Exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Fair pricing in my opinion for what I had done, and I was able to get in the same day for my needs. Truly grateful. There is good, hardworking people here.

tried to get an estimate for part replacement on my chevy truck. wanted to compare price for labor costs compared to dealer. was told it would probably be the same as the dealer. when I asked how much they just repeated about the same as dealer price.

I have been using Omaha Car Care for many years, even when they were Walker Tire, and I have never had a bad experience. This week was no different. The customer service provided by Billy and the other employees was again exceptional. I can always trust them to be honest with me and they go above and beyond. I highly recommend calling them if you have any car related issues.

I have been using Omaha Car Care for at least 4 years and during that time they have been courteous and very patient with my limited knowledge of my vehicle. I appreciate their guidance which helps me stay ahead of problems on the road. I am a home health nurse and they treat me and my car like I treat my patients. This place actually told me what was wrong with my car and explained it in detail to me, super kind, felt comfortable there as a woman. I have a fair amount of knowledge on car repair and didn't feel like they treated me like a was a moron, thankfully! Car was fixed same day I brought it in, and got that appointment next day after I scheduled it.The LAST place I went to did some repairs but didn't explain anything and ignored half of the other issues. My check engine light was back on 2 days after I left. THIS place actually fixed my car. It was a bit more pricy, but they actually fixed my damn car!

If you come to this place , please ask for a second option in town, this place is overly expensive for basic repairs, tries to charge 600 bucks for a serpentine belt replacement, came here only for sake of time, next time will shop in deph, I have had mechanics work on different veichels over the years and every time the mechanics is reparied a veichle, he shows you what repairs he has done, this place , nothing like that just here is the key, and pay and your on your way, no one came and showed the work that they had performed on the veichle. Veichle still was leaking even after I left, they did what was told to do. But not for the purpose of actually fixing the oil leak, They did a repair , even tho they knew that the veichle was still going to leak afterwards, Wont be coming back to this place, and even if its an emergency, shop around , their many other mechanic shops that can do the repairs for a far lesser price and better customer service than this company, I dont know if this place was different before but they should think working with integrity.

I have gone to them for 20 years now, this time to figure out how to replace 4 tires on a budget, as well as figuring out other needed maintenance costs. Cheerful, friendly, helpful and supportive would describe what I was met with, and I now have a plan for getting my new-to-me car in good shape.

My son took his care there for an oil change. Told them there was a clunking grinding sound coming from the front. Asked if they could look at that. They came back and said both front lower control arm bushings were bad and that was causing the noise. Plus a whole list of other things that needed replaced. Took for 2nd opinion elsewhere. The front right wheel bearing was shot. Rotor and brake caliper also need replaced. The bushings and lower control arms were fine. Omaha Car Care said nothing about the wheel bearing and rotors. I do not know what there were trying to pull, but they have lost a customer of 30 years Walker tire and now Omaha Car Care.

I have been going to Omaha Car Care for just a couple of years. My experience at the 144th Harrison has been great. Brian and Billy have been so helpful in my visits. They are very good at explaining things to me about repairs that are needed. I will have to say that being a woman I never feel like I'm being ripped off like at most places. I greatly appreciate you guys!! Thank you so much!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

With the price of Labor these days it was so satisfying to find a honest and ethical mechanical repair shop.( they went over and Beyond after purchasing a used vehicle they contacted the previous owner who service the vehicle at their location to ask if they had an additional set of master keys) they did... not only did they make arrangements to have the keys delivered! they were ready to deliver them to me. I feel comfortable recommending friends and family. I have found a new place to service my vehicles. Thank you! Brian Labedz Client Advisor (& friend **)

I can only assume that the 5 star reviews are encountering different staff. The salesmen/mechanics that I encountered were predatory and completely lacking in integrity. Attempted to charge me $900 for a serpentine belt and thermostat. Additionally, they must be incompetent because they claim it takes them over an hour to change the serpentine belt. I was lazy this week. I won't make the same mistake again and neither will anyone that I know.

I brought my wife s car into the shop because the engine had been consuming massive amounts of oil and sounded rough when accelerating.Initially nice and concerned about our issue, we took the car into Omaha Car Care in Millard. After $1,100.00, the repair shop stated the issue was a type in which fuel induction service, transmission flush, and tune up would take care. When I picked up the car, I could tell it was not working properly. I called the shop asking if a post repair test drive occurred. They said yes, and I explained it would not be considered repaired if it s still presenting the same issue. I was told I would need to drive 200 miles, and then the issue may be resolved. Not the case. Engine sounded poorly and unreliable. Think about it, I have my pregnant wife and 2 year old during winter drive this car. I trusted them to fix the issue. The very next day I had to take my car to another mechanic to fork out the same amount for a diagnostic (which I m not confident was performed on my car in the first place) which demonstrated there was too much pressure in the crank shaft ventilation which did show on the diagnostic tool.I feel a lack of trust and professionalism from this business. I was sold a glorified, expensive tuneup which did nothing to to address the original issue and ended up costing us another $1,000 to fix the issue at another place. I was told they couldn t find any codes, yet the second shop ran a diagnostic finding the following issue and sent a video demonstrating significant blow back.See this pic where my fuel induction service was supposedly performed. Omaha Car Care should refund us these services and address this shortfall in their procedures. I am willing to revise this review when and if the business takes concrete steps to remedy the situation.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I am so glad I brought my truck here. It's hard to find a car care company that still has integrity. I had an electrical issue and was expecting the worst. They called early in the morning and gave me estimate for diagnostic, which I agreed too. When they called back and told me it was an issue with an led bulb I had installed a few months ago they took another look and realized it was another bad bulb. What pleased me most is, even though they spent the better part of a day looking at it they only charged me for the bulb. I'm a customer for life.Service: Electrical repair

