a shop full of integrity. a friendly and helpful staff ready to explain anything you don't understand about the services and also offer honest opinions about what's worth doing and what might not be quite as necessary give cost and return. i recommend this shop whole heatedly with confidence.

Just had my best vehicle service-related experience here and it deserves to be called out.A few weeks ago I started noticing that one of my tires would lose air/trigger my sensors every few days-weeks. I had an oil change coming up so I went to the Subaru dealership since they also offer an inspection. I voiced my issue regarding my tire but my report came back as having great tires (I even got alignment+balancing done), so I didn t think more about it because dealerships are trustworthy, right(?).A few days later the same tire triggered the sensor again! Because I m a Google-mechanic I used deductive reasoning and figured it MUST be an issue with my valve stem, so I called Jensen Tire on L Street to check the pricing + availability to get this done. The front desk (Ashley) was super friendly and told me they weren t busy (and to stop in).10mins later I was there and I told Ashley my concerns and she noted it down. A few moments later she informed me that the techs found a maybe 1/4 nail on the inside of my tire, so they were going to patch it up.After being there for about 20mins the repair was all done. Here comes the cream-of-the-crop: Ashley told me that the patch was FREE(!!!) because if you get your tires from Jensen (which mine are) any patch work is FREE FOR LIFE!I came in ready to spend money but I leave with my problem fixed + didn t have to spend a dime.This is some ridiculous amount of transparency and integrity (which I know a lot of people not knowing vehicles are worried about).

Very friendly and efficient with their work. Went in for an alignment and was done within an hour. Good prices and great staff. They did an amazing job on my car. Would go back for any future work.

I went in last minute because there was a nail in my tire. They got my tire fixed quicker that I expected and only for $35 bucks. I highly recommend this place to anyone!! Especially if you re looking for a place to go to last minute.

Fixed my tire today. Dropped off a little after 9 and it was ready by noon. Friendly people. Patch plug from the inside which is a proper repair, and it was free with the drive out package I purchased when I bought the tires. Will continue to bring my vehicle here.

With the cold weather my tires was not holding air even after putting more in. Just when the low tire light came on I was by JENSEN TIRE. Went in, told them what was happening, asked if they could squeeze me in..... yes. Got me in, took all 4 tires off, cleaned & re-sealed them. Good to go.

Speedy service, quality products used and everyone employed there was very nice. We have had Jena at the 49th & L store twice now and I am blown away at the high quality and fast jobs she has completed. We will not be going anywhere else for repairs! Thanks!!

Mike at Jensen on L St was very professional and took care of my tire issue. Brought to attention other things that may need addressed and was able to replace my tire before I had to go to work. Also witnessed him triage a difficult customer while I was waiting and remained calm but firm with him and was able to figure out how to still get him taken care of. Would recommend this location again.

Chelsea was awesome! She was super sweet and gave me an update each morning about updates regarding my car, which I appreciated a lot. She answered any question I had and reassured me that my car will be taken care of, which it was. The whole staff was amazing and did not make me feel dumb about not knowing much about cars. Highly recommend this place for any car services!

5 star service got an oil change got a quote for other things wrong with my vehicle. Got the oil change done less than an hour got my tire monitor working. Amazing service.

Have used their services more than once and have been completely satisfied. They always explain everything in detail and ask before proceeding anything. The costumer service is a 10 for me always welcoming and polite. Will continue to get service here for my current cars and future onces no doubt.

I was well taken care of as soon as I entered the facility. My needs were addressed and met and a short time later, I was out and on my way. However I had an other errand to do and my indicator light came on, I will call and see what can be done now.

Ashley at the front desk was very nice and helpful, I visited today for an oil change and tire rotation, the only thing that I did not like it is that they told me that the tire rotation was done and when I left my car showed me that the tires were not rotated, I called them back and I asked why did they lie to me?.

On my way to work I got a nail in my tire and Jensen was able to fit me in on the same day. After work I went to this location nearby and was there for maybe 30 minutes while they repaired my tire. I also had my dog with me and they allowed me to have him inside. They gave him lots of pets and even his own bowl of water. I appreciated the special attention and the good service!

Had a low tire in the morning when I was getting ready to drive home to Minneapolis. Took it to Jensen Tire and they checked it out, found a nail and repaired it right away. Very pleased with the service I received.

We had our work done there and the bill was over $825.00 and they had the nerve to charge $150.00 for diagnostic testing. when you have it done there they should waive that out ragous price of the testing. Damn it's a rip off
