We were recommended from our mechanic to try Certified Transmission in Millard. While it is never good news to hear that the transmission is or could be the issue, we had a very smooth experience! They were able to get my vehicle in the next day and Joel called that afternoon to give us the information on what they found and the options we had available to us. Joel was great at answering all of our questions and gave us very detailed information and feedback. Fortunately, we were able to avoid needing a new transmission and they were able to fix our issue instead. This option was a much lower price and was not offered to us from other mechanics. Certified Transmission has lower prices on everything we were priced, including on if we had needed a new transmission. Being a woman, it's not unusual to have mechanics try to sell something not really needed and/or to also have mechanics not really listen to your or explain what is going on/what your options are. Joel was awesome and honest! We will definitely be back with anything transmission related!

My mechanic that does not work on transmissions recommended I go to certified transmission and only 132nd and Q in Omaha. I had to replace the seals on my transfer case and transmission and in order to do so they had to remove those parts. Big job. They provided great service. It was an expensive repair and I called several times with questions and they were very kind and patient. It has only been a week since we picked up my vehicle, so far so good. I would like to mention Joel and how kind he was throughout the process and when we picked up the vehicle.

I recently took my vehicle in for service at Certified Transmissions in Millard and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. I tried getting it serviced at the dealer and I am still waiting on the call back for a quote.Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Their expertise in transmissions was evident, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in capable hands.One aspect that truly stood out was their accuracy in quoting the work. Joel is the best. Top notch customer service. Came to Certified to quote my transmission, which was failing. Had it serviced for a completely remanufactured transmission in 3 days, at a very good price. Great experience all around.

Joel,kirk and the guys did a great job resolving my transmission shuddering issue... they had the integrity to do what's right fix the problem without deceiving the customer instead of what's conveniently profitable replace a transmission unnecessarily. I will tell everyone i know if they need honest transmission help see certified transmission....

These guys take the time to really dig in and diagnose issues, mine turned out to be an ignition issue that presented symptoms I thought for sure was transmission related. I really appreciate this standard of work, I don t see it much anymore. I visited the 132/Q location in Omaha on 3/18/2024.

Breakdowns are never fun to deal with, but my experience with Certified Transmission was by far and away the best part of the process!I was very happy with the patience, knowledge, and willingness to work with my vehicle and situation. Certified offered to assist with towing, made multiple phone calls over a number of days to the Warantee Company, and gave me tips and advice as to how to help expedite payment to get back on the road!Thanks very much to Joel and everyone else at the 132nd and Q Location!!!

Transmission problems are never a good experience but certified transmission was great! I got about 5-6 calls throughout the process so I was always well informed and even half way across the country they are still committed to helping me out!

The folks at this shop are super friendly! Plus the shop smells nice, not your typical auto shop smell. They did a great job replacing a broken cv axel for me at a reasonable price.

I had a great experience! They were fast and very responsive. I had several questions and all were answered. I had gotten quotes from several other shops and they had the best price and customer service in my opinion. Great experience from the beginning. I love the honesty and the way Greg had helped me in the process of replacing my transmission and also my cooler lines and transfer case seals. They got my truck running better than before. Price is reasonable for the amount of work done. Reliable and kept their word on when they d have my truck put the shop by! All I have to say is get more than 1 bid from shops in Omaha.They wanted $7200 to fix/replace my rear end in my F150. It cost me 90$ to find that out too.Took to a well known shop in the area and got the rear end fixed plus a total rear brake job(rotors,pads,etc ) for $2500.Shop around people. These guys are nothing more than modern day snake oil salesmen.Oh yeah, they let you know multiple times they finance. Would hate to see the interest rates.

Great experience! Our suburban transmission needed replaced and Kirk walked us through an alternative for a faulty part made my GM so that we wouldn t experience the same issue again. Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest.

We had a great experience with them! Needed a new transmission for a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 and they were very informative with great service. Joel and Kirk were very friendly on my initial phone call to the store. I called the store on a Friday at 545 with a blown transmission on my truck. They ordered my transmission that day to have it there by Monday and had it installed in 2 days. I run my own business and my truck is what helps me get my job done so being without it for even one day can cost me a lot. I am very impressed with the guys here, and I would never take my truck anywhere else. Thanks for getting me back on the road fast!