I went in this past Friday after putting air in my tire 2 days earlier. I knew there was an issue. When I went in it was late day and they didn t have time to look at my tire. When I came back in at 9am Saturday to a long line of cars. I prepared myself and my girls for a wait. The service advisor remembered me and said he would get my car over to the tire guy. It was so fast! Turns out my tire had a screw in it and they repaired it. I am so glad I bought my tires there last year. Past self gave future self a nice present! Thanks guys!

I went in to buy tires. They took the time to discuss the best options for my budget. When the mechanic was putting on my tires he noticed that my brakes needed some attention. The mechanic that did the work was very nice and explained what needed to be done. My impression was that the mechanic knew what he was doing, and that the work would be done well. Over all it was a good experience. I like my new tires and the brakes are working great! (My brakes were sticking and needed to be cleaned up. They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need)

My front two tires were slashed, took them in and got two new tires for relatively cheap. Good quality tires, I m a 25 year old female and don t know too much about mechanics. I did change my own tires but all of the gentlemen who helped me out were so incredibly nice and helpful. I brought in my car once the tires were on and they were nice enough to torque them for me to make sure they were on nice and tight for no extra cost. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I stopped in to have a nail removed from my tire. Unfortunately the nail was in the sidewall where they couldn't patch it. They didn't have a matching tire to replace the damaged one, but put the spare on my vehicle free of charge. Great customer service and friendly staff.

Took my vehicle in for a transmission issue that ended up needed to be taken to a transmission shop. Billy was honest and did not try to fix this issue but deferred to the specialists. He just put the pieces back together and after a few hours of labor did not charge me a dime for their work. He went above and beyond to help get me a courtesy vehicle to use for the day and set up an appointment at certified transmission for me. Always pleased with them being up front, putting the customer first, and never being pushy with repairs. Would recommend to anyone!

The main reason I get oil changes and tire rotations done by shops like Walker Tire is to address problems that can be avoided with regular inspections that are included in the oil change/tire rotation services.I've been getting oil changes and tire rotations here for a few years now. They've been good at giving general maintenance recommendations for the most part, but my recent visits didn't go as well as expected.Within the past month, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. That process went fine and they did give some recommendations for basic maintenance, which is great and what I have come to expect from them.Less than 2 weeks after the oil change and tire rotation, my brakes started making grinding noises, which indicated that they needed replacement. Due to the state the pads were in, the rotors needed replacing as well. This made the brake replacement job quite a bit more expensive and could have been avoided if the pads were checked during the previous visit. I was told the brakes are supposed to be part of their normal inspection process, but must have been skipped or missed in my case. This is the first time I've had a poor experience at this shop, which is why I am giving a 3 star rating. From this point forward, I'm going to ask whichever shop is performing the oil change/tire rotation to give the status on the brake pad wear.

Took my car in for a "Road Worthy" inspection. They promptly got me in, gave it the once over, and let me know of two things that should be addressed. I chose to fix one and they just charged me for that. They didn't charge for the inspection or fluid top offs. I love that they are in my neighborhood, too.

The a/c wasn t working in my wife s car so we took it there. First, they told her they couldn t fix it but she needed brakes all around and a lower control arm replaced. Then, they call back and said they can fix the a/c for $2000. She asked what we owed for diagnostics and they said, no charge because they never put it on the lift. Weird. They told her in total to fix everything she was looking at about $6000 and that she d be better off buying a new car! Who does that?! I fixed the a/c myself with a $30 fitting and recharged the Freon. I replaced the control arms and front brakes and we took it back to them for an alignment. They told my wife the axle sounds like it s coming lose. I get home from work and look at it, the lug nuts are mysteriously lose. I double check them with a torque wrench and they didn t start making noise until after they did the alignment. Needless to say, we won t be back

Derek and Brian were super helpful. I got my car towed there because of a messed up fuel pump. Derek called me with every update and to discuss time frames during the repair so I wouldn t feel left in the dark. They got the repairs done so quick especially so close to the holidays.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I came in for oil change and tire repair. Service was quick and painless, but what gives them 5 stars is the fact they replaced the spare and put the spare in its proper place. They didn't just chuck it in the back like other places I've been.

These folks are awesome. Customer service is top notch! I got a full set on my Jeep last year and because of how accommodating they are I returned when I needed tires on our little covered trailer! Again these guys nocked it out the park. We're moving to the east coast and I just want to say thank you! Keep up the great work folks!!
