We were in a pinch and these folks went above and beyond. They put together a basket style cargo carrier to replace the one we had that was failing. Without their help we would have been out a day easy. Thank you for taking the time to help out!!

We have a 06 TJ. The blinker light went out. After trying to just replace the bulb, and that not fixing it. I went back, asking for a flasher, he came out checked the power to it, and went above and beyond to help. He suggested a local shop to help as well.

My family and I were on our way to FairPlay Colorado, when our truck broke down. We were pretty much stuck in this unknown place! We went in to Napa, and we were greeted and treated as if we had known thee employees for years, that was very comforting since we d gone through so much. Thee employee Mark, was such a blessing to us, he helped us, so much this man is honestly our saving grace, our hero! Mark needs to be the face of not only Napa, but of human kind. This world would be better if there were more Marks in it! God Bless you Sir

Lost an alternator traveling through Nebraska pulled into this Napa. They helped with testing my charging system charged upped my battery while I replaced my alternator and gave me tools to use. I dealt with Mark he was super helpful!

Arrived at store at 5:08 pm to find it closed even though the sign in the window said they close at 5:30.

Store was closed at noon and still at one when their business hours stated open till 3. Not impressed
