Wow. Super helpful people and shipping was really fast. Thank you.UPDATE: They sent out the wrong plug. Quick to offer a refund. BUT I have to pay shipping even though they sent the wrong part.

The biggest joke in the world of transmission shops! I'd originally been referred to MTS by Goerend for my projects. After waiting a full week for the first response, I had to send a couple more emails to get a first response. Steve from MTS responds with some 1st grade grammar using lots of "???" after his sentences. He claims "he had questions about my quote request, so he didn't respond." Ever hear of responding with your question instead of ignoring your customer, Steve? Moving past that, he responds with "VIN's???". A truly professional email. There was no explanation or elaboration. Come to find out this "drag race transmission building shop" only builds your OEM trans in the VIN-matching, original truck it came in. What a flipping joke! Because all drag strip rigs are original trucks off the dealer's lot, sure! I'll be taking my business to Firepunk, a very well known and reputable trans builder who could care less what I'm putting it in. I tried to keep business local, but when your option is a moronic outfit like MTS, you're better off shipping your parts off to be built by professionals who know what they're doing, respond quickly and professionally, and will take care of you after your money is in their hands. It's unfortunate 0 stars is not an option here.

I bought a accumulator stage 2 for my f350 . It was installed by a professional mechanic, but it didn't work well so they removed and I send it back with the return label provided by MTS. Unfortunately I can t find the UPS receipt .. and They don't help much to solve the problem. They just told me they're very sorry they can't do anything. I expected them to have a record of everything they get every day but it seems not.Service: Transmission

Called to get a clutch they said they had one. Drove an hour to get it they didn't have it.
