Work done right, had someone back into my driver rear door. B street gave us a quick quote and worked directly with the insurance company and fixed my car quickly, the quality looks great and I didn't pay a dime. Great customer service shout out to Lorenzo took great care of us.

What to say about B Street?First call and the answer and they made a spot available to evaluate my car and the quote was issued very fast.Auto-Owners approved and 2 days later they were on top getting my truck repaired.Thank you very much for the great support.One more thing, communication was great and I got updates all the time and my car was ready one day before the scheduled delivery.

I can t say enough good things about this place. Every person I spoke with was kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated the daily updates on the status of my vehicle and their willingness to handle an issue with the other person s insurance. Also, when they completed the repairs they cleaned it and I swear it looked better than the day I bought it.

Fast, quality work with excellent communication throughout the repair process. B Street allows for a tailored communication plan during the repairs, and I received helpful updates multiple times per week. This kept me in the loop along the way and allowed me to plan for when my car would be done. Great experience!

After my vehicle got vandalized I thought oh great, this is going to be a hassle to get fixed. Luckily, I was wrong! The team at B Street made everything so easy from start to finish. They gave me frequent updates on my vehicle, the staff was all extremely helpful, and my car came back very clean.

I didn't like this place. I've had car repairs before and I always received a call from the mechanic saying what was going to be fixed. Very specific. This place called me to tell me what the amount to my insurance would be and my deductible, but didn't say what exactly they were replacing and fixing. Also..they text messages saying which step in repairs the car is at. I called once to get a status update and the woman I spoke to told me that they could only go off whatever their system had, which is what I received in the text. I asked to speak to the mechanics and she told me that they wouldn't know anything different than what their system said. Finally, the part that really annoyed me was the timing. I got a text on 9/13 that repairs and painting were being done. Then a text on 09/14 that my car had begun the reassembly process. That was great news because I had been told it wouldn't be done until the 21st and I had a rental car until then. But their 'reassembly process' took a full week. My car wasn't done until the 21st. I can't imagine why it would take a week to reassemble it when it only took them 2 days to repair and paint it. I think it just sat there until the time ran out. Meanwhile, I'm paying for a rental car. I only went to B Street because of my insurance.I've never had an experience like this with any automotive place and I don't recommend it.

The staff at B street were so friendly it felt as if I was part of the family. They finished my truck quicker then what they told me, which I was very impressed. The work they did was awesome! They were very detailed and was like new when I got my truck back. The service they have felt over the top. I would take my truck back if I need have something fixed in the future. The service and bodywork are the best in town. I would have given 5 stars, but my steering wheel was damaged while in the care of bstreet. I urgently await contact from management on how they plan to repair this.

Our experience was great! We will be using B Street Collision again if we ever need any repairs!We loved how they sent us text messages updating us on what was happening with our repairs. We were never wondering when we would get our car back and it took a shorter time to repair than we expected.The staff was helpful and professional. They worked with our insurance to deal with all of the estimates and payments for the work that was done.When we got our vehicle back, it was fixed perfectly, was professionally cleaned and detailed on the inside. B Street did a fantastic job getting my outback back to normal after being hit by a flying tire. They did a great job communicating my repair and we're extremely respectful of my time with appointment times. 10/10 would work with again(hopefully not because of an accident)

Excellent customer service, as they kept me informed every step of the way through my repair service and everyonewas very friendly. . I took my car in because of hail damage and they did an excellent job in removing all dents and replacing the trim. I had taken my Subaru into B Street Collision after a deer encounter for an estimate and two days before my repair appointment, my car was struck by a truck making a left turn into my right side. They took personal care of the situation and were able to make my car whole again, and they took the time and effort to get the job done right. They completed the repairs earlier than their estimated time, and the results were beautiful. They took the time to inform me of the status at each stage of the process.
