I truly Loved the aspects of this job and Mandy was super amazing and such a hard worker. What i did not love was being sent sexual memes and texted personally by my boss Dillon Lapp. After expressing that I wouldn't stand for this, he became aggressive and hard to work with. He would yell at me to the point of tears. After Bringing these situations to the owner Sue Miller, she would turn it around on me and tell me that I was too emotional. I was let go 4 days after bringing up these instances to the Owner, as she told me the Job was too stressful. I asked her if her idea of stress and being to emotional had anything to do with how the soon to be owner treated me as well as the 3 other girls before me...She wouldn't acknowledge anything and turned a Blind eye. Not a great place to work, and some of the decisions involving insurance money was borderline illegal.

This is a great body shop. They communicate well and do excellent hail damage repair. I had my car back in less than two weeks, definitely worth the wait to get in. 5/5

Great communication, they helped through the whole insurance process. As a former Auto Collision Technician I tend to look a repair over pretty hard. High quality work. Twin Rivers is the only place we are going to go now.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I hit a deer on November 9th 2022 doing 70 mph. Jim and his crew got my car in the next day at not fault to them and how hard it was to get parts and my insurance being lame they worked their tail ends off for 1.5 months and I got my car back today they were also kind enough to let me use a loaner car as a single mom of 2 boys I am blessed they were able to help me out!!! I highly recommend this body shop for everything they do body work wise I have a special paint color on my Ford edge and you can't even tell something happened to it!!! 5 stars from me!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wish I could give Twin Rivers Body Shop 6 out of 5 stars.This review is long overdue. I was driving through Nebraska on a trip out west (from Wisconsin) in July 2014. I had an accident in North Platte while stopping at a truck stop in which my car received extensive damage (the entire front was ripped off). The next day, all auto body shops were closed (including Twin Rivers). We decided to call Twin Rivers and Jim (the owner) picked up and stated that he would be able to take my towed car that day. Later on that day, with no taxi service in North Platte, Jim was able to arrange for us to be picked up from the hotel, take care of insurance estimates, and let us use a loaner car (for free) until the next day when the car rental shop opens up. We would be coming home through Nebraska again in a little over a week and Jim stated that the car would be done by then. After a great vacation out west, we came back to North Platte to a car that was exactly as it was before the accident. All repairs were completed with a professional touch. The service,friendliness, and professionalism we received exceeded all exceptions. He even gave us an air freshener for the stinky trunk of our rental car. Jim and his staff at Twin Rivers Body Shop handled everything to near perfection. Because of Twin Rivers Body Shop, I was able to experience the vacation of a lifetime. Highly Recommend!

I am a caregiver for Richard Noltsmeir. His passenger front window went down a few days ago and we were unable to get the window backup. I had attempted to cover window with trasbag to keep rain out.Today Richard decided with all the rain he would take it to the shop.We went to Twin Rivers Body Shop and a wonderful gentleman name Jim Williams got up from his break came out to the parking lot.As Richard has Rhumtoid Arthritis and has a time walking.Jim began taking door frame off and working to get the window up.In no time he did just that and told Richard that he thought it may be electrical and would take more time.Richard told him he was happy to have the window up and don't havt to come down.When Richard ask Jim what the bill was Jim said "no charge".Me and Richard both thanked him.I would like to say it is so good to see people who are kind and caring.Jim you truly are a wonderful person. I for one will refer family and friends to Twin Rivers Bodyshop.Excellent customer service and true compassion and caring for others

Wish I could give them 0 out of 5 stars. Took car in for a simple bumper repair, when I went to pick it up the paint on the bumper did not match the rest of the car. It took them four trys before they got it right.

I bring all my vehicles there..i have yet to be dissappointed..owner jim is involved from the estimate to the finished product...on my wifes jeep he called attention to a dangerous mistake a local dealer dealer made,possible saving my wife from a serious accident...thank you

Best body shop in north Platte. Jim will bend over backwards to help you. I 2ould give them 20 stars if it let me.
