I do not recommend this place. I'm a senior and need a place i can depend on. I went in for a rattle in my car that sounded like something loose. They said I'd need two tie rods and would be almost $700. I got a second opinion and it was something loose. Tie rods were fine! Only $180 to fix. Dont believe what they say and get a second opinion! They will rip you off!! Under old management never had a problem.

Oil change and some filtered changed. Their team of technicians are courteous and go out of their to help answer any questions. Pricing is good. I recommend the service they provide in a timely manner.

Poor customer service and they really try and stick it to you. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes when an employee was sitting right there on the computer. I finally spoke up and said something and then the lady was acting rude like I bothered her. No one came and gave me updates on my vehicle. I had to ask questions myself. I wasn't given a written estimate. Just told a price. It was so hot in the lobby I felt like I got heat stroke. Don't feel like going back.

My original review of Tuffy s was great! I could not leave it up any longer because I don t want to contribute to someone to get sucked into the same cycle that I somehow have. Tuffy s is totally great if you d enjoy scheduling them into your weekly duties, factoring them into your bi-weekly paycheck, and having your engine light turn on during your literal drive home from your service. Please learn from my experience, and save yourself the trouble of coming here. I originally came in for an engine issue, and it wasn t a cheap fix. I left that appointment and on my way home( minutes later) my engine light came back on. I turned around and had them run the code and they said oh, this has nothing to do with what we just did. But luckily it s just a $200 fix. I decided i d just do it without much resistance. I came in for the $200 fix this weekend and there was a woman in the lobby complaining about how she s been giving all her Saturday s to Tuffy s for the same problem and was angry. I already felt a bit of her frustration but I just sat patiently and waited for my car to be fixed. I d mentioned the car had been overheating before I gave it to them and told them to look into this as well. Once my car was given back, they said that everything was good and there shouldn t be an over heating issue because they d had it idling for 10-15 minutes. I got back in the car and it s all the way on H and currently WAS overheating. I had to turn around and go back in to get the associate and once he saw this he s put about 3 flower pots worth of coolant in my car. After this, I was relieved to be through with the car issues and was driving home and BOOM there s the engine light again. I turned around and had them run the codes and yet again .this problem somehow has nothing to do with the previous service. They ve been the only ones under my hood for the past 2-3 months. Every time they run the codes, then do the fix, another code gets thrown out. They are superb at explaining how they aren t at fault and how one problem was nowhere near the other. I think it s unacceptable that you can run codes for a fix before an appointment and then drive away with somehow having a problem that wasn t indicated at all prior to the appointment. I think it s unacceptable that I can t drive home from the place without my engine light mysteriously turning back on when i m half way home. Basically, i m saying save yourself. I smell a scam. I m calling the Better Businesses Bureau but wanted to make sure I fix my review first. I am a good and loyal customer. I leave good reviews and can count on one hand how many bad reviews i ve EVER left, but this is just crazy. I ve been waiting on a quote from them for 2-3 weeks for an ESTIMATE on my 4th consecutive fix since I first started dealing with them 3 months ago (that they d said they d take money off so it figures i m not a priority). It s just ridiculous and i'm taking my car to another shop. I have NEVER driven off their lot without my engine light coming on within minutes. BEWARE

It took literally two hours for just an oil change and they charged me almost twice as much as my normal mechanic

We went in today (Sunday), Jul 10 2022. We received amazing and very professional service. The entire staff was very nice and constantly communicated with us. We needed to get our AC serviced as our vehicle needed to have our freon recharged. It was a very hot day and the technician worked on the vehicle outside of their service hangar. They got the job done well! The price was fair. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks!!!

Love this place. Think it s a new manager after the last one retired, but they still treated us right like they did before! They ve always been honest with me too. I record this place to everyone I know when I get asked where to go.

