We enjoy the pizza often, it's very good! Had supper there a few times and it was good as well. Staff is friendly for the most part and they have also patched a few tires for us.

Unfair, rude, and racist staff.Car broke down on the way through. The mechanic over charged me and admitted to it, and dealing with the rest of the staff was very hard and they were rude. None of the staff could agree on what they were charging me for, with each other or with them self s. I was heard 5 different story s on why I was over charged. Two of them came from the same guy, he was obviously lying. Also one lady working there had asked me where I stayed the night before. I told her in Lexington at the holiday inn. She had said that she lives in Lexington and I asked her how she liked it. Her response was the Mexican and Somali community moved in the town and made it trashy and they don t take care of anything. I was appalled. After telling her that Mexican and Somali people are some of the nicest people I ve ever met (she could tell that I was very upset with what she had just said) she replied with well I have one very nice Somali neighbor. I could not believe it, it made me sick. If they treat me like this and talk like this, I couldn t imagine what I d have to go through if I wasn t a Caucasian customer.Unless you want to be over screwed over, and have to deal with rude and hateful staff, I would suggest saving yourself disrespect, headache, and money by not doing any business with this establishment.

I know most of the people employed as well as the owners they are pretty good people just trying to make it work, dispite all of the "bad experiences" that people have I can tell you with certainty you just caught them on a bad day, and before you say they should always be kind and clear it's harder than it sounds. I visit regularly

My car broke down in the neighboring town of Lexington, and AAA used Flatwater for our service. We had our starter go bad, and they said they could fix it. We asked for a refurbished starter (our car has 200k miles on it,) and they charged us the same price as a top of the line new one. They also charged us for two hours of work, when the mechanic admitted to doing only 40 minutes of work. He tried to convince us that it was federal law for him to charge two hours worth of work, but we quickly realized that this was Extortion, and Larceny. We talked to the owner about it, and he was extremely defensive when we called him out about it. After calling him out, he charged us for the ride back to the shop from the hotel (this wasn t on the bill before, and no one told us that we were being charged for a complimentary ride. ) He didn t offer to give us a refund until we threatened to report him to The Federal Trade Commision. The whole staff were covering up their tracks (as they were giving us many different excuses that contradicted themselves.) Not to mention, the staff was incredibly racist too. They tried to blame the low quality of the local hotels on the local Mexican and Somali population. (The woman said Somalian, get your labels right before you label other people.) We finally got a whooping refund of $26. (Should ve gotten at least $70.) Overall, I am incredibly disappointed by the scams that Flatwater pulls, and am now set back hundreds of dollars from unnecessary charges.

We were stuck with a flat and nobody could get us another tire except Bobby. He found the tire and brought it to where our car was . We had it replaced and were able to get on our way again. So grateful. Bobby and his crew were fantastic! Sue w ny

My vehicle broke down between Lexington and Cozad. We called Food and Automotive after speaking to several locations for a tow. Frank from AMAC recommended we use F&A and referred me to Bobby. When I asked Bobby about the cost, he said there is a hook up fee of around $80 and then $5 per mile to your destination after hook up. When Adam arrived, he was very nice and promptly hooked the vehicle up. When we reached the destination, which was 6 miles away from where my vehicle broke down, I went to pay and Adam told me it would be $250. I looked at the charges and found there to be a 28-mile drive charge at $5 per mile. When I asked about it, he said, the mileage starts from the shop. Had Bobby told me this, I wouldn t have had the tow. I feel lied to, despite Adam s great service. If that is the cost, that s fine, but they should have been up front about the mileage cost. I am giving 2 stars because it would be 1, but Adam did a great job on the actual tow.

Horrible, unfair, and illegal service. My car broke down on a family vacation with my siblings, on way from Colorado to Wisconsin. They first tried to tell me that the part started at $250, but when I called the place they told me they were getting it from they said the part cost $140. I told them about this and got the cost for the part down to $170. Then the mechanic charged us for 2 hours of work when they opened at 8am and the car was done by 9am. When questioning him about it he said he legally had to charge us for 2 hours even though it took him less than an hour to do the work. After calling the FTC we found out that they not only committed extortion but broke about 4 other laws by telling us that. After dealing with the rude owner he told us that he suggested charging us for the two hours (after only being open for 1) and then refunded us for the extra hour, but then charged us based on a local taxi services rates (they used their own employee to pick us up not the taxi service) and charged us for a service that was made up, and that we were told there was no charge for. I will be continuing my claims with the FTC. AAA also is very unhappy with the way they treated us and is putting a mark down on Flatwater s file with them. I recommend going with any other towing or repair shop you can, because Flatwater will do everything they can to try and screw you over, even if it s illegal.
