HEATH IS DA MAN!!! I cannot express how much this guy helped me even with issues with my insurance side of things Heath stayed on top of everything!! Super kind guy, has very good communication during the process, keeps you posted, and they waived the $1,000 deductible we had with progressive!!! If you are hesitant in anyways like I was at first don t be!! Rest assure that Heath will do everything in his power and will stay up late hours getting your vehicle fixed and back it better shape than it was ever before!! They even cleaned it after the work was finished, and he even offered us rides or to pay for our rental because my insurance would not. You rock Heath!!! I wish you the best of luck and your family in the future man. I really appreciated you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Claudia at the Hail Shop, and I couldn't be more impressed. Claudia's professionalism was outstanding she walked me through the entire process with comfort and ease. Her communication skills were top-notch, and she was incredibly helpful at every step. It's rare to find such a dedicated and knowledgeable professional. I highly recommend Claudia and the Hail Shop for their exceptional service!

I am beyond happy with how much Dan and his team made it so easy for me to get my truck back to good! They were very professional and handled everything with my insurance! They got my repairs done in a timely manner and made sure I was set with a rental if needed , made sure I had rides to and from and then I got a lifetime warranty!!!!! You can't beat that!!!!! Go get your hail damage repaired with these guys! They are the best!

I had two cars that had hail damage. I took one to another shop and that was an atrocious experience. Working with Heath and The Hail Shop USA was like a dream. Extremely communicative and would always respond right away, work was good, and appreciate the rental.

Jeff, is a great guy. What he says he is going to do--he does. Great respect for people, talks kindly to people, & above all--listens to people. Also, met Jack & he was awesome. I would reccomend The Hail Shop, today, every day, & all day, Great, great, service. Thanks guys. I had a great experience with the Hail Shop due to their professionalism and willingness to go out of their way to see to it that my vehicle was repaired in a timely and comprehensive manner. Not only did they take care of my deductible, but they also ensured I received some money of my own. Their in-house rental vehicle was a near-brand new car and drove nicely through the repair period. If you need hail damage repair, this is the spot to go to in Omaha. Ask for Sean if you want impeccable service.

The guys at The Hail Shop did a great job, my truck looks better than it did when I first bought it and Heath kept in constant contact the whole time, he help me out with the insurance company and let me know what was going on, I would definitely recommend if you have hail damage, Great guys, great shop.

My car was really damaged by a hail storm and I was having a hard time filing a claim. Fortunate enough Heath was around my neighborhood and was able to explain to me the process of taking care of my car. The hail shop took care of my $500 deductible and the claim. Heath always checked up on me through every step and made sure I knew what was going on. He even provided a rental in the meantime! Definitely recommend taking your car to the hail shop and talking to Heath. Process was very easy and quick! Very happy how they left my car

Jake and the rest of the crew are amazing! I got hit hard with hail damage on a leased vehicle and it was going to cost me hundreds in deductible costs at any other shop, not to mention rental costs. Jake required no deductible, handled my insurance company for me, AND paid for me to have a rental for a week while they fixed my vehicle. I thought this was too good to be true but this shop is legit! I'd highly recommend to anyone needing hail repair!!! Thank you so much!

Great experience with the Hail Shop. Sean was outstanding helping me with the process throughout. Excellent communication and listened to my concerns. Set up my rental car without issue. My truck had a lot of hail damage and when the work was done the truck looked like new. I went to three different hail repair place for quotes and the Hail Shop was the best at explaining the process and getting the work done in a short amount of time. I highly recommend the Hail Shop if you need work done on your vehicle. Top-notch experience!

if you ever have hail damage The Hail Shop is definitely the place to go! Heath was extremely professional, timely and personable. He walked us through the entire process and did an amazing job of making sure we understood everything. he got us into an appointment right away and took care of everything from there including our deductible, working with insurance, and a free rental car!! The car was pretty beat up from the storm and these guys definitely went above and beyond, it looked better than the day we bought it!!

Heath did an amazing job! From start to finish he took care of everything from filing my insurance claim, to making sure I got a rental car and he even stayed late so I could pick up my car when they were finished with it! My car looks brand new and I didn't even have to pay anything out of pocket. The Hail Shop did an outstanding job!

About a couple weeks ago, I was approached by a hail repair representative, her name was Claudia. She walked me through the process of getting my car repaired and she was very polite and intellectual going about it. I have to say, my customer experience with the Hail Shop was one to remember. I honestly thought it was too good to be true but the hail shop, including Claudia, were very thorough of what they could do for me. In the end, they followed up everything they guaranteed me. If there is ever another hail storm, I m calling the Hail Shop without a doubt.

I feel The Hail Shop did excellent work on my car. It looks beautiful without all the dimples I thought I was going to live with. They even cleaned the inside of my car which was awesome and I do dirty up a car. Heath was always pleasant and courteous and honest from go. I would give them 5 stars but I never give 5 stars as there is always room for improvement even though I have no complaints whatsoever.

The hail shop reached out to me going door to door with a special deal they were running. Claudia was extremely accommodating through the whole process of repairing my car. She explained everything that was happening and you could tell that she was very knowledgeable of the process and made my whole experience with the hail shop one to remember. I would recommend them to anybody that is looking to get any hail damage repaired.

My truck and car was devastated by hail. Had numerous people stop by wanting to fix them. Really didn't trust anyone since this was my first experience with hail damage. Then Heath came along. He was the most honest and just gave me the facts. Long story short, received my truck and it looked like the day I bought it. Heath even detailed it for me. Had to go back and get my taillight replaced and Eric touched up my rock chips on my paint. Even offered me steak they was barbecuing. Really good people that do great work! You want be disappointed.

