Dave and his team did an amazing job, like I didn't even scratch the heck out of my door. And they detailed the inside of my car!! That was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Schrakes for auto body needs!!

I was in a fender bender and made a claim for insurance repair. Never dealt with that before. Shakes customer service made it very easy for me to get my repair and answered all my questions so that it was as painless of a process as possible. When I got my car back I was also pleasantly surprised that they cleaned my car inside and out. I recommend this shop to anyone they went above and beyond my expectations!!!

I was driving down the road, and my tire literally fell off the axel due to my husband replacing the tires and forgetting to tighten the lugnuts. Luckily, just a block away there was an auto shop.I stopped in, and David immediately said he would take a look at it. He walked the block with me, and assessed the damage and brought back tools. All with an awesome demeanor and a smile.My son called him the "best man ever" and this shop went out of its way to help me, stranded on the road.If you want a body shop where the workers have a heart, are good at what they do, and treat you like a person, not a paycheck, GO HERE!!!!Thank you guys so much!!!!

The owner is nice. I think they do good work. It is not the cheapest place in town though. If you have an insurance claim and insurance is going to pay for it, I would go here. If you have to pay for something out of pocket, I'd shop around for a better price.

Terrible service, replaced drivers side headlight with one that did not match the other side,did not offer to fix it, told me if i wanted my headlights to match i would have to order and replace it myself and they would buy back the new one. Once i replaced the headlight myself and brought back the miss-matched headlight they told me they would not refund the money because they did not keep the box they needed to return it in. I was charged $216 for a headlight i cannot use, that retails for $60 on the internet and no reimbursement for labor cost.

These guys are simply the best. I haven't used the others so I can't speak for them. But when you find this level of integrity and professionalism, you don't look elsewhere.
