more than I do about batteries holding a charge. I then requested to have him test a new battery under the same load. While he was setting up for the new battery test I simply informed him if he wanted to keep customers he should not be "effing" talking down to them like he did to me. He then stopped doing the test and told me to leave the store without the new battery. So, at that point I got extremely irritated and said a few choice words that included i'm not leaving without the warranty being covered. He then started mocking me with rude sounds and such right in front of other customers. Long story short, I didn't leave until they gave me the new battery and had him also perfoem the load test on the new battery. Well, that battery never dropped below 10.5 volts under load. So.... he ended up proving himself an idiot and losing a customer at the same time. He simply could have covered the the warranty and wouldn't have had to ruin my experience along with the polite customers who it occurred in front of. (I did humbly appologize to the customers for my behavior but I'm not going to accept being disrespected as he had done to me) I also found out that the person treating me this way was the actual manager of the store, so... I highly recommend avoiding this location in Papillion, NE.

I can t even begin to express how awesome this place is. I needed a new charge port for my IPhone and I called Apple and they wanted 500.00 to replace it. I went into Batteries and Bulbs in Papillion and they replaced it but unfortunately it was defective but they had one delivered within an hour. They even gave me a huge discount! Wesley was just amazing and Ian was top notch as well! I will never go to another place. The BEST customer service hands down!!!

I had a very positive experience today with getting a car battery replaced. I was able to search to find the right battery on their website and was able to schedule an installation same day on the website and the installation only took about 10-15 minutes. The employee was nice and did a great job. Highly recommend this store to anyone in the area.

Terrible customer service experience. Some cashier named "Erick" was incredibly rude to me and my wife, and while in the store, I watched him run off another couple looking for help. Overall terrible service and the cashier should be let go.

Has no way of looking up specific types of batteries and wants you to just drive in, so they can tell you that they don't have it. Absolutely no customer service...ugh

This is the 7th Duracell Ultra battery purchase from BPBs. BPBs product availability, price and customer service is outstanding.

I went into this store with a low expectation and was pleased when I left. I think that they carry a well made automotive battery. There are few manufacturers of automotive batteries at present, and I am pleased to report that Batteries Plus Bulbs carries one of the better made automotive batteries. Part 2: The reason for the 4 star rather than 5 star rating is that the employee was not willing to replace the cells in my cordless tool battery packs. The employ explained that the sealed type pack is one that they serviced in the past, but no longer service due to the chance of damage to the pack when they force them open. I had to research the procedure and replace the cells in the packs myself. I did not think it was that difficult. I would have preferred to pay these guys to do it, freeing up my valuable time. Having had to do it myself I found it both practical and believe that the store should reconsider their policy. It is a minor point but one that results in the loss of a star in their rating.

I placed an order online for a motorcycle battery on a Saturday. The website said to call the store for availability. I figured it would not be in stock and it would take some time to receive it, which was OK by me. Before I could call the store, the store called me and said the battery would be available for pickup on Thursday. Cool. When I didn't hear from the store by Friday morning, I called the store and was told that my order was mixed in with several others and they would not be able to sort things out until Monday. Totally unacceptable, but what can I do!?!?!?I needed to go shopping near the store on Saturday morning (1 week after I placed my order) and figured I'd stop in to drop off some unused battery acid. The manager of the store was there, knew who I was, and gave me his word he would have my battery by noon. Sure enough, he called me around 11:15.So, I have a mixed review. The battery was unavailable. OK. Not contacting me when it arrived. Not good, but they didn't know it arrived. Telling me it would take an additional 3 days to find it. Totally unacceptable, especially when they were open for those 3 days. It's not like they were closed for that time. Finally, the manager being aware of the problem and getting it fixed immediately. Very good.As far as the battery itself, time will tell. It's a Duracell Ultra for an older motorcycle. It fits and it started the bike when it was 40 degrees outside. It seems to be good so far.

I ve had several vehicles, and when it is time to replace the battery, I only trust the X2 Power AGM batteries sold here! Made in the USA and they work awesome in even the harshest Nebraska winters, or scorching summers!

