Spent $94 on this block heater plus $15 same day delivery. The delivery part was great. What wasn t great is the sold me a used item. Scuffs on the magnet along with the re taped package. AutoZone lost my business!

I was in Omaha helping my family and my oil light came on. I called my husband and he said to find an Autozone before you drive back to Missouri and I bet they will help you! I arrived at 7:30 and was greeted by a smiling, friendly Gernell as he opened the store. He was happy to show me how to check my oil, patient while I found my owners manual to find the type of oil needed, then showed me how to put oil in! I arrived home safely! He went above and beyond and I appreciate his kindness so much today!!! Way to go Autozone for hiring Mr Gernell- he s a keeper!!

Came into the store. Two staff members were both working in the back; could hear them unloading. Walked around a bit until finally someone tried to help. Needed to check vehicle code, they stated it was broke and have not got a new one yet.

Somehow over the last 15 years of car ownership, I have never replaced my own windshield wipers. Although this should be a simple process, I had to call in the experts at AutoZone. Noah helped make sure I got the correct sizes and the right product to get the job done. He even took the time to come outside and teach me how to install them properly. Noah answered all my questions without making me feel less than and wanted to make sure I understood, rather than just getting the job done and moving on. Highly recommend this location for their wide selection and incredible staff.

Wow! Thanks to the whole staff who helped me with my battery situation. I bought a new one from them on a Sunday, only to learn the next day that my warranty covered a new battery if taken to the dealership. The staff was WONDERFUL all the way around! They installed the new one for me, AND replaced it the next day with my original battery so I wouldn t lose the warranty on my car. They had the best prices, battery warranty, and by FAR the best customer service I ve seen at an auto parts store to date. Thanks so much, AutoZone! You will be my go-to from now on as well as recommended to all my friends and family. I highly recommend this store!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the owner/manager regarding an older gentlemen employee named Grenal (not sure if I spelled his name correct). Been coming to this store the last 6 yrs and I m always relieved to see this gentleman behind the counter when I come in. I know that I ll be helped with a great attitude and helpful manner. Today s experience was no different. Went out of his way to help me find an option for an air hose not in stock. Been to 31 countries, 44 states, and a hundred auto zones in between. He s my favorite employee at an auto zone.

As a handicapped person I called into store to see if I could get assistance in the parking lot. I had purchased a new passenger side wiper in January and the rubber strip had come off. Pleasantly it was replaced w/o problem w/o charge. The young man was so pleasant I wouldn't hesitate to come back again. Sorry I didn't get his name ? Chris.?

Dameon helped me with my check engine light and recommended parts that would help fix the issues! He was very personable, kind, and courteous. I really appreciated his help and cheerfulness in what was a busy time with lots of customers!

This store needs some serious help. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable, but if you can get one who is available they usually have to help ring up purchases, answer the phone and then of course help the random person in the parking lot change their battery. Every. Time. Even with no one in line you will wait 10+ minutes to get out of the store. I understand the employees are older, but no one moves with a sense of urgency or acts like people waiting matters. Good old customer service life. I'll be using other stores until this location can figure out what they are doing and how to use their registers and PoS systems correctly.

Wanted to give out another huge "thank you" to the gentleman at this AutoZone for taking the time to help us with a dead battery at nearby business. He didn't have to do what he did, but he did! We were basically stranded and very far from home with a small dog that needed medical attention. This man didn't hesitate with anything that was needed to get the car going. Ended up needing a new battery and he put that in. I unfortunately did not get his name but I think it was Billy S? You are an awesome man!!

Stopped in for a battery test. Tyler was eager to help and checked it out immediately. Finding that the car could use a new battery, he made a great recommendation and then even installed it. Throughout his work, we made small talk and he said he had only been with the company two months and has aspirations of becoming a mechanic. Keep that integrity and humility Tyler, and you will be a GREAT mechanic!!

