If you want the best of the best, then look no further. I tend to buy vehicles, get them all fixed up the way I like them only to sell them and start over. These guys tint all my vehicles and do an amazing job. I have never had to bring a vehicle back for a warranty issue with tint. (Even tinted up a really old Chevy Beretta for me!) I also have had them replace countless windshields for me over the years and do a great job at a fair price. Couldn't be happier with their work! A+

Great shop and friendly, professional staff. They replaced the windshield on my Sprinter while I waited, and they beat everyone s price in town. Special thanks to Domingo for getting me scheduled so quickly! Omaha Glass Pro is the only place I ll get my windshield replaced.

Had my windshield replaced on my 2020F250 on 3-26-24. They were very flexible with my appt. They let me wait for it which was only an hour & 1/2. And the price beat others by $100 to $300! AND-they did a great job. They definitely have my future business!

My grandma got a few chips in her windshield and this company took excellent care of her! I have worked in the automotive industry for 10 years form selling cars and working on them. She has not had good experience with dealerships when she needs help - but I was happy to hear Omaha Glass Pro was (in her words) very respectful, helpful, and efficient ! And sadly in the world we live in some people running business aren t always the kindness. I am very grateful they took care of her and fixed the few rock chips she got during traveling. HIGHLY recommend this company for all your glass fixing needs. They were fair with price for fixing the chips also! Thank you again!!!

Bought a new car and the stereo system was out (of course the car company paid for it) and was suggested Omaha Glass Pro and couldn t have been more pleased with the suggestion. Even though there schedule was full the manager make it work to get the car in and looked at. They needed to order a part and when they called me back saying it was in they worked around my schedule to get the car in and fixed. I would recommend this company to any and all people looking for stereo or windshield work. The front manager (unfortunately I didn t get her name) has made this whole experience so much easier for me. Thank you Omaha Glass Pro (especially the manager) for making a stressful situation tolerable!

The staff here is amazing!!! I was immediately greeted and provided affordable services that would best fit my current windshield needs. The staff was efficient in getting my car in the shop and windshield chip repaired with ease. I am so appreciative of Omaha Glass Pro and the wonderful staff they have! Definitely recommend this place for any windshield repair needs.

I have visited this place many times throughout the years and they have always been great ! (Only reason they get 2 stars and not 1) however today I came in at 8:30 and they told me it would be 1 - 1& half hours . Had to Uber to work at 10:30 to not be late !I proceeded to call them around 11:30 and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes ..Came in at noon and they told me they are barely installing the glass due to the one they installed cracked . No warning. Spent 20$ on Uber !!!! Just for it not to be ready in not 1 but 2 timelines

Got my 2 front window tinted in 22 min walk in. Only complaint very very expensive. But the speed was incredible.

Very efficient. Quick and easy. Option to wait or drop and go. Either option they meet your expectations. Nice people. Make you feel important. This is our 4th vehicle. Have been happy with every install.

Omaha Glass Pro is outstanding. Recently had a broken window and needed a repair quickly. Not only were they almost half the cost of other companies, the service itself was outstanding. I would highly suggest service from here if needing glass work.

I had an email quote for $240 for a new windshield. No mention of other fees/taxes etc. if paid in cash. I dropped the vehicle off Thursday evening. The windshield was to be replaced Friday. We went to pick up the vehicle on Friday after an incredibly rude phone call from one of the guys that works there. I was having issues finding a ride to pick up before they closed. He got pissed off and said he didn't have the space to keep it, if I had seen his lot I would know that. Well sir, I saw the lot when I dropped it off and it was empty and plenty of space. However, they tried to charge me $282.48. There were extra fees on there. They claimed that they called myself and my friend and discussed these fees.... Sadly they never called either one of us. That is $42 more than what was planned. I had also specifically asked in the email if they would remount the rearview mirror when replaced the windshield. The response was yes. However, they did not. After putting up a fuss they did not charge the extra fee for additional parts. If they had called me, I would of paid it. Total they wanted $260 which was still more than the email quote. They got paid $250 cash, that's what I had since I was told $240. I will not recommend them to anyone in the future. Mostly due to the rude encounter with the staff on the phone and during the check out process. I am aware that parts cost money, and more than happy to pay for what is necessary for the part to be replaced properly if I have communication first. Customer service is big. Treat your customer like you would treat your family.

