Had to have a driveshaft shortened for my truck, brought it into the shop and it was done by the time I needed it. They replaced the u joints and painted the driveshaft as well all for a great price. I want to thank Clayton for the good customer service and the great work.

Auto Parking Brake warning lights were on in RV. It was busy but the on duty supervisor said he'd call me to see if he could get it in the next day. Never heard from him. Another repair place had recommended. When you're on the road (I-80) far from home, it would be nice to be able to get some mechanical help, especially when you're in a larger area (Omaha) . Very disappointing

While traveling in our 2023 Entegra Cornerstone we had an issue with our steering wheel controls (no cruise control, windshield wipers, anything on the steering wheel did not work). Called Spartan Chassis and they informed us there was a recall on that system and it needed a reboot. They gave us several service center locations on our route. We called a couple of them and they couldn't get us in. We finally called Inland Truck and Parts and spoke with John Bullard at the Lincoln, NE location, he was a ton of help and referred us to their sister site in Omaha because it was closer to us. We then spoke with Mike Hollst, the service manager, and he was able to work us in first thing the following morning. While there, an oil leak was noticed and they were able to fix that as well. Their service was above and beyond and we are extremely grateful for them! Thank you for saving our trip! Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Professional, friendly staff. Ford RV truck needed an emergency rear pinion seal on a Friday afternoon. They got me right in, diagnosed the problem, had the part and had me back on the road within two hours from seeing oil puddle to repair done right at a very reasonable price. Very fortunate this wasn't much worse. Thanks Inland!

Traveling tru in our motor home, we hit debris in the road, tore out the exhaust system and damaged the drive shaft. Luckily we called Inland Truck Parts and Service and they told us to bring the vehicle in and they would get right on it. They quickly determined what needed to be repaired, ordered parts and handled the requirements of the insurance adjuster. A day and a half later we were back on the road. Thanks for the great service!

I will recommend this place to anybody needing help in this area, especially with bigger rigs!We went to Interstate Power Services when our rv was having trouble accelerating and died and they told us it was the fuel pump and that it would cost $1,898 to fix it.I am so thankful we looked around at other shops for a second opinion and found Inland! They found out our only problem was a fuel filter and were able to sacrifice a bit of time to help us out when they realized we were broke down out here a thousand miles from home. We paid literally 1/18 of what we would have had to pay at the other shop and it wouldn't have even fixed the problem!I cannot thank the guys here enough and would give them 10 stars if possible!

We would highly recommend this company for semi tractor or motorhome break downs!!! Their Omaha yard crew & facility were awesome. Our motorhome decided it was time for a new alternator........the crew were so concerned about our camping needs in the parking lot. Right away next am, part was delivered and we were quickly on our way. THANKS much guys!!!

Had very bad shaking and vibration coming from the front end of my Freightliner. They diagnosed my problem as being caused by bad king pins and shocks. Left truck in afternoon to be finished next day. I called and was told that a Bering with the kingpin was not properly seated and the new kingpin had to come back out to get it right. Gary told me not to worry about the mistake. The mistake was there's and they would cover all costs. I have to say they stuck to there original estimate and did not go a dollar over it. The professional and honest work they do is hard to find in truck shops these days. I will be a commercial for inland for quite some time.

They listen to what you want done and try to accommodate your wishes. We've had a couple of times where they forgot to finish up correctly and tighten up the needed parts but overall they're good people.

The guys up front on 10/22 are prime examples of perfect employees.. They had a guy that was in a disgruntled mood and made a few rash comments as he decided he better wait outside before he got violent. How that whole situation was handled was text book!.. Matt thanks for getting me these parts as soon as you did.. You guys now have a long time customer..

A friend recommended this place to have the drive shaft rebuilt (double carden CV joint) so I gave them a shot. The bill was less than buying a low end aftermarket drive shaft. They used quality parts and it looks new again. I'd definitely recommend them for driveline work!

I manage a fleet of about 250 units based out of Minnesota. My customer was located down in Omaha on a run and ran into an issue with his PTO airline. I called 3 different shops to put the airline back into the shift cover of the PTO. They all said they either do not have the time or they didn't work on PTO's... It was a 2 minute phone call to the guys at Inland and we had the driver in and out in less than an hour. The bill was very reasonable and they handled it like pros. Go here. I will go back if given the chance.

Worst shop I have ever been at the building is nice but the the manager Ray has swept floors for inland for 40 years and he still doesn't know what an engine looks like or how it works no experience except for the 2 bakers r the only ones that know anything but Brendan does not turn wrenches and Tyler is always on service calls 2 twenty year old mechanics isn't going to get the job done

I came to Inland with a computer issue on my motorhome while vacationing across the US. It is very difficult to get anyone to service a problem on a class A motorhome chassis yet Inland took my motorhome in on a Saturday and replaced my transmission control module.Inland saved me from a completely ruined vacation when no one else would even look at my motorhome.

Called them Thursday morning, was told they could get to it late in the day on Thursday or first thing on Friday. Called at 1:30pm Friday, and was told that best case would be late in the day Friday or Saturday but most likely on Monday. However, After posted the General Manager called and apologized for what happened. I think that means something.
