They got my car in the day after I called and fixed the issue. The price for the repair was hundreds of dollars less than what I was quoted elsewhere. Galen was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. This is the best experience I've ever had at a repair shop. When my car broke down, Galen got me in that afternoon to take a look at it. The car started for him, after failing a number of times, but he did a thorough check and ran diagnostics. Ultimately, he did no repairs but advised I get it to the dealer for a more thorough diagnostic and see about recall on a part. I am grateful for his help, and also impressed with his patience and kindness.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was driving across Nebraska few years ago when my alternator light would come on intermittently. Eventually it was on most of the time. Waited on a Friday morning for the Ford dealer to open only to find they couldn't get me in until the middle of the next week. They recommended another place but they were booked up and couldn't get us in until Monday. Those folks sent us here and while they hadn't opened yet, the owner was in already working on a vintage car. I explained to him the problem and that we were on our way back to Seattle and he had me pull right in. When his mechanic arrived, he diagnosed the problem, and verified other parts like the battery were ok, replaced the alternator and had us on our way before noon. When I asked about a rest room they showed me the way to one in the back. When I told them it was for my female companion, she got to use their private one in the office. ;-) Great people who took great care of us and my Excursion.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Gayland and staff are great. They have taken care of every issue we have had with our car plus all normal maintenance for the past 5 years. We were traveling through and had power steering problems. They got us in right away, diagnosed problem and had us on the road quickly. Very friendly, shop with integrity and efficiency. Appreciate and highly recommend their services.

Broke down in an 82 Benz. These guys helped me back on the road without shifting me. I have only great things to say about their help. Was recommended by the tow driver and he was right on the money. Thanks!

Absolutely love this place! They fixed my car and when i get my oil changes they check the rest of the car to make sure im good to go. Super friendly staff!