48 hours ago I had no knowledge or relationship with this shop, and now I m posting this excellent review. Couldn t have been happier: prompt quote, fast work. communication and customer service were all incredible. They went above and beyond and clearly care about their customers. Spending a grand on brakes isn t fun, but Tuffy in Millard made it at painless as it can be. Highest recommendation.Service: Brakes

I will have to say reading reviews posted truly do not reflect this repair facility. I have been using Pat and the guys here for years and have always received nothing but 5 star service. Through the years with several vehicles Pat has always been honest on recommendations and has found solutions to issues other shops could not. I have sent dozens of coworkers along with friends and family and have always had great feedback and the warm friendly service cannot be matched. I highly recommend Pat and his team if you are looking for a honest go to mechanic that truly cares about their customers at great prices. Thanks for the first class service guys, keep up the great work.

After I left a negative review, my driver's side door handle was intentionally broken off my vehicle. "Pat" told me there's no possible way this was them. I guess it must have grown legs and ran away from this predatory business. LOL in all seriousness I would never recommend this shop.Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenanceServices: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance

I was greeted nicely when I walked in the door, told them I needed an oil change. Not a problem sir, just pull around back and they will get you in right away.I informed the MOD I had a coupon for the oil change, and the upsell began immediately.Told me my SUV requires a more expensive blend. First time I ve heard that in 4 years, but whatever. He know best. Right? Then he tells me, they can t do it today and I need to make an appointment.Worst place in Millard. I will gladly spend more at a place that appreciates my business.

Friendly staff and good service! Also, I appreciate that I was able to get my car worked on within a couple of days of calling for an appointment.

Not only did they do a fantastic job on the brakes for my Mazda 3 at a fair price, but they also diagnosed a brake problem with my wife s Rav4. Another shop tried (and failed) 3 times to find the problem but Tuffy found the fix in less than 30 minutes. As an added bonus they helped me find an inexpensive fix for a transmission shudder issue in the Rav4 as well. Highly recommend this shop. I will now be taking our cars to Tuffy for service work.

So, I am going to try and keep this short as possible. I went in to Tuffy's out of the blue, and asked if I could get my muffler deleted and a custom Y pipe fabricated in it's place. They said that they could perform the work same day. So I went ahead and had them do it, and it seemed that the guy that was working on my car was having trouble, so the manager had to go out and assist him. When the work was finally complete, the mechanic brought my car outside and parked it right outside the entrance to the lobby, revving up the engine. It seemed to sound okay. After paying for the work, I went outside and had a look at the work performed. One of the exhaust tips were not straight. This was one of my primary concerns about the job! They needed to look as if they were never touched! Well, since it was Christmas Eve, and they were already technically closed, I figured that I would just come back, and have them make the necessary adjustments. I never mentioned it right then and there. I probably should have. I did finally go back and tell the manager about my disappointment in the quality of the work, and he said that I could bring it back to have it looked at and have any adjustments. I did ask the manager if the guy that did the welding wasn't their usual tech, and he said no. I have shown pictures of the welds to many people, and sadly, they stated that they could have done better blindfolded, with no welding experience. Now, I hate to be "that guy", that goes back and demands his money back for poor quality work, but I guess, at this point, it's the only thing that would make me happy, since they wasted several hours of my life waiting for this garbage to be complete. Not to mention, I ended up taking my car elsewhere to have the whole thing redone. The pictures speak for themselves. You be the judge, and beware!

I have been taking my cars here for years. They have a mechanic that is a veteran with Toyotas, and does a fantastic job on my Gen 2 and 3 models. Their only flaw is that they are not always the best at calling you back. But the extra service and honesty more than make up for it to me.

Worst " muffler shop ever" they did a work on my exhaust system and left it with a noise that i now have to hear all day. Came twice to find out what it was and they had no idea what it is, plus the manager is a total grumpy no smile with a face on all day and he said that they used to call us exhaust pro. Yeah right never going back there again. SUCKS

Tuffy Auto Services Center is the place to go for servicing your car or truck. I purchased 4 tires and a oil change and were by far the cheapest in town. The service was 5 out of 5 stars and the staff couldn't have been nicer and knowledgeable. Thank You Tuffy

First of all i keep my truck well maintained and try to do most of it myself, however they got me in with a $15 oil change coupon....thats cheaper than i can buy the stuff and do it myself for GREAT!!! ........however once it was done they had several service "recommendations" for my truck....first was a "tranny flush"....i just had it done 5000 miles before and the fluid was like brand new...next was a "coolant flush"...again all brand new. (Did they even bother to check?) Next they told me i needed brakes....ok this was true but the "estimate" was for 4 brand new rotors and all new pads at a total of over $600!!! The pads they were charging $80 a set for....funny because i bought pads at oreilly that morning on the way there for $15 that were in the passenger seat. Also they never removed a wheel so how did they measure my rotors to determine they were bad??? They didnt because i had measured them and they were still ok.Overall they quoted me $1200 worth of work when all i needed was $15 brake pads. WHAT A SCAM!!! I feel like they use the cheap oil change to get people in and then scam them into service they dont need because most people dont know any better. STAY AWAY from this place.

