With extended family, we have five Toyota/Lexus vehicles in our fleet. Combined with Toyota reliability, we exclusively choose Toyo Techs as our maintenance stop for all our needs. Most of our cars are well over 100,000 miles, into 200,000 miles and are running strong thanks to the quality work and fair for the money price of services provided By Toyo Techs. Our latest wow moment came from having TT polishing out these Camry headlights. Cheaper than aftermarket or Toyota replacement, this will ensure that our teenager has safe travel too and from the weight room and practice fields before dawn, and after dusk. Pictures don t do this cosmetic and safety upgrade justice! Thanks to the talented techs, Ryan, Marcus, and Shelby for being easy on the eyes and easy on the wallet!

First time customer today after deciding to change from a previous establishment after 13 years.For a year I read through all the Toyota repair facilities performance history in Omaha seeing Toyo Tech has the best.The greeting from Shelby was genuine making it comfortable checking in for my appointment.After the car inspection Marcus provided honest and accurate feedback concerning my 4Runner.The front headlight trim clip broke in the car wash I went to after having my car serviced.I stopped back in explaining what happened.Marcus took care of in minutes.Definitely continuing my 4Runner services at Toyo Tech.

Hands down the best Toyota maintenance shop in the area. I ve been to all the Toyota dealerships around Omaha and none of them come close to the service, communication, knowledge and quality that toyo techs provides.I bought a GX470 recently and it was time for an oil change. I wanted to have some parts inspected that usually cause problems on older GX470s since I m not a fan of unexpected vehicle breakdowns or come aparts. I decided to give the guys over at toyo techs a try since they came highly recommended by many of my friends.Making an appointment was incredibly easy, all I had do was send a text to the number on their Google page. They replied very quickly and I had an appointment within 5 minutes. When the day of my appointment came, I went into their shop and instantly noticed how neat, clean, and tidy their waiting room was. They had toys kids, snacks, water bottles, coffee, as well books and magazines. I checked in at the front desk and handed them my keys before I went home (I m not the stay and wait for an oil change kind of guy.) They called me a few hours later to tell me that they got the oil change done and that they found some stuff to fix that I didn t mention and some stuff that I didn t even know about. I was told that they were writing up an estimate for everything else that I wanted done and that they recommended I should do. A link was sent to me via text and I was able to go in and pick which services I wanted to be done. After i submitted the items I wanted done, I received a text saying that they would get started on that. It was just a few more hours until I received another text saying it was done. I showed up, was greeted with a smile talked a little bit about what they did, tapped my card to pay, and I was out the door feeling like I had definitely got exactly what I paid for.Bottom line, if you need something done on your Toyota and want to not have to worry about feeling like you re gonna get bad service or have an inexperienced tech working on your vehicle, then take your vehicle to Toyo Tech. They will take good care of you.

We had a very good and honest experience with these guys. I have a lot of mechanical knowledge and from the day I walked in there, I felt very comfortable with this company. We own handicap vans and were stumped with an issue, took it to ToyoTechs and they were able to diagnose the issue. They were honest about the issue and what it entailed. They were great with communicating and keeping me informed of each step and stuck to their word on everything they said. They knew the promptness of the situation and they did everything they could to get us back on the road in a timely manner. From Shelby at the front desk to the janitor that keeps the place clean and everyone in between, this is an A1 business. Their word is GOLD. Nothing was done to that vehicle without them communicating the situation and discussing options with us. You won't find this kind of service just anywhere and now this shop is the only reason I will consider purchasing another Toyota. 5 stars is not enough for these guys!

I had my oil change done at a Jiffy Lube recently, and it started leaking the next day. I brought it to ToyoTechs (where I should have come in the first place), and they got it taken care of fast. They took care of the problem that the other place created. They also did a great job of educating me to help me not make stupid decisions in the future.

I have a small fleet of old Toyotas and theses are the only ones that work on them. Great knowledge and professionalism. Great prices on the parts and repairs can t ask for more than that. If you have a Toyota/Lexus give Ryan and his guys a call. They are the best!