So this company was highly recommended by a coworker. And the service that I got when I called to ask questions was just superior. This is going to be my go to place for anything that I need for my vehicle. Same for my daughter! Thank you Omaha glass Pro.

Setting up the appointment for windshield replacement was easy and pricing was fair compared to other places I got quotes from. I just had surgery so couldn t make it to their shop. A tech (Dan) came to the house on time (he called ahead of time), he was courteous and professional. He just put on headphones and did his thing. Took less than a half hour. I would definitely recommend!

I had a remote start installed in 2018 and it quit working recently. I went in to see if they could fix it. I was totally expecting to buy a new remote start simply due to the age of it. They not only fixed my remote start but they also didn't charge me for it. Customer service is well above par at Omaha glass pro.

I've used Glass Pro for years on many different vehicles. I have had them replace windshields, tint windows and repair rock chips.They are always curtious, honest and give a fair price.Making an appointment is easy over the phone with their receptionist, and never too long of a wait. Sometimes they've gotten me in the same day!They also provided a ride to a nearby restaurant for us to enjoy lunch while we waited on our vehicle, at no additional charge. Going above for the customer really shows that their company cares. I will definitely return to have all my glass needs met by them in the future!

Went in for one of the free chip repairs they offered after they replaced my windshield.They say it is a structural and not an esthetic repair, but I did not think it would just make that part of my windshield look permanently broken. I guess you get what you pay for. It also made me look closer at the windshield and see that the seal is jacked up.

I took my car for a chip in the windshield to be filled. Shortly after they took my car around they told me they ran it into a truck in the parking lot. First they told me to not put an insurance claim and they said all that was broken was a tie rod and they were going to fix that then to come back the next day and they would do analignment. I suggested taking it to a mechanic for an inspection they refused said they would not pay for it if I did take it.They said I would get a new windshield too. They put the tie rod on and I brought the car back the next morning the owner said he could get a rental car but I would need to come back for it if he got one I live 40 minutes from the location. After that the owner employees were extremely rude and degrading to me, I could not work with them and be nice anymore I wanted to file an insurance claim, they refused to give me their insurance they said they would not be able to take the car for alignment for a few days. I ended up having to file an insurance claim I never heard from the company again. Needless to say there was thousands of dollars in damage not just the rod. Do not send your daughters here they will take advantage if they get the chance.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! Our 4runner's rear window was smashed and our vehicle broken into while traveling through town, and Omaha Glass Pro was able to replace the window glass and regulator for us before we continued our road trip. Unfortunately once out of town we noticed a lot of loose glass rattling around in our rear hatch. They did not remove the shattered glass from the inside of the hatch while in there replacing the regulator or the glass and chose to leave it. It's slowly been falling out of the small holes in the hatch where water drains, and managed to cut our hands and our dogs paws on several occasions. Today I removed the rear hatch inside panel to remove the left over shattered glass myself and also found missing bolts that are supposed to be holding the panel on, and found larger pieces that held the old glass in place. Very disappointed. Photo included shows just a small amount of the glass found inside the hatch. Called the shop, no refund or reimbursement offered. Just told me to drive several hours back to Omaha to have them work on it again.

My windshield cracked and the cold weather made it worse. I made the appointment and was able to get in three days later. They replaced it on that day. People were polite, and the price was super competitive.

Couldn't ask for better service! Stop by the shop and the guys were able to fix my remote start with in 10 minutes as I waited. Kudos to Glass Pros!An update to giveI had a system put in some time ago and here recently the remote would not sync correctly and thanks to glass Pros they made good on everything I'm now a happy camper in a warm car!

Great place to have a windshield installed! Robert was efficient and prompt in emailing us us over the weekend with a quote and got us in on Monday. Only took an hour If that and price was as stated. Very reasonable. Would definitely go there again.

Quote for a windshield was quick, easy and reasonable. Had an appointment scheduled for 2pm, was in the area that morning so I was able to drop off much earlier. A couple hours later they called and it was done. Definitely recommend and will use their services again when needed.
