I was pleasantly surprised with the service Wolf automotive.Adam was wonderful he was kind. He was polite and diligent and efficient in his work.They were very timely in getting my oil changed, and tires rotated, and returning my vehicle promptly.I will definitely be back.

We scheduled an appointment to have our pick up checked. It was throwing several codes. They didn t even look at it till after it was there for 4 days even though we had an appointment. We had to call three times to get a diagnosis, then we were told that parts needed replaced that were perfectly fine ( our son had checked them before we took the pick up in). Their original estimate was over $8,000 including the part that was fine. Our son told them to replace two other parts they mentioned, then we had to wait for the parts to come in. They called on a Monday, after they had had the pick up for a MONTH and told us the parts were in and they would schedule it to be fixed by Friday, not the next day. The whole experience was very frustrating, plus we felt they were being dishonest and we would not recommend them to anyone!

Kaleb was awesome to deal with from the beginning. Called him about a used truck and told him I was down in Texas. He sent me whatever picture or video of the truck I asked for. He told me the good and the bad of the truck. He put it on hold for me and I flew up the next day to buy it. I was definitely nervous that there was going to be something wrong or hidden but the truck was exactly what he told me it was. He stayed after hours to pick me up from the airport and make the sell. 10 out of 10 recommend

We want to say thank you to Jordan and the team in Ogallala! We live in Scottsbluff and he made the transaction so smooth, delivered the car to us, at our home, and we were able to get most everything done before he even showed up. No pressure, no b.s., just quality service and customer care. Would highly recommend these guys!

I scheduled an oil change for my truck. The day of the service I added tire rotation. They had no problem adding that to it. The people were friendly, helpful and courteous. The place was clean. I was in and out in no time. Great job!

We were traveling thru when our truck started to have engine problems. They got us in right away and got us fixed up the same day. We were worried we d have to camp out in their parking lot till the truck got fixed. We are full time travelers and live in our camper full time. Very friendly service personnel. I liked that they really cared for me and my situation. Need more dealerships like Wolf Ford!!!

I'm in Denver and purchased a 2014 F150 from Kaleb at Wolf Auto. I reviewed the vehicle's pictures and Kaleb gave me the full service history, which gave me confidence. Kaleb pointed out one piece of damage that I was fine with.After I purchased the truck, Kaleb called me to let me know that he discovered the grill had a hole in it, which I couldn't see in the photos. Since he didn't notice this before selling the truck to me, he took the initiative to get a new grill installed at no extra cost. He did not need to do this, but he went above and beyond to make me a happy customer.In addition to this, he delivered the truck to me from Nebraska to Denver at no charge. I am very happy!

Our vehicle broke down on the interstate and we had it towed to the shop. A sales associate, Christina, saw this and had a vehicle that would suit us and allowed us to test drive it for a few days while our vehicle was being checked over. Her professionalism and goodwill swayed us to just purchase that loaner vehicle!In our community, they do an amazing job of giving back. Fundraising, creating awareness for local causes, this business is truly dedicated to using it's resources to better our community.

Car needed repair on my trip from California to Michigan. Service man at Wolf auto said it would be Monday or Tuesday b4 he could get it in. Travis the service manager overheard the conversation and said he would do what it took to get the car in and repaired by Friday. He got me back on the road in record time. I'm very grateful for the guys going out of their way to get me up and running.

I definitely have to say this place deserves more than 5 stars. I broke down on a road trip and had to be towed from a rest area to the nearest repair shop and it happened to be here. At first I was reluctant to have repairs done at a dealership because of how expensive they usually are, but I'm so grateful that I was towed here. Derek the Service Manager understood my situation and was able to get his crew to assess the problem and get my vehicle repaired and back to me faster than I expected. And the total on my bill was not only reasonable but cheaper than I expected. I feel his professionalism and understanding are of the utmost to be Thankful for, as well as the crew behind him that did my repairs. You guys were able to turn my nightmare into just glitch in my road trip. Thank you so much for your hard work in getting me and my pets back on the road!!!! I truly appreciate you and your crew.Thank You So Much!!!

They are friendly enough and so far no issues with their work. However, I did not get contacted multiple times when they said they would(when part was in, when wrong part came). I had to keep calling them. I did submit detailed feedback in an email and never was contacted. *Update-it's been 2 weeks and my service airbag just came on which they were supposed to fix. Also notice the back of the seat did not get put back on properly. Will reach back out to them and see if they can make it right*2nd Update-they could not resolve the issue after 3 visits. However, their partners in Imperial, NE (HARCHELROAD MOTORS) figured it out shortly after looking at it, and resolved the issue permanently. They had great service and were wonderful. I still question if the original part replacement was even needed.

Stopped in for an oil change, received fast and friendly service. Cost a little more than I expected but needed 2 new air filters so was reasonable. Impressed that they actually showed me filters and asked to replace them before just doing it. Trustworthy in the service department.

We experienced significant engine problems on our 2014 Dodge Ram while towing our camper and returning home from a vacation. We decided to pull off the Interstate and find a Ram dealer in Ogallala Nebraska. The service area indicated it would be a costly and time consuming repair that could not be started in the next week. So, we walked across the street to their used vehicle lot and began looking at a replacement vehicle. By the next day, we completed the purchase of a replacement truck. The sales staff was helpful and friendly and were willing to work with us on issues that came up during the purchase process. Even after we returned home and discovered an issue that neither us or the dealer was aware of, Wolf Auto agreed to pay for the needed repair. We were in a difficult position that day when our truck broke down and Wolf Auto responded the way you would expect from a reputable auto dealer.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful (in the beginning), once the deal is done you are on your own. I had a question in regards to the aftermarket fog lamps and why these are not working, have yet to receive any communication this far concerning my 2017 Ram Laramie 1500 4x4. When we got to our trailer park site, I did give it a quick once over, drivers rear spring is buldged out of shape, the brakes need replaced and one of the toolbox doors don't lock, I have more but I will address all of the issues as we limp home t Florida and our mechanic can give it a much needed once over. If your buying used, please look over everything and point them out to the salesperson, don't do like I did and buy first and then look.

