I remember a time when folks where honest. As I was trying to return a defective part that I purchased well within the stated return policy, I was denied, saying they needed a shop to do a diagnostic. What??To the manager who made up this false policy, you had an opportunity to gain a customer. Instead you chose to be dishonest to help pad some stats... disgusting practice and you deserve to go out of business.

Excellent and personal customer service. I ordered a small clock online. It didn t work after I picked it up. Gary, Andy and Mel all took a personal interest in getting me a clock for our new-to-us truck.Andy opted to up-grade my purchase and I have a wonderful new clock that WORKS!

Napa is usually pretty good at having what you need, and the grover st store typically has more in stock than others in the area.

My go to place for all my auto part needs. I mostly find what I am looking for here & if somehow I don't get the exact stuff they always have a substitute product . Gold mine of auto parts & accessories.Good quality product at a very reasonable cost. Excellent staff .

I have been coming to this store for the past 25 years. Although they are a little more expensive than the competition, their parts are of good quality and they have a good inventory. Yesterday, in an effort to save time, I ordered online before going to the store. The website clearly states that the order will be available in 30 minutes (no exceptions are listed). I placed my order at 11:30 Saturday morning. By 3:30, I had not received notification that my order was ready. I called the store; no answer. I then went to the store and waited very briefly for my turn (they weren't that busy). The employee asked if I received an email that my order was ready. I said no, but the website clearly states 30 minutes and it had then been over 4 hours. I was rudely told that the warehouse probably wouldn't even see my order until Monday morning. I then asked if he could put together the order while I waited and I was told no. The ironic thing is that if I simply walked in without placing the online order, he would have got my parts while I waited. I left and bought what I needed at Auto Zone. This was the worst customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. Needless to say this is the last time I use online ordering at NAPA and this is likely the last time I buy ANYTHING at NAPA.

Our car battery was failing and we went to Napa to replace it since it was still under warranty (the place we go to get our car fixed at uses Napa & provided us with receipts). We show up to Napa and the worker was rude and not willing to help us out even tho we had our receipts and within warranty. He talked to us like we were stupid in front of all of those customers. I asked if he could do a battery check and he told me to take it out & bring it in and he ll check it. I ve never heard of an auto store that does battery checks, etc. require customers who aren t trained in mechanics to take their own parts out for testing. He just didn t want to help us.Then as we were walking out he yells That s all we ve been doing! with an attitude. If you don t want to help people with their cars find a new profession. I will never go here for help again.

I needed a new battery for my car and the guy was able to find one to fit. They didn't have much in stock because of the shortages. He told me about a sale they were having and if I could wait and come back in the morning I could save $50. That's a big savings, so I went back the next day. Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable about merchandise. Would recommend this NAPA.

I have never been to Napa before, so I walked in looking a bit lost. An employee, Tom, was quick to help me. He offered to confirm the specific part for my vehicle, which I appreciated. Car things are not my wheelhouse!Tom let me know it would be about 4 minutes for the part to make its way from the back to the front. And here's what impressed me most: he could have taken that time to do some busywork while I waited, but instead he stayed and talked to me. I asked him questions about his background in the auto industry and I quickly realized Tom is an expert in his field.This rapport established trust and confidence and that is the kind of service that has turned me into a Napa customer for life. Tom is a keeper!

Well I'm kind of torn on how to really rate this place. I had a angry horrible employee to start off with. So I did my best to try and get a different person to help me without being a jerk to her. The next person to help was fantastic went above and beyond for me. I was there to get a part and they didn't have it in stock. The first person was going to charge me for the part, and make me pay shipping on an item that is a normal mandatory item for stock. The second person figured out by doing their job correctly and a lot more efficiently, that my part was under warranty and it was a normal stock item. CAN ANYONE SAY FREE? Yes the part normally costs $423.00 with taxes and shipping was gonna be $7.00. The problem is the computers were down and they said they would have the morning people order it first thing. I was told the part would be there the next day. You guessed it nope, the warehouse supposedly called and stated that it didn't get loaded on that truck. Well it's obvious that it just didn't get ordered.

This place is too tight to back up to the dock. It takes too long to unload you. Don t come here before your appointment. I had to wait in center ln for hrs to come to the door

I have several cars that needed paint touchups & I took my paint codes to this location and they made aerosol spray paint cans on the spot. Perfection and convenience all in one. Do you still mix color-match aerosol spray cans made to order on the spot?

I make delivery to them, arrive at midnight park on a door but local driver come at 5 AM and send me to the last ,park on a right mirror. Have restroom in the morning open at 7:30 am. Unload around one hour.I visited the store in front ,have nothing displayed no price for almost nothing. Not bad but always can be better.

Didn't know what a flasher relay was :(Updated(sep 18 2023): went in to get a replacement headlight the old one burned out shortly after purchase they told me they didn't carry the model that I purchased not so long ago and argued with me about it so I went to the light section of the store and found the exact light bulb that I wanted to purchase no help from the workers at napa.-One star for having what I needed-One star because I like napa auto parts-Minus three stars for customer service and product quality could be better in regard to lights

Great parts store, staff is always very helpful. My only issue is that if you pay a core charge at one of their stores, SAVE THE RECEIPT, because the other stores won't be able to do a refund without it. You can still take it to the store you bought it from and they'll take care of you though.

Randy and Edson are amazing! Helped me get 4 new batteries for my Semi, to get it back on the road. Now I am switching my parts purchases from a competitor to Napa. Enough said! Thanks again Randy, and Edson for all the help. And getting an acct set up with Napa!!!

I've never had an issue getting parts here or getting them ordered in a timely fashion. I'm always surprised when they have my part in stock! The lines can be long at times, but if I can get what I want, it beats going all over town.

The people at this location do not know what they are talking about even when you have a part number from the Council bluffs Store when you tell them the size you need they come back with a totally different part and then they ( all three working) become rude and have attitudes because they are wrong. This shows me Tish in HR and the general manager do not care if the people they hire know anything bout cars! Go to the Council bluffs station. Thats the Napa that actually "knows how". Worst experience with this location will never return.

Todd in the distribution center really helped me out. He went way above and beyond what he was required to do. After some rearanging, he gave me an 0800 appt. That really helped me out. He returned my call promptly also. In my 34 years of driving, this amazed me. Places just don't work with a driver much anymore. I just can't thank you enough!!! Only 4 stars because of the blindside dock.. Thanks again!!! Jack Martin
