Over priced and bad service. I called 2 hours before to see if I could place an appointment so I could avoid wait times, was told I had an appointment made by my car make and model. Got there BEFORE my scheduled appointment just to find out they did not make an appointment for me and I had to still wait an hour to an hour and a half before I would even be seen. So I went across the street to Jensen tire and auto, got taken in within 15 minutes, 40$ cheaper with a 3 year warranty. I will not be coming back to Firestone. Honesty goes a long way!

They got me put on Avis's do not rent list after deciding to change the oil on my car without permission."Lance this is Heather at Avis. I spoke with you yesterday about the oil change on your vehicle not being needed for another 5k miles. You specifically went and had one completed anyways against my direction. You must return the vehicle immediately and you will no longer be able to rent at this time. "

I was able to get an appointment on the day after I called, and the employees working the desk were very personable and patient. I m not very fluent in taking care of my car, so I appreciated the way the employees took the time to explain things to me.

The workers were nice enough, but I made an appointment, then waited 2 1/2 hours in their lobby and paid 116+ for my oil change. Only had 2 other people in the lobby when I got there, who both left promptly after I sat down. What's the point of the appointment? Have had great experiences with other Firestones in Omaha, but will not be returning to this location.

I was there since 9am didn t leave until 3 pm for a ball joint, oil change and wipers. Not only that but my cars brakes are loud as I m driving which wasn t the case when I brought it in yea they squeaked when stopping which I m getting fixed tomorrow at a different business but now they sound like they are scraping ten times worse I spent my whole day her for poor service I was nothing but respectful and patient I will never spend my money here again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I was driving through and needed an oil change so I made an appointment for 11:30 today. Showed up and was told that the number I called was not that store despite Google having it as their number and that they had no appointments or availability at that time. So I called the number again to find out which Firestone I had made the appointment with, and their phone name. Either they didn t know their own phone number or were lying to me. They then somehow found my appointment, only to tell me they actually didn t have time anymore since someone had called out. No call to warn me my appointment would not be honored, no apology. Terrible place.

Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. I got new tires for my Nissan Rogue at a very reasonable rate. It was a busy Sunday, but the work got done quickly while I waited. There's a comfortable seating area with a TV for waiting. Everything was top notch.

It s nice they are located downtown, however made an appointment for 9:00am, showed up and was told they.l couldn t get to my car until 11:00am. Arrived at 1:30pm to find out my FLAT TIRE PATCH was not done yet. FINALLY my repaired tire was ready at 2:05pm. I sure am glad I made a 9:00am appointment !!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I don't have enough good words to describe the amazing people who work there. There was a power outage while they were working on my car, so they weren't able to finish the work and give my car back to me. It was on Friday, so they were going to open again on Monday. They were very professional in managing that situation. The owner offered to refund me the ubers that I was going to use, since I didn't have another car. Surprisingly, he opened the shop on Sunday to finish the work and give my car back to me. I was so thankful for that because I knew that it was an exception. All people there are amazing and super professional, the work was done great (struts assemblied and tires changed) for sure I will go there again if I need to! Strongly recommended

Two stars only because I like their tires. But they always upsell when I go there. I go in for an oil/filter change and tire rotation and they come back with other recommended repairs. And then they try to push their credit card. I understand they are probably pressured to upsell and promote their card, but it's really annoying.

If you re considering using this shop for auto work I d recommend throwing your money out instead. Unfriendly staff, they re there because they have to be and no other reason. They don t listen when you tell them what you want/need OR don t want/need. I ve made six appointments, each time been told it will be an hour or longer. At what point do appointments not even make sense? The first time I got my oil changed it somehow took 75 minutes. Bottom-tier auto shop that is only open because they know people s cars need work. Find somewhere else.

Absolutely not.TWICE I scheduled a morning appointment.Each time they couldn t get to it .I told them the Uber is getting expensive!Best they could do is $10 off. PLEASEYou can tell they don t know what they are doing by the way the manager answers questions.Just go to Jensen across the street. I did and they helped me right away within less than an hour.

When for a simple oil change, took an extra hour over what was communicated, charged me about $25 over the expected price. Never going again.Update: Per below comment, reached out to email to discuss care - it's been over 10 days and haven't heard back. Unprofessional yet again. Would give zero stars if I could.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, OR MONEY VISITING THIS LOCATION.The lack of professionalism, knowledge, ability to follow directions, listening skills, and communication skills exemplified from the employees at this location cost me a great deal of time and money and the issue I came to this location to get fixed is still not resolved.This terrible experience began with front desk rep, Juan, failing to add notes to the ticket indicating why the car was brought in. From there, the mechanic failed to follow the initial screening steps. Information that I specifically inquired about was incorrectly communicated to me by service manager, Lyria. Thus, they ended up fixing something that we did not ask them to, but did not fix what we came there to get resolved.I have been a long term firestone user in multiple states. This is by far the worst location I've experienced thus far and it's tainted my image of the entire brand.Firestone Corporate, if you're seeing this review, please reach out. I sent this information directly to corporate as well.

I had two "among us" shirts on my passenger seat when I dropped my truck off. When I picked it up, the shirts were gone. They were a birthday present for my nephew that were not cheap. At 11:45 I was told about another hour for my truck. 2 calls later I was down there at 430 STILL WAITING until 5 for my truck to be done. All they did was change out my break fluid. It seems as if they held my truck there long enough for whoever stole my stuff to be gone. Police reports will be made today.

Had an appointment at 1:00pm for an oil change and it did not get done until 5:10. I called in at 4:30 and they assured me it would be done before closing time at 5:00pm. I don t get the point of having an appointment time if you can t do the work in a timely fashion. Did not get any sort of apology very dissatisfied with my service here, will not be coming back.

Leslie went above and beyond expectations today. The stem valve broke off my atv. Initially they weren t sure if they could get it on their machine to repair it. Leslie was awesome and got the job done! Thanks for helping me out in the middle of my ice fishing trip!

Steve and his crew are incredible professionals! Took very good care of me and my husband while we were visiting out of state and had a battery die. I would recommend his shop to anyone!

They seem to be having some scheduling issues recently so it might be difficult to do a walk in but if you set up an appointment they'll get everything done quickly. The desk person was upfront with pricing and they called as soon as the work was done also giving recommendations but didnt hassle me when I declined. The work itself (oil change and new rear tires) seems to have been done well and they added in the usual things like topping up my wiper fluid and doing a quick vehicle inspection for free. I'll probably use them again next oil change.

I scheduled brake service several days in advance. On the day before my service, at the end of the day, Firestone called me to cancel the service. This is very frustrating as their late cancellation didn't leave me enough time to find another service shop on the day when the car is available.

Came in hoping to get service as soon they opened, the manager, Steven, did me one better by actually opening up a few minutes early to take my information and get started servicing my vehicle. Friendly, enthusiastic staff got me in and out of there to tackle the rest of the day on a good note. Thank you Steven!

Go across the street to Jensen and save yourself $150. I went here because I got nail in the sidewall of my tire. I purchased a new tire and three weeks later I got a nail in the sidewall of the same tire. They would not prorate the cost of a new tire at all or give me any kind of deal because I didn't purchase their road hazard warranty.I went over to Jensen and asked them what would've happened if I purchased my tire from them. They said they would have been able to replace it with a new tire and charged me a minimum $25 proration fee, even without buying their road hazard warranty.They were also doing construction on their shop and my car and everyone else's cars outside were covered in dirt. After confronting them they offered to clean it. Five minutes later they gave me my keys back and I went outside to find my car not cleaned. The only thing they did was use my wipers and washer fluid to clean the windshield.