I brought a vehicle I was looking at buying to Toyo Techs and then performed a pre-purchase inspection. I felt they were more in-depth than the Toyota Dealership with their analysis and took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend.

This shop is amazing. But be prepared they are usually booked out 2-3 weeks which stands testament to their great work and customer service!!Brought my 17 Tacoma in for what i thought would be a suspension squeak and an MPI and oil change. Oil change done quickly the next morning m, I dropped it off afternoon before. MPI didn t see anything as I do most my own maintenance by the manual or earlier. The squeak was tough they checked all the suspension front and rear, nothing there. They checked body mounts, hood and a whole bunch of other culprits based on prior experience. Nothing I okayed more diagnosis time and they found loose bolts on something but wasn t the noise then they found a missing bolt and the source of the noise in a super tight area of the engine / exhaust and installed a bolt free and verified it did fix the noise was gone. It was from a dealer here in bellevue had Timing chain cover reseal 3 years prior that left the bolt loose or never put it back in (Bellevue Toyota dealer that starts with C) beware!!!Toyo tech was very honest and kept me informed the whole time and felt so bad for me going through this. All 3 techs and the owner were bouncing / driving truck to pinpoint the noise and they never gave up. Impressive. I tipped them some cash for lunch those 4. And thanks to Marcus and Shelby in front for being so nice and friendly.

Great staff that is super knowledgeable and prices are appropriate. Have taken my 13 FRS and now the GX 470 for service and can t recommend enough. They stay busy for a reason. They kindly inspected frame of my new to me GX.

This place is the poster child for what a mechanic shop should be. Excellent communication from the first phone call, to the drop off, and pick up. The technology they use allows you to review the report of your vehicle at your convenience, with no pressure or upselling. They went above and beyond to get me a spare key fob and program it, at a very reasonable price. I will absolutely be a return customer!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

These guys know their Toyota's and best of all they relay information back of what they did and what needs to be completed on the next service. Prices are reasonable and they are out to make you a customer, not another person who walks through the door .

Finally, a mechanic that you can trust!!!I own a 2006 Lexus GS 300 and a few months ago I started having electrical problems: batteries dying, system resetting, power steering failing, etc... Eventually, my car died at the exit on 132nd & Dodge. I Googled mechanics near bye and Toyo Techs came up first. Even though I was 2 blocks away from the Lexus dealership, I had AAA tow me to Toyo s shop. Right off the bat, the great customer service overwhelmed me! They were fast, friendly, thorough and much more affordable than the competition. They had my electrical system checked out, alternator replaced (even threw in an oil change) and I was back on the road in no time! A+++- Affordable: I called multiple mechanics to shop bids, Toyo Techs estimate was less than half of what the dealership quoted me- Trustworthy: They gave me a complete analysis of my car s issues and a thorough explanation before doing any work- Fast: They got me right in and had a breakdown of repairs needed that day- Friendly: The staff was extremely friendly, I felt very welcome and at no time did I feel like just another number - Flexible: Toyo Techs specializes in Toyota/Lexus, however they have master mechanics who are experts at working on all brands of carsThe next time your car is having issues, skip the dealership and give Toyo Techs a shot. You won t regret it. They ve made a client for life!

I went here to get an inspection on a 2009 Toyota Camry I was gonna buy from a dealer. The man up front is very polite and fast with service and answering questions. The cost wasn t bad $135 depending on what your getting. I also got sent a list of everything that was checked and it also included things that might need work on or soon going to need work on. Id honestly say these guys put 100% behind their work. And I would definitely recommend it and I would ve gave a higher rating if possible.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

Brought them my 1992 Camry for an inspection, oil leaking issues and a CV axle replacement. Marcus kept me informed every step of the way, explained what needed to be done and why, and was generally awesome! The techs took excellent care of my old sh!tbox, and the pricing was better than I was expecting! Really, really like this place. I wish I would of found Toyo Tech much earlier. I had a weird tpm problem and they took their time and they think they got it figured out. What impressed me is that they took the time to explain it to me. Also did an oil change and they showed me why you don't use a cheap oil filter. So glad I found these guys. They have earned my business.I want to add additional insight into this business. Since I first became a customer, I continued to be a customer. This is the best repair business available. I moved 5.5 hrs away. I purchased a newer, used 4Runner that needed service on the major driveline components. I could not find any service business that I was comfortable with. So I called and made an appointment, drove the 5.5 hrs, and got it serviced. If that isn't a statement of trust, I don't know what would be. These guys are the best!!!!!!!!

