Outstanding all around. Needed some emergency repair so I emailed Car-Tech 2 hours before they opened. They immediately got back to me upon the shop opening and got me in right away. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They happily helped me out of a jam and I cannot say enough good things.

A co-worker recommended Car-Tech to me because I wanted a second opinion when the dealer quote was astronomical. Shannon made the same diagnosis, but fixed it at 1/3 of the cost! Everyone at Car-Tech is great! They re honest, easy to communicate with, and completed the work on time. No reason to take our cars any place else! Highly recommend!

My car broke down on a Saturday and we were able to get my car to Car-Tech. I really needed my car because it was moving day for my family, and they were able to get it in right away. Brandy quickly diagnosed the issue and had my car fixed and the parts replaced within the hour. Their pricing was good and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I don t normally write reviews, but I came to this specific car shop because I saw their good reviews, so I m hoping my review helps someone else! My husband and I were so happy with their service that he s now taking his car there for his own work. I really trusted what they had to say as they weren t trying to upsell me on anything. We will definitely use their services again!

I sent my car to Car Tech after having it at my dealership for almost a month. My dealership could not figure out what was wrong with my car in a months span. A family member recommended Car Tech to me because I was having so many issues with my dealership. I took my car in Friday morning to Car Tech and by Friday afternoon, car tech had found the issue with my car. Part of it was the dealerships fault. I highly recommend this business! Thank you to Shannon who worked on my car and took the time for me! 10 out of 10!

I always appreciate the excellent and prompt service I receive at Car Tech! The technicians, like Brandy, are very knowledgeable and so great to work with! I highly recommend their service - they ve worked with my Jeep and always do an amazing job, for a reasonable price!

We would be remiss if we did not share how much we appreciated the excellent service we received from Shannon at Car-Tech Auto Repair this past weekend. We called him at 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday, when they were closing at 3:00 p.m. We needed to travel 2 1/2 hours to get home when our car stopped running. He allowed us to come to his shop and he checked it over to see if it was safe to drive home. He spent a considerable amount of time, was very professional and even printed the results of his inspection so we could take it with us. We highly recommend Car-Tech Auto Repair in Omaha.

We had one of our cars go out at 2 am and we were able to get it in the next day and get it fixed with a new battery quickly and for a great price! They were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Car-Tech Auto Repair went above and beyond to help replace my dead battery. That might sound simple, but I am definitely not a car person! And, when my vehicle wouldn't start in the freezing weather, I was having difficulty finding service due to the increase in winter car troubles.Since Car-Tech Auto Repair happened to be so close to my residence, they were kind enough to stay late and come jump my car so I could get it to their shop. I appreciated them going out of their way to do this. I know many other shops wouldn't have done the same. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

My car broke down on the drive to Omaha and I was scrambling to find somewhere for it to be repaired on my tight timeline. Car-Tech was incredibly helpful and flexible in squeezing me into their schedule and repairing my car the same day! They were very communicative throughout the process and made sure I understood what was wrong, what my options were to fix it, and they were upfront with costs. These guys are amazing. Took my van into them to get a second opinion and let me tell you I'll send anyone I know that needs work to these guys. Took my van to Jensen originally and they caused more problems. But car teach They kept me updated what's going on, gave me their opinion, and also made sure they more then double checked the issues. Thank you guys so much for getting me back on the road after not being on it since August. Will recommend you guys to anyone that ask for car work.

My husband's starter went out in Omaha which is over an hour away from our home. He was towed to Car-Tech on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to get him on the road within 2 hours. So grateful they were able to help.

I didn t get service done there but I had a flat tire nearby and stopped in to ask if they had an air pump. They not only immediately went to get one but also gave me a ride back to my vehicle and went to air the tire up themselves. They didn t even charge. Just good people!

I m older and from out of town so I was really nervous about someone taking advantage of me. My air conditioning went out and I had to drive eight hours back home. The gentleman here did a diagnostic on my air conditioning and found I needed a compressor. It was gonna take a week to get the compressor, a week that I didn t have. So I m gonna drive back and take it to the dealership in Colorado Springs. And they didn t even charge me because they felt bad about me having to drive all the way back to Colorado in the heat. If you want an honest, caring company definitely come to auto care Center. The people here are polite and they re just great.

Last Friday night about 9pm, my car broke down ..it sucked!I came home and learned that there really aren t very many auto repair shops open on Saturday in Omaha.So after waking up Saturday morning and searching for some place to take my car ..I found KerriAnn and Shannon at Car Tech Auto on 75th & Pacific.I m glad I did. I had NO IDEA what was wrong but figured it was pretty bad.I called Car Tech, KerriAnn answered the phone and was just really nice and receptive to all the questions I had, answering the questions she knew and not laughing at me when I asked questions she couldn t answer.She took all my information.30 minutes later I was able to get my car to Car Tech. 45 minutes after that, Shannon was calling to tell me that my car needed some pretty significant work which I kinda already knew.SUPER CLEAN and WELL MAINTAINED shop.Anyway, Shannon give me an estimate, telling me he could have it done today, Monday.He literally had to take half the engine apart, order parts and wait on them to be delivered.My car was done by lunch time today.At what I think is a very reasonable price.He saved all the broken parts, bits and pieces to show me exactly what he had done.He explained things that I didn t understand and like our first meeting, he answered all my questions.I went to the front desk, back to KerriAnn who very personable and completed my payment.If you are in need of ANY mechanic work on your vehicle, especially on Saturday when no other place is open .Them being open on Saturday save me from having to take time off work during the week.Call Car Tech Auto! Talk to KerriAnn, let her connect you with Shannon.Really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.I really think the cleanliness of the shop show the pride in his work and businessI ve found my new mechanic.ALSO, something that seems as simple as an oil change will probably be cheaper and give you much better service and product than the drive through Jiffy Lube type placesPlus, it s a local owner helping local people!

