I have used them since moving to Omaha 3 years ago, they communicate well, transparent pricing and make sure to get the repair right. They have worked on a wide variety of vehicles for me, a pickup, an suv, and subarus of many varieties. They ve inspected cars prior to buying and selling and I couldn t recommend them more.

I personally have not had my car repaired there but my mother has and she absolutely really loves the place she just started using them about maybe a year or so ago and she's been nothing but happy with the work they've done with the attention that they pay to her and her vehicle by letting her know what all repairs are going to be needed in the upcoming future giving her a heads up on just things she might want to keep an eye out for. And that the pricing is very reasonable

10/10 . I have been going herr for years !! April and her team are amazing and I can't be more grateful for honest people. I got into a minor accident ( enough to where the car was not drivable) and I called April and she said "no prob tow it in, we will squeeze you in between appointments " . 2 weeks start to finish ( dont forget about everyone veing on strike in the automotive world) 2 weeks including wait time on parts and not having an appointment is pretty darn good !!!The paperwork after ( insurance claim) was a breeze ! They will not hand you a 4 thousand dallor estimate at every oil change.. ONLY and ONLY what really needs to be done. Please go see them !

April is the face of Lyles, and she definitely makes it a place you want to go back to as well asI recommend it to others. You can not beat the honesty & pricing.So they did my brakes & rotors that should have been warranty out by Bill at AME auto, but he did not take the time to get me in, after breaks and rotors were only on for a year. So I took it to lyles and he got me right for a fair price. Maybe one day I'll actually meet the person who performs the work, but until then, thank you all. We sure need more honest mechanics like you

I was visiting from Kentucky on business and my truck started to misfire. Thinking I can fix it myself I went to an auto parts store and bought parts. But my arthritis kept me from being able to do it. The woman at the auto parts store suggested I go to lyles.They were awesome, reasonably priced, and super nice and professional.

When my insurance company put in a request for a tow, no one picked it up. I contacted Lyle s and they were there. Very reasonable and straight forward. They even took pictures of my vehicle when they dropped it off. Thank you you.

Amazing. Outstanding. If you are searching for a place and using reviews then this place is legit. From the moment I stepped in the lady at the desk was warm and welcoming. She had a very nice and pleasant consistent tone and they got my car in and out the same day. I rented a rental car for a few days but turns out I only needed it for a few hours. The technician came and explained what happened and it was overall a very pleasant experience fortunately enough for me. Had something to do with my pulley coming off and not being able to charge my alternator. 10 stars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my truck in today because I had it towed. Work was to be done tomorrow. They called this afternoon & they already had it done. I don't give 5 stars on a first review but they were close. Very friendly, kept me informed on what was happening & all at a reasonable price. I'll take my business there from now on. They didn't have a lot of reviews & I was cautious of that. I'm glad I didn't sway my decision. Very happy with my experience.

Lyles is my go to shop they are honest provide excellent communication, service and no matter how busy they get it does not take away from the fact excellent service. Lyles has repaired brakes, tires, oil changes and even helped me get my sons car window installed and a reasonable price. Once my car warranty expires this is my go to. Highly Recommend, let me share the story.My granddaughter relocated from S.W. Georgia to Omaha Nebraska recently. While there she was involved in an auto accident that damaged the rear axle on her car. After the car sat in her driveway for several weeks and not knowing what to do, she called her Papa for advice. I looked online for the closest repair shop and found Lyle's Complete Automotive. I called, spoke to April and ask if she could help us. April and the staff gave us an estimate of worst case and best-case scenario of what the repairs may be. After my granddaughter agreed to the possible cost, April arranged for the car to be towed to the shop, located a used axle assembly and the shop had the repair completed within one week. April kept us informed of the progress. We were expecting worst case scenario bill, but April was able to find some saving and passed those savings on to my granddaughter. Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism does not seem to be enough to describe Lyle's Complete Automotive. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs automotive repairs. I ve lived in Omaha for 5 years and wish I knew about Lyle s from day 1! They are honest, knowledgeable and fairly priced. We recently just discovered them and it is just a huge relief to know there is somewhere you can go that you trust to take care of any car needs. Would highly recommend to everyone!!!

