There are so many new service centers, bright and clean with technicians certified to deliver a computerized automotive service analysis. But they won't touch my 50-year-old car. So I was glad to find this shop, with mechanics who work on old cars. The way it used to be! I thought I needed a big repair, and was ready to pay for it. But they let me in back and showed me I didn't really need all that, and the cost came to about one TENTH of what I was expecting. So yeah, I'm happy with that!

My truck broke down. Had it towed to Tires Plus. Was told so many different contradicting stories and the arrogance of checking on my repair progress and got nothing but attitude. My vehicle sat there for almost 2 weeks. Excuse after excuse.Had my truck towed to Meineke and Tom said it would get checked out. The issue was a transfer case light was flashing. After they performed there diagnostics and after I called them a few days after it was dropped off there, I was told my engine had a rod knocking. Keep in mind they was told what the issue was. They marked down on the paperwork that it was a start and dies. Not sure where they came up with that. Again, saying it was a rod knocking in my engine.How they could determine and say that when in fact it wasn t knocking. Ignorance on their part.After an extensive call and going in and talking with them in person, they finally started doing what was needed. After the truck war in there care just under 3 weeksAnd after there extensive diagnostics, they couldn t figure it out. Was also given many excuses of why it wasn t getting done.I informed them I was to leave for vacation and still they couldn t figure out what was going on. I was told they at this time they would online throwing darts at a dartboard due to the lack of mechanical knowledgeMy advice, don t take your car there unless you can leave it for an undetermined time and HOPE they can repair it.This has been 2 of the worst back to back experiences I ve ever had dealing with auto repair shops.My advice, take to a more reputable repair shop that stands behind their work like Jensen Tire or Firestone.I received no apologies from either shop. Only a I don t care about you attitudeI didn t even want to give them 1 star

My wife and I really appreciate the great service that we always receive from Tom and his staff. Our last experience was a mysterious noise my Chrysler 300 was making. They spent several hours determining the problem. They found the problem and the needed replacement part.It was just before Christmas and I was thinking about delaying until after the holidays. I asked Tom what the charge would be for all the hours spent finding the problem he said that he wouldn't charge me any anything. Wow, that is not something, in my experience, that repair shops do. We went ahead withe repair. You can depend on Tom for your car repairs. SP

Had full synthetic high mileage put in my car. I ve used this specific Meineke for at least a year on several of my cars. Tom is amazing and friendly. His prices are comparable to everyone else but he always finds a way to be a little bit cheaper than anyone else. The service is quick good and reliable.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had a great experience at Meineke. I just had an oil change but was greeted with friendly smiles. They did the oil change in a timely manner. It's always a good experience.

Not sure what to say about this repair service. My brakes still sounds plus I don't have that amount of money for a vacuum pump. Would be nice if they didn't charge a lot. Probably get a second opinion. I was just told it ok to drive it if I knew how to drive with the parking brakes still on.

Special thanks to Tom for getting my part during the UAE strike! Especially when the parts division of the UAW was joining the strike. They scheduled me for after I got off work & they finished the work in about 1 1/2 hours. A special thank you to my mechanic for getting my late husband's truck fixed in such a timely manner. I hope I don't need your services again soon, but if I do, I feel confident you folks will take good care of me again. Thank you ALL.

I have been going to Meineke for 25years or more for all my vehicle's servicing. Tom and Ron have always treated their customers well and they are very concerned about the satisfaction of their customers.

Very professional and caring establishment. Got my wife's Air Conditioning charged, and an Oil Change. Very friendly, caring and make you feel like you'll have no worries once you leave. Would recommend this shop to anybody. If you call, ask for Tom, the owner.

I needed the exhaust manifold replaced on my 2003 Trailblazer and was very happy with the quick service and the cost was very reasonable. They had to replace 3 studs and didn t up charge what the contractor charged them for the stud removal! Tom was able to do it at the price he quoted and it was done in a day and a half. Quick for a difficult job. I will definitely be coming back for future repairs!Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

This is a great place to take your car. They went way above any expectations you could ask for. They were all kind and professional and the service was awesome. They showed me the problems and causes from what happened. Sonny was the mechanic that worked on my car and did a perfect job getting it fixed right. The experience there was greatly appreciated. I will definitely go back there for any of my automotive needs.

Don t go to this place they mess up my engine on my car I never had no problem with my car until they looked at it my car is overheating. My engine is shaking I used to get oil changes but now I m not sure how I feel about that

Always so helpful and Always take care of you like family. Every time I bring the truck in I know they will go over everything and keep me on the road. Even the unseen is taken care of if not on the visit the next visit.They all; the owners and mechanics take care of you as though your in the family

Tom was great! We had issues arise once they started taking things apart, they found other things that needed fixed as well. Tom went above and beyond to do everything he could to get me back on the road.