Fast friendly service and willingness to troubleshoot unknown problems. Upfront and honest. we ve never done that before and we re not quite sure how to tackle this problem but we will find out and try. It will be a learning experience. That was the quote from the service department.

I broke down far from home and had my car towed here. They were accommodating since my first phone call asking if it was ok to drop my car off. The gentlemen at the front desk with kind and patient as I was frazzled and sad about my car breaking down on my way home to see family. Then I was able to meet the mechanic who will be working on my car and he provided reassurance that it wasn t as bad as I had thought. So thankful to have broke down close to such a great and friendly auto shop! They even helped me out with a ride to the nearest rental car shop! I m so thankful!! Thanks guys!!

Customer service was absolutely horrible. That wasn't even the worst part about it. When I brought up the experience I had with the front desk worker to the GM I was met with "talk to the owner". It was apparent that confrontation was not his forte while speaking with him and made me upset that this was the Ford service I would receive in this town, and I also began to question the quality of employees here. I will drive up to North Platte to avoid any other experiences similar to what I had here. Would not recommend to anybody looking to shop for vehicle

Very professional and courteous. My vehicle was taken in at the time of they said it would be (early actually) and the service department personnel were extremely courteous and answered all questions to my satisfactdion.

Christina Moore at Wolf Auto completely took care of me, listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, and went above and beyond in making sure I was going to love my new Jeep by educating me on all the features. I really appreciate the level of service she continues to provide, and she follows up with me weekly. A huge thanks to both Luke Schmidt and David Beckius for their amazing assistance as well!

These people are the best. We had car trouble on a Saturday morning heading from Colorado to Chicago. They made room in their busy schedule to get us in and had us up and running in about an hour. The price for the repair was more than reasonable.

My 2014 ford Fiesta sat in the back lot of this dealership from September 2021 to January 2022 waiting for a part that was never ordered. Talk about a runaround. If there were a lower grade, I would select it!

On vacation visiting family in Ogallala on through to Lincoln. I had some problems with my struts on the way and took my car into Wolf Auto when I got into town. They told me it was a simple repair, charged me 98 dollars, and assured me that my car was good to go. Upon my travels into Lincoln, I started to encounter the same problems. I took my car into a local Ford dealership to see what the issue was, come to find out that it was not safe for me to even be driving the car. Came to find out that Wolf did nearly nothing, other than allegedly tighten some bolts, they didn't even replace them with shiny new bolts for the appearance of repair. Well I called to discuss the issue, mind you, I was calm and nothing more than concerned at this time. A man who referred to himself as the "head honcho" informed me that he called the shots and no refund would be given, so no discussion would be had. I can't even tell you how disheartening it is to have a situation handled this poorly. This is an issue of safety, in which people with families rely on the honesty and integrity of those taking care of their vehicles. I have visited Ogallala regularly since before I could talk, more than 30 years. One thing that I always admired was its small town, friendly, blue collar atomosphere. This was most definitely disappointing and I no way reflected the view that I have always had of Ogallala Nebraska, I know this town would be embarrassed by how the "head honcho" runs his department while no one is listening. So if you have repairs to be made, maybe look past Wolf, or go there and talk to the man the myth, the "HEAD HONCHO."

First I would like to say: please read to the end and if you're considering buying a car from here, I'd recommend not! these are ok people trying to make a living! HOWEVER: I recently bought a vw jetta from them and it ran great for a whopping 20 miles! Then it had difficulty starting and then it would randomly die while I was driving! I called them about it and they said to bring it in and they'd check it out free of charge! "That's good!" I thought "they sold me a defective car so I'm glad they're making an effort to fix it!" I thought! I brought it in, they spent 2.5 hours checking it out and then the guy came out and said "its got a loose seal! We fixed it! Yer good to go!" Trusting him I hopped in and tried to start my car! It wouldn't start. So I Hopped out and told them! A very nice man came out and started it with little difficulty, said its fine and said goodbye! I drove it home, turned it off and then tried to go somewhere later that day but it still wouldn't start well! I now cannot get it started. Defective cars put lives in danger! When my car turned off in the middle of the interstate I almost killed people. I am not satisfied with this whatsoever and will not stop until something is done. Their negligent and sloppy behaviour will lead to death! Please consider getting your work done elsewhere!Update: they asked me to send the invoice for the fix of my car which I did! It has been a month since then and I haven't heard a single peep outta them! I'm not sure if theres nothing they can do or if they're just ignoring me! Nevertheless a simple "we're working on it" would be nice! A few other problems arose with the car as well about a month ago but none so serious and expensive as the first!

waited all day for them to simply read the code on my new FORD truck. And by the time they did read the code and diagnose the problem, it was too late in the day to order the parts and it would take three days before the part would come in because it was in Tennessee. Truly ridiculous. I should have gone to Summers in North Platte.

Our Ford broke down during a road trip. The transmission had blown out. We took it to Wolf, as it was the closest dealership. We had to leave the truck to get fixed. We were told, a new transmission was put in and everything was tested, so we could arrange to have our truck shipped back. When we recieved the truck, it was leaking transmission fluid, and is now in a Michigan dealership for repair. Really unhappy Wolf didn't actually test and make sure their install was done correctly.
