We were traveling on I-80 when our truck suddenly lost power and broke down. We were not familiar with the area and had no clue who to call or trust to repair our vehicle. Fortunately we were referred to Seevers Auto Repair in North Platte, NE. After we were towed the 20 plus miles to the repair shop in the late afternoon, we thought we would probably be stuck waiting a few days for the repair job. Well the owner Kevin, got us right in and had the truck fixed and we were back on the road within 2 hours! We were so grateful for Seevers Auto treating us right with quick service, honesty, and integrity! If you need your vehicle repaired we highly recommend Seevers Auto in North Platte, Nebraska!!!

These guys are the best! We had a leaky tire on our cross country journey and popped in right before closing. They got us in and out in less than 30 minutes. Kind staff, fair pricing and cute dogs to hang out with while you wait.

Hit a curb & ruined a back tire on my way out of town. Was needing all new tires before winter. Seevers had me on the road by 10:30 a.m.Gary was pleasant and took the time to talk to me of the different options that was available. This was a good experience & I appreciate their help.

Seevers Tire & Auto really came through for my husband and I when we were left stranded in Nebraska on our way back home from our honeymoon. In less than an hour, they diagnosed my car when no one else would help us. The mechanic gave us great advice and was super genuine. These guys were the reason that we were able to make it home the same day in a new truck! I couldn t be more thankful for them. Without them, I don t know what we would have done. Had blow-out on Hwy 80. This place had zero 15" tires. Had to go to Wal-Mart. Unbelievable!

Just moved to the area and I was worried because I have a volkswagon and I was use to taking it to the dealership. However, these guys were able to take care of my maintenance and treated me good. Being a single woman can make going to the mechanic a little intimidating. I can now check finding a good mechanic off my list. I went for what I thought was going to be just a wheel alignment, but Scott found an issue with a section of the steering system as I recall that was the real culprit. So we scheduled that repair then once that was done, got the alignment and tires done. I appreciate the fact that they knew enough about the truck to not just look at what I thought I needed, and they presented it very very professionally!! Worst customer service there is big fat guy at the counter over charged me just get flat tire fixed and when i asked why i was over charged he started yelling at me.

I was traveling through Nebraska on my way to Oregon when I had my air conditioning stop working when it was near 100 degrees. I picked my car up from a Ford dealership the day before and was confirmed everything was good and passed inspection as I was heading out on a road trip. I stopped at the Ford dealership in North Platte and they straight up told me they were booked out for a week and wouldn't even check to see if it was recharged. They recommended another shop down the road to look at it and they were also booked out a week and told me this was too small of a town for them to have a shop be able to look at it the same day. I felt pretty down on my luck when I found Seevers Auto and they thankfully were able to get me in with 15 minutes. They were VERY understanding of my situation and made me feel cared about. It was hot out and they wanted to help a traveler get back on the road. Turns out my vehicle was completely out of Freon and black ice was inside of my unit and froze my fan preventing the ac to blow out cold air. The Ford dealership confirmed my AC to be fine the day prior. This was a quick, cheap fix and was thankful to be back on the road within an hour. Thanks again for everything you guys did for me I will definitely remember this!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Service: A/C installation & repair

We were traveling and stopped to have our water pump replaced due to coolant leaking, and tires changed. They were able to get everything done very quickly and we were on our way, early the next morning. Gary and Kevin were very respectful, clear and transparent about what was wrong with our vehicle. I strongly recommend for anyone traveling as they seemed to genuinely care about those who were traveling. Thanks guys!

We are very disappointed in the price, warranty and service. We had a new clutch put in our vehicle and we re charged almost $1000 more than we were first quoted. After we picked up the vehicle sensors lights came on, ( there were no lights before) they told us to bring it back in, then charged us $800 more for sensors and the car still wasn t fixed.Absolutely would not recommend this establishment to anyone.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I would have given this less than one star if I could have. Stopped in because we were having car trouble on our way to Indiana . I went in and asked if they could look at our car and the man behind the desk was so rude! I would recommend going to anywhere else but here.

We are headed to Texas from Valentine Nebraska. While traveling down US-83 a tire flew off our RV. We tried our AAA, but got no help. We was stranded between Thedford and Stapelton. We decided to take a lug off each tire and limp to North Platte where we called Seevers and they said they could help. We made it but it was late so we got a room and slept for the night. Today we woke and they had to wait for the rain to clear but as soon as it cleared they we fixing the hub, and wheel. This place was amazing and got us back on the road in good timing. I would strongly recommend using place for all you vehicle needs.Service: Tires

While traveling to our home in Colorado, we broke down just east of North Platte on a Sunday morning. We were towed to Seevers Auto in North Platte with significant concerns as to the repairs that might be needed on our pickup. Kevin and his staff at Seevers did an awesome job getting our truck in the shop early Monday morning, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had us back on the road before noon on Monday ... 24 hours after breaking down. We were very impressed with their professionalism, attention to an out-of-town traveler and overall good will. I will be stopping by in North Platte whenever I get a chance to say "hi" to the folks at Seevers. We couldn't be more pleased and recommend them more highly for your auto repair needs!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Broke down on I-80. Had a nice tow service from Hersey NE (Al s towing) move my car. Said today maybe tomorrow and, were finished with the work quickly on the same day. Car runs great! Also the Super 8 next to them was a good price because I went to them for mechanics. Super 8 room is also really nice especially considering the price!Overall I would highly recommend.

While driving across the plains, my car s engine began acting up - stalling while driving. We pulled into Seevers and they immediately took a look at the car, identified a possible problem, did what they could to get us back on the road in a short time. All for no charge. We were traveling through Nebraska and heard a noise in our truck. Best western have us a card for Seevers. They were so accommodating. We went in at 7:30 am. They had our truck done by 10. Very friendly and knew what it was right away. Very fair price. Would highly recommend.

I m from Illinois, drove about 9-10 hours when my check engine light started flashing (it was already on anyway) needed new coil packs and spark plugs ASAP! Called them first thing in the morning, they were booked until next week along with every other shop in town but I needed to be in Colorado the next day. They squeezed me in at 9am, took about 30-40 mins and I was on my way! Very professional and nice people, thanks a ton!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They were so nice and responsive. I needed a quick tire repair as I was traveling thru. They are the first ones to open in the morning and I got right in. They also have some wicked good barbecue stuff along with pickled garlic, jalape�os, pickles and relish!! I loaded up on goodies!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Have done business with Seevers for many years. He has always treated me very fair and honest. His prices are very good. Just take a check instead of a debit card as the banks charge him 4 percent to use card. Will always go back and use him for the service of my cars.

Was passing through when my armada died. It was found to be the maf sensor. These guys got me in fast. The service was great. And they had me up and going very quick. The only thing I had a bit of an issue with was the price of the part. A maf sensor costs around 60 to 90 bucks but I was charged $275 for it. Total cost was $415 with labor. Not really complaining.
