The people at the Carstar Gregg Young collision center are wonderful! I took my car in to have repairs done after a minor accident. Alex walked me through every step of the process and made sure I understood all the repairs that would need to be done. She also called me every few days to update me on the repairs. When my car was ready to be picked up, I noticed that they had not only cleaned the exterior of the car but also the interior. They went above and beyond to provide a positive customer experience.

They did an awesome job on my car's bumper & rim repair. My car looks brand new again. Also, repaired some damaged due to hail and that was very affordable. Thank you Preston and team for taking awesome car of my car. Also, loved I could leave/return the rental at the body shop. I would choose them again. Keep up the great customer service!!!

Preston was absolutely incredible to work with and I cannot recommend taking your car here enough. Service was prompt and I was kept informed of my vehicle s status. When I picked up my car it was cleaned and looked good as new!

Preston was great to work with. Had some delays that were out of his control because of timing with Christmas new years and the snow but he was always super transparent and made sure to keep us up to speed on everything.

The hail damage repair was excellent and the area painted.What I did not like was when they reinstalled the head liner the right passenger handle in the back is missing the garment hook.I sat in the waiting for over an hour for someone to inform me what body man said about it and no one back to me

Very easy to work with. Alex is very good at what she does. But I got truck home and it's missing alot of parts and screws and bolts and trim and molding and seal on the door, rubber gasket on bumper. And missing lower shield on bumper. Fog lights don't work. Wires hanging And insulation or sound deadning in fender and under hood. Scratch the tint on drivers window. Never painted above the windshield where the glass hit from accident. Suppose to get truck back like it was in top shape. But came back missing alot more stuff then when it when in. And a then some. Paint looks really nice good job at matching that.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Office personnel and manager are awesome to work with but I couldn t give them the full five stars because when I got my truck back there were swirls all over from who ever did the final buff and clean up wasn t the greatest compound in the front door and back door handles and locks and trim will say they are making it right but just sad it left the dealership looking like thatService: Painting
