Have used TO Haas for years he last two sets of tires. Great customer service. Today had a slow leak in one of my tires. Noticed a screw in it. Called TO Haas and let them know I needed to get my tire fixed under warranty. They said bring it in anytime today and they will have it fixed within 45 min. No hassle. No problems. No issues. Great store to do business with. Highly recommended.

The BEST tire center on L st. The people are super friendly. They listen to your concerns, fix your problems safely, efficiently, and save you $$$$$. I went to the other tire places here and both dropped the ball on communication, attitude, and price. T.O. is the way 2 GO! Keep up the GOODJOB! and thanks for the miles and miles of safe driving you have given my cars.

Just got a tire replaced by these gentlemen and let me tell you I ve went to 3 different tire places throughout Omaha and they charged me twice the amount each time. This place took care of me for half the price and instant service. I highly recommend. Thank you men I appreciate the quick work and the money you saved me.

T.O Haas is the only place I truly and honestly trust with my family vehicles. There mechanic's actually know what there doing!! My older brother (Lott Brings Him Back) used to work here up until 2021, he was one of the best mechanics there, not a day goes by that I miss him he made a wonderful impact on everyone's life that he came across! To whom ever made him the memorial plaque thats put up on the wall at T.O Haas in remembrance of him, thank you so much, means alot to me and my family..Rest In PeaceLott Lamar Brings Him BackSunrise. 2-24-1973 Sunset 06-9-2021

Too bad I can t give zero stars. But thanks T.O. Haas Tire for forcing me to do my own oil change. I scheduled an appointment with them two weeks in advance. I called them the day before informing them that they will probably have to order my filter because my car is newer. I couldn t remember what time my appointment was so I tried calling them on my appointment day but no one picked up. I stopped my to check my appointment time and they said I wasn t on their schedule. I looked at the appointment book and my name was right there in front of me. When I pointed this out, they asked me what the make and model of my car was. I told them and they looked in the computer and told me they didn t have the right filter but they could order it. I told them that I called the day before regarding this matter and one of the guys said that he took the call but didn t have time to look it up when I called. I think two weeks is plenty of time to have everything ready. Now I will change the oil and filter myself and save money. I ve been to the T.O. Haas on west O street in Lincoln and had no issues. This T.O. Haas on L street in Omaha is the worst business I ve been to in a long time. Bypass this business and save yourself time and money.

These guys are absolutely the best!! Matt and his crew are very knowledgeable and they are very compassionate and understanding when you come in with questions. I ve bought two sets of tires here and had front end work done and the entire process was easy and always explained to me up front so as to avoid unexpected costs. I highly recommend T.O. Haas to anyone in the area needing tires or front end work. Hands down the BEST customer service and always go above and beyond for people like me to get me back on the road!

The guys were awesome. We were traveling to Omaha Nebraska. Tire had a nail, called and got in immediately, the men got us in, fixed it immediately. Perfect service. And it was cheaper than back home. Definitely would go back if ever back in town. Great work boys

I went in to get a new set of tires after we blew a tire. It was a bit of an emergency but figured I would have to use my donut for a time. I presumed I'd have to wait a few days for them to order our size tires and a few more days before I could schedule an appointment They had the size tires we needed on hand and got it done right away. I walked in and out in about an hour. I will forever be getting my tires from here. Great service and very knowledgeable. Walked me through all the different categories of tires to help me pick out the best ones for our type of driving.

Had a flat repaired at a different vendor, on a holiday, that stripped two of my tire screws and lug nuts. They didn't have the parts and told me it would be almost a week before they could fix. They said it would be okay to drive to work and back with just three holding my tire on.When I went to drive to work, that tire was making some very squeaky noises so I swung around and pulled into TO Haas.They got me in right away and evaluated the situation...turns out all five of my lugs and screws were stripped from getting turned in the wrong direction.TO Haas got the parts within an hour and fixed my tire quickly and very well. I feel much safer.The guys at the 52 & L shop are the real deal. I've used them multiple times in the past and I trust them. They fixed what the other place damaged, did it quickly and for a fair price.I will continue to use them.Service: Tires

Had a nail in one of the tires on my Wife's truck. I went to two other businesses. One wasn't open. The other said they were "Slammed"and maybe could get to it by the end of the day. Went to T.O Haas and was told they had 3 vehicles ahead of me. Two of the 3 were finished up quickly and the 3rd was finished shortly after. Was in and out in less than an hour. Will definitely be back for future tire service and they will be the first choice

We are so glad we had our air-conditioning issues addressed here. My wife and I came and dropped off our vehicle early in the am and when we returned to pickup, Matt Jeserpsen and the rest of the staff did what they said they would and even though they couldn't handle the issue, we learned what we needed to about the problem so we can get it taken care of, honesty is hard to come by, now I know where my neighborhood mechanic is. This will be the first place I call when we need the cars worked on. Thanks Matt.

Came in to check a tire that had been leaking. Found out the rim was bad and they never charged me a dime. They took the time to show me where the leaks were and offered to put my spare tire on at no charge. Awesome service and a great group of guys willing to help!

Had a wonderful experience with the crew at Haas. Was able to schedule the work needed that worked with my own schedule. Went in for a tire rotation and found out I needed rear brakes. Plus I needed to replace my battery. Service was awesome and price tag very reasonable and affordable.
