I have used Chris and the team at European Motors for years. They are talented and work to find the solution to any problem you bring them. They are more cost effective than any of the local European car dealers in the area.They have worked on Mini, Fiat, BMW, Audi and Jaguar models for me over the years. Owning European cars are not cheap, and all vehicles need regular maintenance. The team at EM helps make the pleasure of owning them a little more affordable. Keep up the great work!

My car is currently at European Motors and they have done me a solid already. I m from out of town and they helped me get in touch with the nicest towing company I have come across, with a very similar approach to healthcare of why we do what we do.I can tell these guys treat people with respect with what they have already described to me in a conversation with them. I wish they were in my town.

I would like to remark that Chris at European Autos is absolutely recommended! My axle assembly needed to be replaced, they said, because the boots were torn, I was told somewhere else. It was foreign ground for a woman in her seventies like myself. It would cost plenty of money to fix it. I made the choice to entrust Chris with the timing belt replacement and axle assembly work I needed done on my 2004 automobile. Imagine my shock when I went to pick up the automobile and was informed that the axle repair was not required. I frantically asked him if he was SURE, and he pulled the car back up on a hoist and showed me the part. The components were perfect, as I could even see. The desired repair would have been SO EASY for him to carry out. I've got renewed faith. He took great delight in his work, was incredibly courteous and patient, and was a true professional. No other place will I go.

I have worked with the owner of European Motors�Chris and the team crew�Katrina for more than ten years. We have purchased all of our Saabs from European Motors. Mechanical equipment can break down; this is a truth. Chris and his staff, on the other hand, are knowledgeable and practical, so they can deal with any problem. Skill, attention to detail, and affordability all go hand in hand at European Motors. Their work is consistently done well and reasonably priced. I want to thank Chris and Katrina for all of their help and support over the past ten years. Your professionalism, kindness, and work ethic are appreciated.

Had some issues with my Bmw for the past 4 or 5 months. Threw money at what I thought was the problem according to my scanner. Finally bit the bullet and took it around the corner to European Motors. Told them what I thought it was and they got me in the next day, which is rare nowadays. Spoke to 2 different Chris s the next couple of days and they told me what was wrong and that they ll get it fixed. Price was cheaper than the dealer by far and from my experience they seem more knowledgeable based on some small work I had done years prior with them. Friendly staff and honest about a car s problems. Long story short they called and said it was good to go. Wife drove the car after not driving it for the past year and said it drives like a new car. I brought my Renault Clio to so that the brakes might be changed. Chris and his colleagues were sympathetic and patient as I tried to describe the situation to them, even though the problem was not there when they test-drove the car. They explained everything to me, talked with me about my alternatives, and then gave me the chance to decide what to do next. The fact that my Renault Clio is now in excellent shape and has quiet brakes makes me very happy. Chris and the expert technician who fixed my automobile deserve my gratitude.

I need to say that I can totally suggest Chris at European Autos! I was told at another put that I required to supplant my hub gathering, that the boots were tore. As a lady in my seventies, this was new domain. The repair would be costly. I chosen to instep believe Chris with my 2004 car for a unused timing belt--which I did require-- and the modern pivot gathering. Envision my astonish when I went to choose up the car and was told the pivot repair was NOT Required. When I restlessly inquired on the off chance that he was Beyond any doubt, he pulled the car back up on a raise and appeared me the portion. Indeed I might see that the parts were fair fine. How Simple it would have been for him to fair go ahead and do the asked repair. My confidence is reestablished. He was so kind, persistent, Genuine, and truly knows his exchange and takes pride in it. I won't go anyplace else.

To have the brakes adjusted, I arrived with my BMW. Because I gained a gorgeous Ferrari from them, they are unquestionably the real deal. They greatly simplified the procedure and streamlined it. A few days later, I found a small problem with the car, and Chris and his crew quickly and affordably fixed it. The service they offered met my expectations, thus I am happy. Be wary. In the past 4 weeks, the reviews on this business have exploded with 5 star reviews. Take a minute to look them over and read them, you'll quickly realize they're bot accounts.As for my experience, I have none. When I first moved to Omaha, I was trying to find a good shop to have my Saabs serviced. I was pointed in the direction of European Motors. When I called, the lady who answered took a while to fully understand what I was asking for/about. I was told I would have to speak to a specific individual and that she would have him call me back. I never received a callback. We did this same song and dance a few times before I decided it was not worth the hassle and found a different shop.

