I bough my Tacoma from Tim here about 6 months ago and I purchased the warranty to go with it. Tim is excellent to work with and the owner as well! I ran into issues with my Tacoma this last month, Tim and Marcia helped me a great deal working with the warranty company and getting my Tacoma back on the road. They really went above and beyond and probably made 100 phone calls to the warranty company on my behalf. When its time to trade in, I will definitely got back to Auto Time!

I can't thank John enough for helping my aunt get into her dream truck. His work ethic of caring, and make sure the customer gets what they want, was definitely so appreciated!!! I recommend if your looking for a vehicle come to Auto Time, and see John. He is kind and honest, which is what you want if you're spending money. He also got the price in the range she was wanting. That in itself is outstanding work! Thank you John!!!

All of the people at the dealership are very knowledgeable,friendly,and caring. They give very clear details about the vehicle that you are interested in. Their desire is that the customer is happy with the purchase. Tim made every effort to seek out the best vehicle and represented it well.

Man, I ll tell you what, after finding out my vehicle was totaled in an accident, I was DREADING shopping for a new one. Luckily, Tim at Auto Time, was there to help. Saw a couple trucks for sale on Marketplace, inquired about them via messenger, and Tim replied quickly with all the information I needed. Stopped by with my fianc�, was greeted immediately by one of the staff and out popped Tim, who knew who I was without ever having to introduce myself. He showed me a couple of the trucks I was interested in, let me test drive, answer all of our questions, provided me with the Carfax and service records, and never once was pushy or dishonest. Nothing but good vibes from these guys at Auto Time. We left and checked out a few other options, the whole afternoon we kept circling back to conversations about the great experience at Auto Time, and eventually called Tim and said we were on our way back to see him. He cut us a deal, and we were in and out the door within 20 mins with a new (to us) Chevy pickup. To top it off, we had a question after the fact, reached out to Tim the very next morning even before they opened up shop for the day and Tim promptly answered all our questions. 10/10 recommended! Great experience!

As a former used car salesman from back in the day, I know how some of these guys work. Auto Time is by far a top quality used car dealer. All the guys are honest, fair, down to earth and not pushy. I would highly recommend them. Bought a 20018 Nissan Pathfinder and have loved it. They took the time to put new tires, brakes, oil change, made sure A/C was in top shape and battery was new. They don't try to hide or cover up junk. Highly recommend these guys. Plus they delivered my vehicle 1 1/2 hours away free of charge!

Great staff. Made the process very smooth and easy. Fleet of vehicles are definitely top tier. Probably my fourth dealer visiting and their service and quality of vehicles were the best. Not a doubt in mind that they sold me a bad car. Thanks guys! I m loving my new car!

Best car buying experience ever! Dan and Tim were very helpful, knowledgeable, and low pressure. They went above and beyond, staying after hours to complete our purchase of a 2017 Chevy Silverado. Our satisfaction was their top priority. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great used vehicle, stop by and give them a try.

Man, if i could give more stars i would.For my first car buying experience by myself, WOW. Tim and John are great guys and soooooo nice! It was quick, simple, in and out. As someone who works in a dealership myself in the finance, i am IMPRESSED.My ONLY complaint was they left the door ajar to the car i bought from them the night before (no big deal, I actually laughed about it! Lol) but they made up for it by helping me out with a new battery thank goodness.I definitely plan on bragging about where i bought my car from!

Tim was a great guy, very polite, and worked with us. Also held the vehicle while we drove 2 hours to come purchase. Quality vehicles. Highly recommend to stop by. Not your typical "small lot". I'd say its a great quality over quantity dealership.

Tim was a huge help in the process of buying a Ford Econoline from Auto Time! He sent me videos and pictures of the van since I was making a big drive up there from Missouri. He let me put a deposit down on it and took it off the market from incoming bidders and had his detailers do the absolute best at getting it cleaned up in the short amount of time they had. No hidden fees or BS just straight up honesty! I will definitely use them in the future when buying another work vehicle and definitely recommend going there for your fleet vehicle needs!

Tim was fair and we got a good deal on a pick up. Tim and his team stayed late past their hours of operation to help us out and went over and above to make sure we were comfortable with the price and the financing. We love the truck and appreciated the low pressure sales.

What can I say. Tim & John have been nothing but helpful and going above and beyond!!!! I bought a 2014 Chevy 2500HD and from the purchase to anything aftermath they have been there to assist me. I will continue buying my vehicles here and I do recommend for anyone and everyone to at least check this place out and give them a call. Thank you guys!!!

Tim was awesome, they very quickly helped me to secure a second auto loan which I didn t know if I would even qualify for. Very polite and understanding and a fair price on the vehicle as well. I would definitely return here, it is not a pushy environment, more so they go the extra step to make you comfortable. Also when signing paperwork it was very straightforward, no extra fees and throw ins that you never understand. Highly recommend this place!