Great service! Sean was there for me the whole way. He walked me through the insurance information. They handled all the insurance calls. Sean showed me how the hail damage would be removed. Everyone at the shop was informative and kind. Would recommend this company to anyone that has hail damage. Car looked brand new. They even buffed out minor damage that wasn t hail.

The Hail Shop saved me $500 and so much stress. Sean was super helpful, scheduling my repair, my rental vehicle, and even giving me a ride to and from Enterprise. My truck was returned back to me in a week and I couldn t notice a single dent. There were hundreds of dents from hail damage before so the difference was night and day. I Highly recommend the Hail Shop, and if you re lucky Sean will be working with you and your vehicle!

Picture this: you end your work from home shift at 4 pm. You get cozy on the couch. 4:01 pm rolls around, you hear a loud crash outside, followed by dink-dink-dink on the roof. This gets harder and harder, and lasts 30 minutes. You go outside and now your beautiful car has cellulite. What do you do? YOU CALL SEAN AT THE HAIL SHOP. When he showed up at our house, I was skeptical. Free rental car, no deductible, no worries? Psh. Can't be. But, it was absolutely true. I dropped my car off Friday and get a rental, my adjustor went to look at my car on Saturday, I get a call on Tuesday that my car was ready. I get it back and it looks brand new! Y all. Don't sleep on this deal. When you go in, tell them Carmen sent you!

Eric and the Hail Shop team are wonderful! Fast, efficient and a fantastic job! Sean Shields is awesome! The hail shop did an amazing job with getting all the hail damage and the extra dents out of my car that I didn't even ask for. Also the service there is fast I was only without my car for a day. I would use the the Hail Shop of 100% if your car needs hail damage repair.

I m not huge on writing reviews most of the time but the guys at The Hail Shop definitely deserve it. If I could give more stars I would. I worked with Heath through all this and he made it super easy even though I d never dealt with hail damage before and my second child was born during all this. Heath took great care of me when my life was at its craziest I promise he can do the same for you. My car looks better than before the hail storm and I didn t spend a cent out of pocket.

Easiest process ever & exceeded expectations for customer service!Heath quickly helped me file the claim and sent in pictures for a virtual hail inspection. They provided a rental car. Once my insurance approved the claim, my car was ready in less than 2 days! It looks better than before the hail! It was returned washed and glowing! They handle everything& really know their business. Everyone was positive, helpful and good energy and always replied to my texts immediately! Highly recommend!

Not one to leave reviews often but had to give a shout out to boys at The Hail Shop. Eric came knocking on my door in the middle of a 100 degree day after the storms in Omaha. I was tired of hearing these hail shops' spiels and getting cold calls left and right. When Eric showed up he was knowledgeable and honest about the entire process--not something I can say for some of the clowns that showed up. I was able to text/call any time and he provided updates throughout. Save yourself some time and grief and go through this shop for piece of mind. They will work with your schedule and waive your deductible. They offer free rentals and handle 100% of the contact with your insurance, worry-free. Way easier than I expected and can't say anything but great things about The Hail Shop. Would absolutely recommend taking your vehicle here. I know this sounds like a #ad but I am genuinely impressed and pleased with the job they did.

This shop is very professional,�friendly and skillful. These people provide an excellent service, especially Health. At first, we were not sure about the service and the insurance policy. Health did an awesome job explaining their services and handling the insurance from A-Z for us. He even set up a rental car and drove us to the Enterprise to make sure the car is ready for us. On the day receiving the car, we are surprised that our car is in�a perfect condition outside and inside, they fixed the hail damage and also�cleaned up our car. Thank the Hail Shop and Health.

Even if they didn t do great work on my car (which they did an amazing job) Heath alone would be enough to make this a 5 star review. He made sure to check up on me to let me know how things were going and if I had any questions for him at that time. After a little hick up with my tail light they made sure to get everything taken care of after I picked up my car. 10/10 would recommend and ask for Heath if you can.

Both my wife and I had major hail damage in the last storm that rolled through. ($3500 each in damage) The main and practically only reason I went with The Hail Shop was Heath, and his positive and utmost professional service!He explained in full detail how the process worked in the beginning and did everything he said would happen with no exceptions at all. Paid the deductible, paid for the rental (including out of his own pocket driving me in his car back home one day.), and they made the cars look brand new again which I know how that was since mine is a 2017 Mazda 3 that I got brand new. Not to mention all of the unprompted for courtesy updates as our cars were going through the process.Easiest, most efficient and quality repair job you will get hands in the Austin area!

My car was COVERED in hail dents back in April. I finally made time to get in touch with Sean and the team to get my car fixed. These guys took care of everything! Including my insurance and a rental car. I feared that I had to replace the hood and roof of my car. I did NOT want to do this as its very difficult to match the original paint. The work The Hail Shop did was amazing. I can not stress how wonderful they did taking the dents out (like it never happened). I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I cannot recommend The Hail Shop enough. Heath is personable, patient, and a great communicator. He explained what he and his team could do for me and what my risks were. I agreed honestly not thinking 'what's the harm'. I had over 6k in hail damage and a shattered windshield and was concerned that this would be expensive and take forever.Turns out it took less than 2 weeks, was a one stop fix, and now my car looks good as new. I feel like Heath took better care of my car than I ever have. Thanks again guys!

Top-notch customer service and the work was done with precision and excellence! Heath ensured the entire process was a breeze; from contacting the insurance company to get a previously denied claim approved, to the pick-up and drop-off (with a full interior and exterior wash), to his honesty and transparency.
