Had a rock chip on my new vehicle that the dealer did not disclose. Kryger tech looked at it and noted it had already been fixed. They looked up the cost of a new windshield and gave me options, 30 minutes of discussion, no charge. I worked at kryger years ago, great place, good to see it again even though no one is left that was there when i was.

Today I called this company looking for a very rare back glass for my convertible, I spoke to Terri, She had to be the most pleasant employee I ever met on the phone, I wish all my insurance companies were this way! I speak on the phone every day as an office manager and I took some lessons from this lady! Great phone experience, wished they had my part but I found it through another local business that had to special order it from a junk yard. Thank you for showing me even when you have a bad day with unpleasant customers in customer service that you can chose to be happy as a voice, representing your company no matter how tough this world can be. I never used this company but I will recommend them based on one phone call.

I had a quarter window replacement. I struggled heavily with finding the right PLACE, and the right PRICE!! I was at the end of my rope. That's when I found Kryger Glass. From the time I opened their front door, the ladies in the office were absolutely WONDERFUL and nothing less!! They are SO down to earth and made sure I was taken care of!! The window installation was EXCELLENT! I'll NEVER go anywhere else!! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!Services: Installation, Glass installation

Start to finish, a good company to work with. Called a few places for quotes for my windshield replacement and was impressed with the front office staff, prices were competitive and had them service my vehicle at my location. Service was great and replacement was as good as my original windshield. Was surprised when I looked at the finished product, my State park sticker was transferred to my new windshield along with the oil sticker, If I know better I would never know this was my replacement glass. When I opened my door even more surprised as they cleaned my floor mats to better than I've seen them in quite a while. Thank You for the great service today!

I'm a truck driver and needed my windshield fix right away. Very good customer service. Got me a quick appointment and fix my windshield in less than an hour. Mine doesn't need adhesive maybe that's why it's quicker but they still did a quick job. For a Volvo Semi-truck solar only windshield cost around $250.

I had checked another nationally known company for a quote to fix a chip in my windshield, it was $100.00 more than Kryger glass , I got there early for my appointment, they kindly got me in right away and in less than 30 minutes, I was on my way! Have used Kryger numerous times on our vehicles and they do a great job of repair and replacement . Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them and do often!

These guys are life savers! We had a window shatter on us that needed to be repaired ASAP. They were extremely quick to get someone out to look at it and exceeded our expectations (by far) in repair time. Super friendly and fair priced. Will definitely use again.

TL;DR: Repair took longer than expected, technician caused a fault with vehicle interlock system which will cost us more money to fix, and I was treated incredibly rudely when asking for help remedying the situation. Full story below.I recently needed the windshield and back glass replaced for my significant other's vehicle due to vandalism that happened while she was at work. I happen to work next door to Kryger, so I called and spoke with Trish. Our interaction was pleasant and we scheduled the repair. The vehicle was brought in Friday with the promise of being complete by Monday before noon. At about 10:30, I called to check on the vehicle and told it would be another couple of hours, so we arranged to pick it up the 26th. Upon dropping off then vehicle, we informed Trish of two things. One, that the vehicle key was not programmed correctly, so upon unlocking the vehicle, the key had to be put in the ignition so the alarm wouldn't go off. Two, there is a brethalyzer interlock in the vehicle from a DUI a few months back. Trish joked that that meant she couldn't drink while working with this vehicle and assured us that they had things like this all the time, which put us at ease that everything could be handled with no issues.Fast forward to picking up the vehicle and we discovered that there was a violation on the interlock during the time it was in their shop. These violations, when they occur, cost approximately $80 to reset the device. I placed a call to Trish to work something out, but she replied that they would not be incurring any expenses for that issue. I asked her why she would not be helping with this as it happened while the vehicle was in their care. She went so far as to tell me she was never informed about the interlock at all, which we clearly did. I reminded her that she told me she goes out of her way to treat folks who work at neighboring businesses like family. I told her I expected them to cover the charge and the exchange became heated and she responded "Are you serious?"So, as bad as I feel for giving a one-star rating, (they did replace the glass, after all, so they at least performed the service requested) the delay in completion of the job, the fact that that we now have an additional expense caused by them which they will not pay for, and the way I was treated by Trish left me with one of the worst customer experiences in recent memory.

THEY DO big rigs as well.Very accommodating glass shop.They just make it workHuge warehouse with extensive inventory.Everyone said no or not today.Kryger made it happen!Made my pickup time which would have cost me several thousands.Wow, I am so relieved.Thank you Kryger.

I've had this shop do lots of work for me in the past including custom cutting me a replacement windshield for a classic car. Their work is always flawless, priced well, and done on time. I wont go anywhere else.

Upon speaking with Kryger Glass, I knew right away that I would be taken care of well. The people answering the phones and the mechanics are just FANTASTIC. In the end, they didn't have the glass for my OLD car, but they were polite as ever. I felt like breaking the glass on my other car just to give them my business! Rear view mirror came off. Drove into Kryger Glass and it was back on in 15 minutes at no charge. Friendly people. Will definitely be coming back for my next auto glass issue!

They replaced my glass and it survived a 70mph 30-40lb turkey right to the driver side , others maybe cheaper .....don't do it , the only reason I'm not in the hospital is the fact that only the best glass and adhesive were used.
