Joe and the team did a wonderful job servicing our vehicle for a fair price in an unbelievable turnaround time. There was a lot to fix and there were a few things I had to bring the vehicle back for, but everything was resolved and fixed in a timely manner. I love having Brakes Plus in the neighborhood. They are great!

I went in this morning specifically for a complete diagnostic test on my Transmission and I got charged $105.00 for a test but he said he looked at my transmission and it looked fine. So he never diagnosed it! I got a complete refund. But I m not happy with the fact that I went there for a specific reason and I didn t get the results or even get the issue checked. So I will give them 1 star for refunding my money back.

Great place to get a vehicle repaired. Had to pay out of pocket for an accident repair and they were super accommodating! They worked with me on price and straightened out a bunch of the bent supports so they didn t need to get replaced. Fixed a bunch of stuff all in one day. Very impressed with the work and service!

I have what can be considered a rare vehicle a 2010 Suzuki Kizashi. Both of my brake lights were out, and it wasn t a problem with the bulbs or fuse. Joe at the Saddlecreek location diagnosed and fixed the issue the same day I took it in. I am incredibly thankful for Joe!

Let me start off by saying Justin is amazing! BUT I took my car in due to shaking and grinding. One of the guys took my car on a test drive and came back saying it doesn t shake and that I needed new back brakes. Paid for the brake and was told my car wouldn t shake anymore.got on the interstate and guess what my car starts shaking even more than what it was before. Not sure if I will be coming back.

Went to get sensors changed, and they had no idea what to do. Took a whole day and it still wasn't right, had to tell them to just put my truck back together and just give me my money back and went to a dealer. Had to go to another brakes plus to fix what they messed up on my exhaust. If u need anything done go to the brakes plus on 120 and Dodge ask for Dan he's the man. This Brakes Plus on Saddle Creek is a joke don't waste your time, peace of mind, energy or money here at all!!!!!!

This whole experience has been above and beyond.They re confident in their ability to fix our car, stated they ll make sure I make my appointments today, and they re so funny and kind, making the experience a lot more enjoyable.Just moved to the area, and will be returning here for all our car needs!

Went in to have my alignment checked funny sound, have had 2 flat tires same tire within a month. Had been in a hit and run about 2months ago and problems ever since ball joint control arm and so on.....when I told the guy I don't get paid until Friday he took it upon himself to try and reschedule my(free) but apparently not free service appointment for Friday. I did tell him I was gonna take the list of things he said was wrong with the car to my dad so he can repair the things, if possible that would make it unsafe to drive. Pretty much need a vehicle to get my son to and from school and errands because I work from home. Which is another reason I chose this location I live very close and can walk there in 5 min therefore didn't need to worry about getting my car picked up or dropped off. When they asked if 1pm Friday would work I said sure but you are still going to check it right? He said not if your gonna have someone else to do the work. First of all when you have a shop inspect a vehicle they usually give you an itemized list of the work that needs to be done. I didn't say I wasn't coming back. I didn't say that was the only thing wrong with the car it isn't but I did say if my dad can save me some money and fix anything he is capable of fixing I need help. I'm a struggling single parent. Ethically speaking I respect it is a business. But damn a safety issue being fixed might just mean keeping someone safe. Apparently he was worried about the money I can't afford to spend on a car that still has a payment and everything else that goes along with maintaining a vehicle. More so then just checking it like the advertisement said on the website it didn't say free if you get it fixed it didn't say free if you purchase something it said free alignment check and that was the first step after making sure the tires were aired up and on evenly, in a whole list of things that could be wrong with the symptoms my car is having. This place will now never get my business or there franchise don't advertise free if it ain't. Should of listened to my father when he said go to automotive school. Thanks for wasting my 15 minute break I spent to bring the car, thanks for wasting my time and accomplishing nothing. Have a great day Brakes Plus. TRASH TRASH TRASH!

