The Omaha Lexus Service Department is great. You can book your appointment online or by phone. The service professionals have never given my cars less than excellent service. When the service will take more than 2 hours or if I can t wait they will give you a loaner car or have a driver get me where I need to go. Although I have never used the service , they will even pick up your car and return it to you after service is completed. They have brought a new battery to my home when mine went dead and were very friendly. Nick Berg, the Service Manager, has been fantastic and has helped me keep my Lexus auto s running smoothly for 25 years. I have been so satisfied with the excellent service that I have never even thought of going anywhere else.

After losing the programmed piece of my old-school car key, Morgan efficiently researched what the process would be for me to get a new one made fast. She called me to get me on the books, she received me graciously even though I showed up late, and she communicated the entire time I waited to get the key programmed, not leaving me wondering at all how long it would take. I appreciate Morgan s matter of fact attitude and her simplistic and thorough customer service. No fake gushing or acting like someone she is not, just pure, sincere, straight forwardness. Thank you Lexus and Morgan for ensuring the customer is well taken care of every time.

Oil change or any car maintenance at Lexus of Omaha is a pretty grand experience. I have young children and work full time. I was able to schedule a pick up with Lexus of Omaha. They picked up my car, provided a rental car and stayed in contact as far as what maintained is recommended on my vehicle. The process was smooth and the folks I was in contact with, were knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely continue business with them.

My husband and I have been with Lexus of Omaha since 1991. The service is outstanding every time. If you opt to wait at the dealership, the area is clean and spacious. If you use a loner car, you ll be getting a lovely Lexus for the day! Best of all, as a Lexus owner, you will find that upkeep and maintenance is pretty standard and you most likely won t be plagued with on-going issues or break downs.

Lexus of Omaha is amazing. A couple of days ago I had my bags in the truck, all set to drive to KC, when my check engine light came on. I called Them and they said to come in anytime without an appointment. They quickly took care of my vehicle and also fixed some scratches and marks on my driver s side door. I love the service offered beyond expectations!

Once again the service department stepped up and provided great service! Received some warning lights on Friday. Went to the dealer Saturday morning. They diagnosed the problem and had the parts. Had the car back first thing Monday morning. They provided a great loaner so we didn t miss a beat in our schedule. Great job once again!

We had a minor issue that needed to get addressed on a Saturday. The service team went out of their way as we don t live in Omaha. They provided us a loaner and my hat goes off to Morgan. She definitely made the experience one of the best. Plus our English cream golden retriever Franklin now loves her :-)

Just purchased a Lexus a few months ago. I had to bring it in yesterday for the first time. I worked with Morgan primarily. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue within a day and were able to offer a discount on services. They also made a recommendation for service that would save me money on labor in the long run.I love that they offer loaner vehicles, are extremely personable, honest and offer a free carwash before you come pick up your vehicle. Definitely going to be a Lexus customer for life. Oh, and they treat all their customers like royalty, which is a plus.Thanks Lexus of Omaha for the fantastic service!

It s always a well oiled machine at Lexus of Omaha. You re greeted immediately. If you re their for routine maintenance and wait in their cafe there s plenty of places to sit, including a little outdoor patio that s beautiful or just sit at the coffee bar and watch the March Madness games on the big screen TV like I did when I was there. They re fast and comprehensive so the wait seems like nothing. Oh, and log into the WiFi and get some work done while you wait if you re on your lunch break .I really dislike taking my car in for service, but if I have to, Lexus of Omaha makes it painless as possible. It s one of the many reasons while I ll always drive a Lexus. Shout out specifically to Morgan for her impeccable service!

Lexus employees are quick to help you with whatever you need! They are very polite and full of information. They offer options and make clear to you what will be done during service and the charges to expect. Cory keeps you well informed. I always feel welcome, comfortable and cared for there! Lexus is very loyal to it's customers! An excellent dealership!!!

Adi in Service is very thorough and knowledgeable in what he does. He makes me feel valued.Joel in Sales is probably one of the best Car salesmen I ve ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable of his business and is genuinely interested in your needs. You feel as if he really cares about getting the right car for you!

This visit to the service department was not up standard. I had a part on order for my Lexus for over 2 months. I called Lexus help desk (corporate) and they said it was in and shipped to dealer.I called the service department and they said they would order it and made an appointment for me. I showed up for the appointment and service drove it in. I waited for 30 minutes. The service writer said it was done. It wasn t. The part never came in and no one from service bothered to inform me of that. Then they tell me it is back ordered for 4 to 6 weeks. I feel they had ample notification of a back order. They should never had made the appointment with no parts available and I should have been notified before my appointment.

Super easy! Jesse remembered a concern I had that we had discussed on the phone when I made the appointment. Great staff in the waiting room( I think Debbie Lynn) as well as tasty snacks and drinks! I was out of there and off shopping within an hour!

We have purchased many vehicles from Lexus of Omaha and I take all 5 of my vehicles there for service. I have been in sales for 30 years and I always tell people if you want to see what exemplary customer service looks like, become a customer at Lexus of Omaha! In the service department ask for Jesse, he will take good care of you. Our vehicles are returned to us in the service drive exactly as promised and spotlessly clean to boot.

I highly recommend Lexus of Omaha Service Dept for your any maintenance problems, etc. for your vehicle! Their customer service is second to none. Service Advisor Gerardo is the absolute best ever! The product quality that he offers is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service!

Gerardo and the Lexus team strives for first class service. They were helpful prompt and kind. Came in for an oil change and realized I needed to do a 60K service appointment. They changed the appointment right away and gave me a loaner car for the day. The interior and exterior came out looking brand new. The nice perks, amenities, and quality service at the dealership makes me want to continue purchasing Lexus vehicles and getting my car serviced at the dealership.

As expected the Lexus Service group are very good and thorough. One small issue with their texting service process. The vehicle needed tires and they indicated what tread life was on the vehicle tires and quoted a price on tire replacement but did not indicate what tire brand/size/warranty mileage/etc. Needed to cal to find that information out and resulted in a different tire recommendation. Everything else was as expected.

Always highly professional and efficient - I enjoy waiting for my car since there is a very quiet, comfortable and pleasant waiting area. Service Manager Cory.is the best of the best and I always ask for him.

This is the 2nd time I have dropped my car off unexpectedly at the dealership with tire issues. Both times the issues were resolved quickly and completely even though I did not have an appointment. They have never acted like I was an inconvenience even though they were clearly busy. The service department is always great to deal with!

The usual excellent and efficient service and customer care. Thank you Lexus.It is upsetting that I was told at purchase that I would receive the first four 5,000 mile services at no charge only to be told at the third service that only the first two are covered.Just as upsetting is that we only received one key when purchased and told the second key would come later. We have had several emails telling us we would be informed when the key was available. When I enquired at service time I was informed that we needed to order the key. 10 months and counting is not good customer service.

Gerardo was very helpful, explained everything and even told me there was one service I really didn t need yet. Very friendly! I really appreciated the loaner vehicle for this longer service appointment.
