Friendly staff, clean wait area, staff offered something to drink. Work was done on it. They did a great job of making sure no glass fragments were left behind. All in all great experience if you need glass work done.

My teenage daughter took her vehicle in to get a new windshield. When she picked it up it was missing some stripping and the staff member claimed that it was not there when she brought in the vehicle, which was a lie. Instead of owning up to a mistake, he was rude and blamed it on her and said that it must have been stolen since she dropped it off.

Apparently a drop off is less important than anyone that comes in and decides to wait. Per the drop off instructions they estimated 60-90 minutes however after 2 hours when I went to check on it I was informed that since it was a drop off the technician will 'get to it when he has time' certainly leaves a bad taste in my mouth considering how expensive the service is.Service: Auto rear window replacement

They were able to get me in pretty quickly. Did an exceptional job replacing my windshield. They were pretty darn quick also. My only minor complaint would be the cost. Not the cheapest place, but not the most expensive either.

Tried to contact the business all day since 10 am with No answer when I called multiple times, asked a question on their website, guess what no answer. Only to fill out a request for instillation of glass. Went to the business after I got off work, showed up at 4:50 pm on a Thursday. Their business hours are until 5 pm. The business was closed with no sign giving reason why they were closed early. Called their manager who s phone number is posted on the building. She answered with responding it was her day off. She told me to go online to request installation. I told her I had a question about factory tint with my windows. Got no real answer. Called a local business, $100 less and my question was answered right there. Didn t have to hunt them down for it.

This was one of the nicest experiences I've had. These guys are courteous and so helpful. They took care of everything, I didn't have to do anything except hand them my keys.I'll never go anywhere else!

The guy in the office was rude. I w I liked in with my Black lifes matter mask. He looked me up and down and a really rude scuffed then pretty much asked me why I was even doing in the building. I proceeded to tell him I was dropping off my keys for my 9:30 appointment. He did the same scuff and laugh and told me he didn't have a 930 appointment I was really feel out of place at this point. So i showed him my phone. He then agian scuffed and laught and said that is for the 27th.

They don't do the job right, and won't honor their warranty. And then they will talk down to you like its not their problem. Almost Point Blank calling you a liar in the process. To avoid retaliation I'm not even going to provide any other details

Are used to be able to call Safelite to have them come out to where I live and replace a windshield because I lived 2+ hours away now I can t get a hold of anybody live on the phone and every time I schedule online it makes me go to the location of the shop which they never used to do they would always come out to my property but I can t get a hold of anybody live to resolve the issue

I seem to be running into the same issue over and over again... My windshield crack when it goes from hot to cold.... Or vise versa. Only reason im giving a 2 star is because the technitions I have worked with have actually been quite kind.Emailed over a week ago and still no responce...

I can't really say much about this place try calling them and you get sent to their website I can say that the quote I received was about four times as high as the service I ended up getting. Personally I don't like the fact that nobody's there to answer the phone.

Never again will I use Safelite Auto in North Platte. I choose them for the "convenience" that is advertised. I was told to leave my car in the driveway so that the technician could work on it without myself having to stop my busy day. That's why I called Safelite to begin with was because of the advertisement that the customer could do what they needed to do and safelite could take care of. The technician was late; rude and demanding when he came to the door interrupting what I was in the middle of (so yes I was a bit irritated). I asked him about why it was any different than when the technician in Kearney fixed the window previously without me having to be there or without having to unlock my car for him. Also I was told this morning to leave the car in the driveway so that they would have access. The technician was rude that it was too hot (I do understand this concept and was going to pull the car in the garage so that I could eventually get back to what I needed to as I would now have to be out there with them) he continued to talk lecturing me so I asked him to be quiet as I was getting ready to pull the car in. He was aggressive that he was not going to fix it then; that I could just wait until another day then proceeded to call his manager and LIE to her about the events. I will never again use this company. It is my bad for not going to a local friendly hometown store to begin with.

Mobile service was bust so I opted to make the trip to NP, arrived a little early and he jumped right on it, was in an out like lightning! Great service!!