I do most of my own work. I've used them a few times after buying tires, installing ball joints, struts, or tie rods.When picking up my Volvo, they suggested I get new struts. Told them I had them doing an alignment because I had just installed new struts and control arms--clerk nodded (passively). Unfortunately the alignment was not "aligned." It pulled to the right. Took it back to have them review it. They did improve it (wasn't right the first time). Report from the alignment tool confirmed. Here's the big problem--a different guy helping me again referred to the estimate for new struts. I again noted that the car had new struts, ball joints, and control arms. These were Bilstein struts (not the junk they were going to sell). He said the struts were dirty, and he didn't see that they were new. So what diagnostic test did he do to suggest the struts were bad and needed to be replaced?So, are they mediocre techs (unable to diagnose) or gaming customers to sell unnecessary parts? I suspect the latter as they have overhead to cover, and customers come and go.Proceed cautiously...

Bill was twice what they quoted me, and didn t even grease my truck with a $140 oil change. These guys are very corrupt. There are many places to choose from, I recommend staying away from this one.

Went for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Asked how long it would take and they said about an hour. Came back a little over an hour later. Ended up waiting another 30 minutes. The employee in the store was nice. Left and noticed the tire pressure light was on. I commute to work and would have taken this car, but ended up driving my wife's car since I also drop off my toddler at daycare and didn't want to risk a blowout on account of the tire pressure being low. My wife had to run some errands and noticed oil on our driveway and in the garage. Called and they said to bring it in. Brought it in and they took it into the shop fairly quickly and ended up redoing the oil change. I told them about the tire pressure light. They said since it was filled with nitrogen that they would not top it off with regular(mostly nitrogen) air and that I should go to Jensen Tire if I want that. Turns out the mechanic who did the first oil change did not tighten the oil plug and did not check for leaks. I wasn't charged for the redo oil change, but also wasn't offered anything for my loss of time,oil stains in my drive way and garage, or potential danger to my family. I will likely take their advice and go to another shop next time. 1.5 stars.

I was charged for $500 for a replacement of brake that I didn't need yet. Brought the car in because the brake was not functioning, after bringing it in, waited from 10 am to 5:45 pm, paid the money, and my car was the same as how I brought it in. Brought in the vehicle with brake lights on, came to find out that they didn't even did diagnostic on it.

Thank you brakes plus!! Got my brakes and rotors replaced, and oil changed all in 2 1/2 hours, same day service for a really good price! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I m so happy I came here. Thank you, and I ll see you guys next time I need brakes and/or oil changed! :)

Stevo is an amazing guy. We had work done at another brakes plus that completely had disregard for customer concern. We went back to that store 3 times trying to correct the problem and was just fed up so we ended up going to Stevo's store and not only were we able to get squeezed in he knocked it out real quick at no charge, even though another shop same company did the work. So happy with the customer service and quick response.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Spent 4 hours for them to give me a quote of $900 for new brakes. I went in for a quick quote and did not expect it to take that long. Seemed very disorganized, and I did not trust them to install brakes on my vehicle.

12/12/23 set a appointment up online for oil change and brakes . Simple job correct paid 1147.46 to only come out of my residence to go to work and no brakes !! After the fact that a brakes plus employee test drove my truck after they finished the work and I paid . Long story short got ahold of Joe the manager to tell him about the problem on 1213/23 . Joe had tow truck come to residence pick up my truck. To my surprise I had to pay another $1090.01 because of something they should have told me on 12/12/23 !! I've tried calling corporate and the area manager Josh Jones no answer , no return phone calls nothing !! I will never go back to this brakes plus again this is the 2nd time something had happened at this brakes plus on saddlecreek the 1st time a brakes plus employee stole items out of my vehicle ! Keith the manager at that time fired the employee and gave me four free oil changes . I'm over brakes plus !! Never again or neither will my family or friends !! Bad business brakes plus!! I could have lost my life over the neglect of your workers not informing me of the brake fluid being low in my master cylinder I mean isn't you guys the experts in this feild