Lyle's has been my mechanic for 7 years. They maintained and fixed both my Lexus and my Ford pickup with quality work and fair pricing. I recommend to anyone who's looking for a mechanic, these are people who know their business. Matt and April are knowledgeable, friendly, and good people.

The good reviews don t lie. Been there a few times now the big one was to get a steering rack replaced a year and a half ago. They did an excellent job with it (still going strong), and the price was very fair. Went in again today for a noise, which turned out to be loose lug nuts (not related to anything they did the wheels have been off several times since then). They tightened them up real quick w/out charging anything and sent me on my way. Every time I ve been there, the whole team has always been very professional and honest. I m glad I ve referred several people to them over the years. They are definitely my go-to for repairs.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Five star(add bright neon) knowledgeable service and replacement parts are quickly available. The prices are very good and guaranteed to last. I purchased a battery over a year ago, metered ok, but they replaced ...no charge. I have years of truck and car repairs at Lyles Automotive, always excellent!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Lyle s to anyone!! So efficient, so personable and I didn t feel like I was taken advantage of! I paid a fair price for reliable work and I won t go anywhere else!! i have been going here for several years now and they are fantastic! i wish i knew about them much earlier though because i have been swindled so many times by so many other mechanics over the years. being a single woman who is not knowledgeable about car mechanics made me an easy financial target. but matt and april are truly the most honest, caring and adept people ever! they will tell you if you can wait on something, they will try and save you money on anything that you need done if it's possible, and they will take you into the shop and show you exactly what they see!they are amaaazing! you will not be disappointed!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

This place is amazing! Most affordable place in town and super honest. Their front desk worker April is beautiful inside and out. I don't know the second mechanics name ,but Matt is awesome! They're super reliable, fast, and honest. The first place in town that hasn't tried to up charge me for stuff I don't need. They will let you know what's necessary and what's unnecessary. There was a few repairs on my car that were just superficial and there were ones that actually affected the running of the car. They actually went out of their way to tell me which things were unnecessary and which were actually needed.The first time I came here they quoted me a price 500 dollars less then Riley's auto was trying to charge me. The thing you have to realize is that other "nicer" looking places in town are trying to cover their fancy building's rent and overhead. Lyle's auto doesn't do that to their customers. Stay away from all those fancy places folks, they overcharge and cheat people to make their quota. Thank you April and Matt for your integrity!

I LOVE that Lyle's will tell you what should be done now to make your vehicle safe to drive and what could wait. They don't pressure you to spend all of your money. They gave me a quote a year ago to fix my a/c and when I finally saved up the $, they still honored that same price. This is the only place in town I'll ever use or recommend for car issues. They genuinely value their customers and take pride in their craft. I've dealt with auto-body shops that cost so much more, "repair" my car in a couple of days and I'm left with the same, if not more, issues. Lyle's does their due diligence and I am comforted by the time they take, regularly calling with updates. I would not be surprised if it is a family business, as they work with that pride and integrity. It is so rare to find a shop looking for every way to up-sell you, but Lyle's conducts their business with character and they will work hard for you. I never leave comments, but auto repair is confusing and stressful. Lyle's kept me completely at ease.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Absolutely the best customer service!!! No matter how busy she is behind the counter April is always smiling, friendly and will take a second for at least a brief chat.Trustworthy and dependable! They've always been straightforward with me about what I need to have done immediately and what they recommend I have done in the future.They were recommended to me by a family member and now I recommend them to all my friends.

