After having countless bad experiences at other mechanics in town, Anderson Auto has been a breath of fresh air! Everyone I have spoken to and dealt with in the several different issues I have had with my car have been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Not only are they good and intelligent people, they always get any work done quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend!

They were able to get my Mother's car in promptly and replaced the starter within hours. This was with no appointment, due to the sudden nature of the starter failure of course. I do recommend Andersen's if you are looking to try a new shop for your next vehicle service.

I found Anderson Autocare because they honor the costco auto repairs discount for my vehicle (2012 Nissan Sentra). My vehicle has been serviced there several times now and they ve helped keep it up and running past its prime. Staff have always been helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!

I always use Anderson AutoCare for oil changes, tune ups, etc. I recently did a walk-in oil change, and they were done within 30 min of me walking in the door. Good prices, excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

I took my 2007 Chevy Silverado to these guys after calling many places in town explaining to them that I needed the brake lines replaced on my truck and that it is a big job and it s not a fun job that I understand. I dropped it off Monday , .Monday went by, I called towards the end of the day., They said they hadn t had a chance to look at it yet really really busy he says, So Tuesday, the entire day goes by and NOBODY calls me So finally I decided to call them at 4 o clock. I was put the the phone with whom I m assuming was the service advisor, this guy lays out this big song and dance, telling me that because my truck has been modified the engines built, it s got headers, cam, intake, 3200 stall, but a full exhaust, It s a hot rod he says that they cannot legally work on it because it s been modified and has no catalytic converters. I don t need anything like that done. All I wanted was my brake lines replaced, and I really didn t care what it cost, money wasn t really an object. I just wanted somebody that I thought might have a good reputation, to work on my truck instead of taking it to someplace like brake masters or Jensen tire or I d have some fourth grader try to work on it , I will never ever go back to the shop for anything I wish they would ve just been honest with me and said hey, sorry this is gonna be a big job. We just don t want to get into it. I could respect that. But I don t respect weaseling your way out of a job and taking two days just to look at it. ???? Find another auto repair facility people!

Thank you for the work you all do. I have been a customer with Anderson Auto for many years. I have consistently been treated honestly and respectfully. Even when I find myself needing "unplanned" assistance, they never say no. They always say " come on in. We'll take care of you" I trust AndersonAuto. Thanks for your service to this community.

Took a newly purchased used car in for new rear wheel bearings. Afterwards, i notice on the invoice that they wrote that there was some "noise" in other wheel. No mention made of it to me when I picked the car up. Turns out that other noise was a part of the emergency brake assembly left behind from previous owner _removing_ the entire assembly. Not only did Anderson not bother to tell me of this other "noise", but never bothered to tell me that the emergency brakes had been removed (obvious observation when removing the rotor for my new bearing). When I called Tom, he told me that he'd talk to the tech about it. Never heard back. Never going back either. I found a mechanic that told me that he would NEVER keep that kind of information from a customer. So, I found a new professional mechanic.