Good selection of motorcycle batteries and good prices. Ordered online mid-morning and received email same afternoon that it was ready. Walked into the store later the same day and left five minutes later with battery after a pretty easy checkout. I'll be back!

Excellent customer service, great price and better warranty for my motorcycle battery then anywhere in the area. Also picked up a trickle charger for $10 less than Walmart, for the exact same product. Definitely will continue business with them.

Caleb was easy to work with, changed out the battery for our vehicle and had us back on the road quickly. The battery couldn't be found at either Auto Zone location we went to and Midas would have tacked on an extra $100 in cost. Thank you for the top notch customer service and prices!

I had a very bad experience with Batteries+Bulbs in Papillion NE. I called ahead to make sure they had the battery I needed in stock. I was told they had 2. So, I order online to receive the 10% discount. When I went to pick up the battery, they only had one that was used and leaking acid. They did not offer any further assistance or an apology.Edit after owner's response: There is no performance issue. I did not buy the leaking battery. I immediately asked for and received a refund. I will never (try to) do business there again.

bought a battery for Harley 1 year and 10 days ago started motorcycle 2 times with it, took battery out for winter put it in to start riding again this spring wont do anything brought it back in like 10 days over 1 year , tested it said yeah it's dead. wont do anything as its 10 days over on 1 year warranty. I understand that but didn't even offer maybe a discount for a new one or anything. not asking for anything free but maybe a little customer service would be good. my company spends alot of money with this company too, but we wont anymore . customer service can go along way to make money and to lose money for a company.

Recently went to this store as my brother-in-law and sister recommended it as they currently own a Batteries Plus Bulbs store #945 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Granddaughter's phone was a mess with the cracked screen, It's just like new now. They had it fixed really quick too. what a convenience. We are really satisfied with their service and will be visiting again. Had it not been for Scott Enman we would have never known about this and would have paid a lot more for the service they did. Thank you sooo much.

Horrible customer service. Called them before I went and talked with Nathan about replacing my cellphone battery. He told me that they could hook it up to a charger and tell me if I needed a new battery. I went in today April 22 at 9 am and sales clerk there had absolutely no answers. After, hookingit up all he said was " I can't tell ". So I asked what amount of charge time I could expect from a new battery and he said " I don't know ", and shoved the phone back in my face.

Had my Apple screen replaced after someone at the gym broke it and refused to pay. I have an I-phone 7 plus, which was not cheap. After consulting with the representatives at Batteries Plus Bulbs, they never explained that the screen would be low quality. The Apple store charges close to $200 and would replace it with one of their screens and keep the water resistance. I figured if the only difference was the water resistance, then I would be okay with paying $100. That wasn t the case, the screens this place uses are not good, and they won t tell you that till after. The picture quality is faded and washed out, looks cloudy and there s no way to adjust the settings. I stopped by the store and spoke to the same guy who originally replaced it, and he suggested doing another replacement. I said okay and left my phone with him for another hour and a half. This time, it took less time than the first time, which I thought was strange. When I went back to pick it up, it didn t look like it was actually replaced. The guy said he didn t keep the protector on because he wanted to test it. I m pretty sure it would ve worked just fine. The quality of the supposedly replaced screen, was the same. As you can see, I left feeling lied too. Also, the first time my screen was replaced, I noticed my notes were opened to my banking account information. Luckily it was locked. That didn t leave a good feeling seeing that they tried opening that. Now I have an expensive phone with the worst quality, no manufacturer warranty, and it s not working properly. The touch on the top corners doesn t respond well. The other day the lock screen would not display the time and date nor would open my camera if I tried sliding over. I had to reset my phone 8 times before it displayed that information. I m not sure what to do now since I can t even take it to Apple. I stopped by the store again this past weekend, and they only suggested replacing the screen again! I m stuck with a defective phone that has the worst picture quality, and I m still paying it off. Terrible experience! I hope they do the right thing, otherwise I may have to reach out to the BBB, which my boss is a spokes person for them. I hate to do this as I work in the business industry. Please do your research before going here!