Fabulous group of guys! So glad I found them for my Tacoma's service needs. I drive a 95, first gen Tacoma and they are great with it. Pseudo restoration project that has taken time and money. I had some major engine problems that I was unaware of when getting serviced for what I thought was a rodent nesting under the hood. These guys had the opportunity to make thousands of dollars off of me but were completely honest with me and recommended not doing the repairs. They gave me detailed info on everything that was wrong and answered my many questions. I m pretty clueless when it comes to cars and they had the opportunity to persuade me into these repairs that are not worth it yet they did the exact opposite by having my best interest in their heart. I have a 2015 Toyota Sequoia with 82,000 miles on it. The air conditioner broke down on our way to visit family in Omaha from Dallas Texas. We took it to ToyoTechs the day after Memorial Day and we didn't have much time because we were heading back to Dallas on Saturday. ToyoTechs explained that it can take a few days to get rare parts sometimes. We were lucky that they had a new blower in stock and fixed my car the same day. Great work at a reasonable price! TL;DR: These guys are awesome to work with, and are an invaluable resource if you have Toyota or Lexus vehicles.The longer version: To say the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable would be an understatement. I have taken my 1st gen Tacoma to their shop at least a half a dozen times for good reason. From knock sensors, to timing belts, to supercharger bearings, these guys do it all. Their prices are always reasonable, no matter the job I've thrown at them; and they are also very fast with their turn around. The longest I ever had to leave my truck there was a day and a night. As a home garage mechanic, I never expected to be won over by any auto shop but these guys are the best I've had the pleasure of working with, hands down. Not only do I recommend Toyo Techs but I suggest you use them as well.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Matt and the the guys at Toyo Tech are awesome! They have helped keep my 2001 Lexus RX300 running and at a fraction of the cost of what a dealership would cost. Today I called Matt asked asked him questions about another Lexus that I'm considering buying. He was able to help provide some information about the vehicle and help me know what I should consider before making a buy decision. Matt and the guys at Toyo Techs are the greatest thing to happen to Toyota owners in the Omaha area EVER! My Solara was stuck in limp mode just in time for Christmas. I was terrified the costs would steal Christmas for my family. Matt and crew diagnosed my issue and did the simplest repair. They could have totally taken advantage of my situation. They did not! I have taken my 2003 Lexus GX here since I moved Omaha a couple years ago. I don t think I ve been to a better auto repair place. The other day they couldn t help me with a strange locking screw holding my license plates on so Matt just kept contacting other auto places until he found one that had the part. I mean is that great customer service or what!

After feeling swindled by my old repair shop I found Toyotechs, they saved me hundreds in repairs and I ve been loyal ever since! They are the nicest, most respectful and honest people. I always know my car is in the best hands when I need to take her in and I don t ever have to question the repair bill because they are upfront about the work. I had brakes done by them and months later I was getting regular maintenance work when they called to tell me that they weren t happy with the wear on the newer brakes so they replaced them without charging me. Great place to bring your Toyota or Lexus. My first experience was a simple oil change and basic inspection. It was on time and done when they told me it would be. After the service I received a link (by text) that opened a vehicle report that told me what they found. A Clean Bill of Health! I even got a brief tour of the place. BTW, they only hire Toyota certified master mechanics, so you are getting the best techs in the area.Service: Oil change

I've owned my 4runner for a very long time and consider it to be a member my family. Toyo Techs is the only place I really trust to work on it when I can't do the work myself. They treat my 22 year old 4runner as if it's brand new. These guys are complete Toyota nuts and graciously let me talk their ears off about 4runners whenever I'm in there.