Chris at European Motors is a professional at his job. In addition to various repairs on my car, he also gave me great tips on how to maintain it and how to do some small repairs myself. He is an expert when it comes to Volkswagen. He is the best.

Chris worked on my 2005 Saab Aero Convertible. He is professional, highly knowledgeable, meticulous and honest. He took time to give me tips on vehicle maintenance. His prices for work done were very reasonable.He did an excellent job and I would not hesitate recommending him to work on Saab's.

I made an appointment two weeks in advance and planned my whole day around get a few simple repairs done on my smart car. All I needed was a headlight repaired, the brakes checked, and to do check on the air conditioning to see where the leak was and how big it was. All of this was explained when I made the appointment. I was told that if I showed up right when they opened, then my car would be the first worked on that day. We started off my appointment with the mechanic personally telling to take the car and go. Then when he agreed to work on the car, he brought in two other cars first. Hours later when he got to my car he looked at my car for a few minutes to check the voltage going to the headlight. At which point he came to me again saying that it would take him too long to check where the wire was bad and he would not get to it today. There was 7 hours left before closing. I was unhappy, but I said that was fine and asked how many days he would need the car to complete the service. He told me to go home and stop wasting his time. He then pulled the car around. I now understand why his reviews say that he was a good mechanic, but rude to the point that he was not worth visiting. I felt like he just lazy and did not work on my car so he wasted 4 hours of my day and two weeks waiting for the appointment when he could have told me no over the phone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Brakes

My Porsche is my pride and joy. I won t let just anyone keep her running well. Chris is the only person I will let work on her. He is thorough and fair with pricing. He has always done excellent work. I recommend him to anyone who has a european-made car.

Haven't taken my car there and probably wont after they answered the phone. Lady was awful and rude. The worst receptionist I have probably ever encountered. Just call them and you will see what I am talking about.

European Motors was heaven sent for us; literally! We needed a Range Rover fixed that couldn't be repaired out of state where it resided. We had it towed just under 200 miles to have European Motors diagnose and fully repair the issue. From the start until completion they were very responsive and communicative all during the process. We are extremely pleased with working with Katrina and Chris. Our only regret is it took us this long to find European Motors existed!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I went in to have a problem looked at on my VW, they charged me for two hours of diagnostics and said they'd have to order parts. I called three times to get scheduled and they never followed through on returning my call or ordering the parts. As far as I'm concerned this business is a scam.

Chris and his crew are absolutely outstanding. I have been taking my cars to Chris for decades. Saabs, BMWs, Audi, Mercedes and now a Porsche. All work done right the first time and if I missed something, Chris let s me know and we determine what to do. I trust Chris and his crew and consider them essential to my cars. I have never been disappointed. These guys know what they are doing and stay on top of the latest technology.

Excellent no bullshit service. Some auto issues are even explained with a short video showing exactly what's happened! Invoices are clear/simple & prices are good . Thorough, well done work that always makes me feel confident of my car. Chris & Katrina offer the trust you want from a mechanic.

Great shop for your european vehicle. Not sure why others are posting about rudeness. Chris and Katrina are the nicest people. Chris is very thorough with his work and have had nothing but top quality with what needed done. I even had a headlight out and he replaced it for me at no charge. Didnt even bring it up. I didnt notice it until a few days later. Ive dealt with all the european auto shops in town and around the area and this is by far the best. Prices are better (I did the research for various work I needed done) and work is quality. Wouldnt take it anywhere else.-2004 Saab 95

I was a loyal customer of European Motors for over a year. When I first met Chris and Katrina I thought they were nice, honest small business owners. I ignored the negative reviews on the internet and wrote the reviews off as anomalies. I wish I would have listened to the warnings. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on maintenance and repairs. I trusted Chris to diagnose and work my car, much to my regret.After my visit on December 8, 2016 (a couple weeks after spending nearly $800 there), Chris answered my questions with contempt and malice. EXTREMELY RUDE is an understatement. It was the last time I will ever do business with them. PLEASE trust me when I say, DO NOT GO HERE!I sincerely hope Chris gets the help he needs.

Mechanical things can break down -- a fact of life. But Chris and his staff have the expertise to solve any problem and the common sense make it economical.