Fantastic customer service! We look for honesty and good workmanship when it comes to our cars don't we? This place was near my job and so I took a chance because I didn't have time to take my car to my usual place in Council Bluffs. I called my mechanic to tell him what was wrong with my air conditioner and he gave me a quote over the phone, along with what likely needed to be done. Armed with information, I called Lyle's and even went as far as to tell them what my mechanic quoted me, thinking it was a good price and could not go over that. I was shocked when April at the front desk expressed confusion as to why they would quote me so high for what I described. My A/C job went from the expected $170 to $60 at Lyle's! It's been 3 weeks and it's still holding it's charge beautifully. They told me they put dye in the system because there was a possibility of a leak and that I should be prepared to return. All on the up and up. I have a new mechanic!

You need a garage, and you need it to be Lyle s. Matt, the mechanic, was able to somehow breathe life back into a rusted pile of love resembling a 2003 Ford Explorer. They even took off rusted side parts which could have possibly started some sort of tetanus-based apocalypse free of charge. My neighbor s kids will live to see another day! The price point, efficiency, communication and service were unmatched. And the front desk lady (I didn t catch your name, I m sorry!) was not only extremely courteous and professional, but super personable.This is the mechanic for you. No pretense, no dishonesty, just good old fashioned hard work and skill. Thank you guys for making a stressful experience seem as easy as a walk in the park on a Sunday afternoon. Cheers!

I wanted to give these guys a good review, I really had high hopes. The woman that works the phone and front desk is as sweet as can be and was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, there seems to be some issues with their mechanics. I had an engine replaced in my Pontiac vibe and was excited about the reasonable quote Lyle's gave me. The car has been a consistent problem since having with work done. There is now a rattle when it runs, it gets terrible gas mileage, it barely goes into gear, and it idles far higher than it should. I took it back repeatedly and was dismissed about my concerns, they even tried to tell me it was just a coincidence. I finally ended up taking it to another mechanic who then called Lyle's and that mechanic said Lyle's flat out lied to him about what they did to the car (changed spark plugs, fuel filter, etc). Unfortunately after paying thousands to Lyle's for the work to be done and being told the new engine had a warranty, I have a malfunctioning car that barely goes into gear, and the mechanics at Lyle's just kind of shrug when I tell them whats going on.Pay a little more money and get someone who knows what they are doing :/

I have taken my car there twice now and I am very satisfied. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, priced reasonable, very quick and checked with me and explained to me before racking up all kinds of charges. I would recommend it its honest hard working people which is nice these days

I ve been going to Lyle s for years by now. They re honest, hard working people. True local business worth supporting. Mom and Pop shop. They re always gonna give you the best deal in town. This was the worse experience I've ever had. As a single mom and dealing with multiple small automotive shops in the Omaha area, this is one I will NEVER recommend. Everything I went through with this company is simply UNETHICAL. They didn't call and tell me everything that was wrong with my car before they fixed what I THOUGHT was wrong. She told me I had a 2-3 week warranty on the part that was put on and if the real problem isn't fixed in that time frame, then they won't honor the warranty! So basically tried to strong arm me into getting the REAL PROBLEM fixed with her shop. I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED THIS! Even mechanics off the street look before they fix and she simply showed no empathy, sympathy or anything. Yea the price was cheaper but that's because she claerly got a used part with only a 2-3 week warranty. Her business hours shows she closes at 5pm, however when I went to attempt to speak in person about this at 4:45 pm, the doors were locked. Just unprofessional and completely unethical.

Lyle, April and Matt always take excellent care of my personal and commercial vehicles. April offers several choices in major repairs and Lyr and Matt knock it out quickly. Several times they ve saved me thousands off of dealer quotes and usually they can offer a generous warranty. I always recommend them when I can, and they have earned my business time and again.

The guy Matt who works there does excellent service. I had a flat one day and filled it up and just made it to Lyle's before it went flat again. Matt was able to get me a new tire for cheap and I got back to work. I always go there for my oil changes and will never go anywhere else! Thanks Lyle's shop and Matt!