Buying a car here was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Tim is a really good dude. We've bought a car from him at another dealer back in 2012, and that was a great buy too. The sale was fast, efficient, and affordable. He set us up with a fantastic Hyundai hybrid, and a really good warranty. This is a great place to buy a car...

Dan, Tim and the entire staff are great! I have known Dan for a very long time and he is one of the most honest and high integrity people I know. He does the right thing for the client. They were prompt in helping me find the vehicle I was looking for and answered all of my questions. Between Dan and Tim you can t find two guys who will shoot more straight with you...it s much appreciated! They made the purchasing process very easy, which is something you don t usually experience at car dealership. I would highly recommend them for your next car purchase!!!

I m a first time car buyer, Tim at Auto Time was very patient and helpful with showing me cars and explaining the buying process. He was was not high pressure and very easy going. I would recommend Auto Time for anyone looking to buy a good used car. I love my car!

My credit is average but still needs work. Tim went above and beyond to find me the best rate possible for my loan. This involved waiting over an hour for the lender to respond to a number of different messages. Tim could have chosen to never tell me about the best rate, and just let me know I'd been approved for the higher amount. Instead, he put in the extra work that is so greatly appreciated by this single mama, trying to find a great vehicle at a price she can handle. Awesome job! I'm so appreciative and so happy with my new ride!

Josh over at auto time, even though he is new in this company you can definitely tell he has knowledge about vehicles of all sorts, just bought my Chevy 2500 Silverado and yes he is the man to see when you want a quality great car or truck or even a van or SUV he knows his stuff thanks you Josh and thank you AutoTime for helping me with a Quality used truck... Working with Tim and Dan was great. I am an out state buyer and Dan was prompt with answering any of my very model specific emails. Tim took me for test drive and helped with financing. The whole process was very easy and painless, something I don t usually experience at car dealership. Would gladly jump on a plane to buy another car from them!

We bought a car from here for our daughter and we had a slight problem with the extended warranty company. Tim went over and beyond the call of duty to help us out and we are very appreciative! I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a car to go to Auto Time and see Tim because he is friendly, helpful, and just an all out awesome individual!

Had a great car buying experience all the way around. Tim was very helpful and let me drive as many cars on the lot as I wanted...he even offered to let me take one overnight to see if it was what I really wanted. I ended up buying an SUV. It needed some minor repair work that I knew about up front. Tim and Dan were nice enough to let me drive a loaner while they were getting my truck fixed. I never felt pressured to buy like you normally do on a car lot. I definitely recommend Auto Time!

My daughter was set to graduate and head to a school Europe trip that she had made payments on for two years. Unfortunately, that was postponed so she had some money to buy a car. She purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue from Tim at Auto Time and the experience could not have been better! It is scary to buy the first car and to plop down all that money as an 18 year-old, but Tim and Auto Time made it all worthwhile! Tim has followed up with us to make sure we are happy with our purchase, and having an extended warranty gives us peace of mind if any future problems occur. Tim and Auto Time took care of us and made sure our daughter's first purchase was an excellent one! Trustworthy, honest, and utmost integrity. Thank you so much!

Somehow 5 stars doesn t seem to be enough.Definitely a 10/10! I had a great experience here! I walked in ready to spend way too much on a vehicle I really didn t need and Tim talked me into something right for my family. I will always recommend Auto Time to anyone I know who is looking for a car and will definitely be back!

I had been looking for a vehicle to fit my standards and wants for awhile and found it at Auto Time! Tim was very helpful, not pushy in just making us buy from him, letting us take our time looking at the vehicle we purchased and was very knowledgeable and made the paperwork easy to get done, did not rush us at all. I def. recommend.

My husband and I bought a car through Auto Time years ago, which we still have and it drives great, but the Iowa DOT said the car we traded in for it was still in my name. I contacted Auto Time and they went above and beyond to look into this and get me the information I needed. I was impressed that even after so many years since our purchase with them that they were so helpful in working with me. The DOT was wrong. Working with Marcia was awesome and I highly recommend this place! They are a great dealership.

Great customer service! Our salesman Tim was amazing. He was so patient throughout our auto purchase. Not the least bit pushy. He let test drive different car models and let us take our time. Very good car buying experience. Out of 15 car purchases I ve made, this was the best customer service. Went with my son to help him buy his first car, expected a hard sell and bad terms. He ended up getting the car he wanted for the price he wanted. Really surprising is how well they did with the financing. The salesmen continued to try to get a lower rate, even after we had made the deal. My son ended up with a very low rate, lower than mine, through my own bank. I m recommending this place to my friends. It s not a very big place, but worth a visit.