Been a faithful AutoZone customer for over 10 years went into the store looking for a bearing which is a normal bearing you would find on a car but this is not for a car they could not help me unless I told them what kind of car it s from to me it was laziness I said could I just see the bearings and we can match it up their response was oh no we have too many boxes of bearings to do that so to Napa I go where I know they can help they ll probably be my last time I shop at AutoZone it s called laziness

Needed help with license plate screws and was directed to the appropriate area. Then looked at oil filters for both my cars and got a phenomenal deal and bought all the filters in stock. Rep was able to allow me to purchase them and pick them up at the main store!Thanks for always going one step further than expected.Pat H.

My battery died and it was on an extremely cold night. I stopped in to buy a new battery and CJ helped me. He even installed my battery and allowed me to wait inside while he did it. He was so super helpful and professional. I especially appreciated it because it was so cold and he dropped what he was doing to help.

I've only been to this location once, and all I needed was a check engine light code readout. They were extremely patronizing to me. As a female in 2021 I should not have to deal with being scoffed at and patronized over car issues. They even looked at my son and said "well HE would know how to do it". I was very disappointed in the interaction.

Sorry to report a pretty bad customer service/all-around motivation incident especially after all the positive reviews so hopefully it's just an isolated incident. But basically stood up front ready to check out while the main cashier was outside helping someone with his car the other two guys stood in front of me stocking the shelves in the back. After standing there sometime they never stopped to help or ask if I was ready just stood in front of me and kept on so I just walked back set my product down and headed out without getting help. Pretty terrible situational awareness to notice someone needing checkout and not take a minute to ring me up.

I'm in the military and just arrived in the area. I have a vehicle in storage for three years and needed the battery replaced. Received outstanding customer service from this store. The manger even came out to help when an issue came up with installing the battery. Even got a discount for being in the military. Great store!

I went in to get my vehicle battery tested, with a battery that eventually required replacement. Upon entry in the store, the team of employees seemed very annoyed that I had even entered the store and were disinterested in helping me test my battery. Eventually, with a few dirty looks shot my way, one employee begrudgingly grabbed the tester and proceeded to join me at my vehicle. That employee attached the leads to my battery and within less than 10 seconds said the tester didn t work and said he/she couldn t help me...Of course he/she couldn t. I don t think it was a matter of couldn t as much as it was a matter of didn t want to. I thanked the employee for the amazing service and left for an O Reilly Autoparts on Washington Rd, who had my battery tested and replaced within 10 minutes and received the best service I ve ever received. I m headed over to their page to drop a 5-star positive review after this.Bottom Line: Find another auto parts store if you can. This store not only lost a sale of $170 today but also any future business from me. Good luck.

Tonight I called 9min before closing because I needed a new taillight bulb. Josh offered to find it for me. He had it ready for me before I arrived. Josh and Michael both helped install it too! They went over and above. Great store and staff. Thank you!

Just bought rear brake pads for my altima, luckily I opened the obviously resealed box in the car before leaving. The shims on 2 were off of the pads and the bag with the clips wasn't even in it. I went back in and they exchanged them, no "sorry that happened". I guess it was lucky for me I didn't drive all the way back home. Look at what you buy here carefully because in my case a return was just taped up and stuck back on shelf. It doesn't take a very brilliant person to open a return and see if all is there.

I am a small business owner and a woman. I went into this store to buy 2 gallons of windshield washer fluid de-icer, oil, and saw a bag of ice melt which I needed. I barely got it all to the counter without dropping it. After I checked out, I asked the guy if they had carts or something that I could carry this out to my car with. He said No, but you can leave the washer fluid and come back in for it if you want. The store was not busy at all. I have worked customer service my WHOLE LIFE. I was appalled that he did not offer to help. Excellent customer service would have been offering to take it out to my car for me. Instead, in my pride, I picked up all of it, and headed back to my car - of course dropping my wallet and almost dropping my ice melt on the way back. I won t be shopping here in the future. Ill go to Bellevue instead. They have better customer service.