We had a wonderful experience at Car Tech!!! We are not from Omaha and had an issue with our truck on a Saturday morning while helping our son in town. The great staff found room in their schedule that same morning to look at the truck. They diagnosed the issues and were able to fix the problems and get us back on the road the same day! It is hard to find such great service!!! The staff was just so helpful! My son new to town knows where he will be servicing his car in the future. Thank you so much.Service: Auto engine tuning

We were in from out of town so when our car's radiator fan stopped working we stopped at the nearest garage. Long story but we ended up at Car-Tech per the Napa deliver driver's recommendation. Shannon and his team at went above and beyond to get us back on the road even though that meant working after hours. Divine intervention to say the least. Thank you Shannon for everything!

If five star is the best . I give Car Tech Auto Repair a 10!!! I m an out of towner and had a car issue. I could not have been more lucky to have found this shop to help me.! Being a woman from out of town and not knowing anything about cars or repair shops in the area, I think it had to be divine intervention that brought me here. A huge THANK YOU to Carrie Ann and Brandy who took such good care of me and my (actually my grandsons) car!!! You are the BEST!! I can t thank you enough. The car is as good as new, thanks to you!

My son was only in Omaha a week when he discovered a suspension noise/ issue. We discovered Car-Tech Auto Repair on line and we are sure glad we did. These folks really care about their customers. They listen and are very fair with their prices. They went above and beyond for my son and got him back on the road quickly. Brought in my wife's car because it was making a weird noise in the passenger rear tire area. Dropped it off and they would call me when they figure it out. Got a call less than an hour later and they couldn't hear the noise. (Everyone thinks at this point they just aren't listening right) Well this car decided that whatever was wrong it wasn't wrong anymore. I drove it for 2 miles and no sound... I'm at a loss BUT they went above and beyond anyway and made sure everything was good and even tidied up the loose hitch wires and tightened up the spare tire for us at NO CHARGE! Honest and reliable service at this shop! Don't be afraid to bring your vehicle in because they ARE Master certified. Happy customer here!Service: Vehicle Inspection

These guys are great! Carrie and Shannon are genuine, kind, and funny people who have made car stresses a lot less awful. My car fell apart, officially, in the past week and I got my car inspected/diagnosed to see what all is wrong with it. They are fast, thorough (!!), and will give it to you straight. They have been incredibly helpful in the past few days with diagnosing my car, holding it there while I've been looking for a new one, and have been available and more than willing to do a diagnosis of the cars I have been looking at. Shannon saved me from over paying by a lot and a car that could cause more problems than my old car. Shannon and Carrie are great and have eased the stress of not having a car. Definitely will be staying with Car Tech for all of my maintenance/car needs! You guys are great. Definitely recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

These guys are seriously amazing. They are super quick at getting my car in and out. Shannon communicates professionally, fast, and is just generally very kind. They have helped me out on more than one occasion and each time has been awesome! I hate taking my car in to get fixed but I know I get a good price and it saves my dad and husband hours of work if they were to try to do it their self. Shannon is very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves cars and knowing how they are built/broke down/issues/etc. you would not be making a bad choice when picking car-tech to work on your vehicle. I ve been to, to many places where that is not the case. Definitely worth the time to visit them no matter your location. I drive from Elkhorn just to get Shannon s expertise. Took my vehicle into car-tech after it started leaking some transmission fluid and I had heard great things from a neighbor so I gave them a shot. They were excellent! Very fast to find the problem and told me what needed to be fixed and let me know about a couple other things that could use some attention but would be okay to wait on. They weren t pushy at all which is very refreshing. Very affordable and professional. This will be my go to place from now on! I was passing through Omaha when I started having issues with my vehicle. Car-Tech was able to get my vehicle into the shop in a time span of 2 hours and figure out the problem within 30 minutes. Afterward, they were able to order parts and fix my issue at a good rate in 2 hours. The service they provided mechanically was amazing, and it didn't stop there. The customer service was authentic, positive, and amicable. This shop truly shows Midwest friendly and reliable.

KerriAnn and the Car-Tech service people were wonderful! We had an emergency on a Friday during morning rush hour commute. Their shop was busy and active. I was referred to Car-tech after my car was disabled and had my car towed there. Shannon figured out the problem fast and gave me a great quote to fix the problem. Shannon performed excellent work in a timely manner, Car-tech gained a loyal customer and I'll recommend this place for any car repairs

Very friendly staff, and Shannon was very professional and shared knowledge. Squeezed me in last minute on a Friday, to address some serious vehicle issues. Very honest and kind staff. Will absolutely return, nice to be treated like an actual person