They double charged me and I'm still waiting for it to be credited back. I think the casier didn't seem like he kmew what he was doing. I paid before hand and then the same cashier charged me again. There wasnt even any other other customers in the store. They didn't charge me to rotate my tires and that was really nice of them, so all in all the bad equalled out the good

The attendant working on my car was annoying and cocky. He kept commenting on the poor service of my last mechanic. Later on, the attendant returned to tell me that I have a crack in my engine block. I'm not an expert but it didn't look like a crack. I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion and they couldn't find anything. Overall, Tuffy's has some cheap coupons in the mail, and you get what you pay for. Sadly the company's "knowledge of cars" is limited individualistically and thus I can't recommend listening to anything they have to say.

I went in to get a "free" brake inspection, with the idea that they would also end up doing it for me. After being charged $50 for a "free" inspection I was semi-upset. However, they then put the nail in the coffin, they informed me that replacing the JUST the rear brake drums, shoes, hardware, and brake cylinder would cost me $625 before tax.Little did they know that I had done some comparison shopping beforehand, to get this same thing done at the Millard Auto Center, would have cost me $291... All the same repairs. The same thing being done down at Twins Auto (off of Saddle Creek and Leavenworth) was even cheaper, about $225-$275 depending on how long it took to get done. The parts that I HAD ALREADY purchased at O'Reilly's cost me the following amount'sBrake Drums: $41.00/eachBrake Shoes: $17.50/eachHardware Kit/Springs: $8.00 totalAt Tuffy here were their parts fees (they won't put on outside parts, by the way):Brake Drums: $117.00/EACHBrake Shoes: $75.00/EACHHardware Kit/Springs: $41.00/EACHThe cost difference in parts alone (between Tuffy's and O'Reilly's), not even accounting for labor, was as follows:2.85 x's the cost for brake drums4.29 x's the cost of brake shoe'sand an astounding 5.125 times the cost cost of hardware/springs.With all this being said, think twice before dropping your vehicle off here. They are your stereotypical car shop. Trying to pull one over on anyone who walks through the door. The manager over there does a great job of acting like he's got your back, but when it comes down to it, he knows that his paycheck, bonus, etc. relies on his ability to up-sell the cost of parts and labor. Please, take your car to a shop where the work will be done correctly and at a FAIR price.

I had a 10k estimate repair from the Markel BMW and this Tuffys location got it down to 2500 a couple years ago and my car was running great! I recently had Transmission issues and they referred me to Omaha Transmission so I love the honesty and willingness to get you to the right place so I really wanted to give you guys my review.

Do not due business with this location. Tuffy as a whole is a great company, but this location provides substandard service and does not care about the customer. They discriminate against clients based on perceived past issues. Your better off spending a few extra dollars to go to another location or another business like i did. I also filed an complaint with the BBB on this business location. Considering other avenues. Horrible experience. If anyone wants to know the details of the service issue i had, i would be more than happy to share it with them.

Will not be returning to this service center. The manager would not even look up from his computer. I did overhear him telling a coworker that "Rick" would be back so they would need to make things appear "in order". Wouldn't recommend going to this shop even for a simple oil change.

Had to go in for brakes and a couple other things to check up on. They got my brakes done a little faster than what they told me, and they were willing to stay open after hours to get it finished for me.

They sent me to the Valvoline shop next door because Tuffys didn't have any openings for an oil change. Valvoline was going to charge 2xs what Tuffys cost with coupon and Valvoline doesn't honor Tuffy coupon. Worst Tuffys! Best Tuffys is off 184th and Center.
