I recently had a fantastic experience purchasing my new car from Jerry Remus. Brett, Frank and Brad were the epitome of professionalism and made the process seamless and enjoyable. All three employees went above and beyond to understand my needs and preferences, taking the time to listen to my requirements and concerns. What stood out to me the most was the level of customer service, transparency, and enthusiasm. By the end of the process, I felt well informed and confident in my decision because of the way I was treated. I highly recommend Jerry Remus to anyone in search of a new car!

The service staff seems very nice and friendly, however i have never seen anyone ever charge to replace windshield wipers the labor cost 75 percent of what the wipers themselves cost, if i was informed they charge labor for such a menial task i would have declined

I had an absolutely great experience with Frank and the rest of the staff at this dealership. I was driving from Georgia to Montana, and after finding out I needed a new truck they got me in the perfect one. Much better than the dealership across town I will add.

Can I just start off by saying THANK YOU!!! Jeremy and Brad were fantastic and it truly was an excellent buying experience!!! Y all were patient and friendly and definitely went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me in a time when I really really needed it. I really appreciate you guys! Will never buy another vehicle from them again. Have bought 4 vehicles from Remus with Jeremy Epting as our salesman. No issues with the first 3, except when brought in for service. The 4th vehicle was a problem right off the bat. Haven't even owned it for a year and already put $4000 worth of work into it. When we brought it up to the owner he admitted they never did an inspection on the vehicle. We told him the issues we were having and he did fix 2 things but completely over looked the more major issues. We ended up taking it to another mechanic and they did $2500 worth of work to it to make it road worthy. They said they were surprised we were even able to get the vehicle to their shop. Also, do not recommend taking anything to their service department. They are overpriced and the women I've talked to on the phone have an attitude when you question them. I have taken multiple vehicles in for various reasons and haven't been impressed with any of my interactions.

Was 1000 miles from home and passenger front hub assembly went out on 2010 2500HD while towing a Crew Cab Long bed dually from Indiana.After calling all around town they said to stop by and they'd try and work me in.They had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Thanks to the service dept and the tech that knocked it out so fast!

5 out 5 stars for these guys!! Kobe and I were driving out west from the house in Arkansas towards Yellowstone Stone, and we broke down. Just so happens we broke down at one of the best places we could have. 10 miles down the road from these guys. Excellent service, techs, and management. Broke down at 8 threw off the belt and pouring coolant and by 11:00 we are eating lunch and headed on our way!

Their service department is excellent! Best, quickest service we ve found anywhere and everyone is very friendly. We ve had truck trouble twice while traveling I-80, and they ve worked us in and gotten us back on the road quickly both times.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Premier Toyota. Only, 4 months later we were to discover that the vehicle had extensive damage underneath that was patched up and never reported. We met with Garod Remus who is management position of both Jerry Remus Chevrolet and Premier Toyota. He told us that this vehicle should have never been sold by one of his dealerships and he offered to make it right. We did go back to look at what cars were available within the same price range of the one we bought. The manager we met with that day said, he understood Mr. Remus intentions were to make it Right then gave our car a grossly undervalued price. The worst part is that he insulted my intelligence as a woman. He told me I just don t understand business and what he was offering was a good deal. Insulting a woman who has been in the business world isn t good business. No man or women should ever be insulted that way! When an owner says he will make it right he should be a man of his word!

Worst experience I ever had with getting repairs done right the first time I m not someone who provides poor reviews EVER but we went to Jerry Remus while traveling to see my grandkids with our Travel trailer and that s what they did to us Reamed us! After waiting 1.5 days for repairs we got back on the road to find out they didn t tighten the lug nuts down properly resulting in an additional 4500.00 of repairs needed on the same tire/axle . Tire nearly fell off! I tried to work it out with their customer service manager but they just Jerry Reamed us again and demanded the 1000.00 after I cancelled the credit card payment.I paid this bill today , about a year later. It s not even about the money - it s the principle of expecting quality service, ( especially from a Chevy garage) and if you screw up ? Make it right !! Don t stop at this ridiculous poorly managed Chevy garage. A $1000 fix costed me and additional $4500 to have a reputable Chevy garage fix their screws up a few days later. They offered NOTHING to make it right ! - this place is a joke

Purchased our new car in November with Jeremy s help! He went above and beyond to make me feel at ease as my boyfriend was at work that day! So between making numerous phone calls to him and having to take my grandmother to a drs appointment the same day, he made it work with me. We absolutely love the Trailblazer we got and recently just had it serviced. It was fast and great. Heather C. In service was also helpful in explaining everything to me and helping me get in and out. Amazing people there!!!

I wish I could join all the 5 start reviews, unfortunately my experience in the service department with the young ladies there was an absolute a horrible experience, the attitude and the amount of disrespect was unbelievable,. My truck sat in the lot for 12 days and nothing was done to fix it. When I made the decision to take my vehicle back. I had to pay to be able to take my vehicle otherwise I was not allowed to take. That is not correct, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We were on vacation three weeks ago and had an issue mid-trip. We stopped here as it was the only Chevy dealer. They not only got us in right away, but identified the problem and fixed it within a few hours. Not only that, but gave us a loaner so we could go eat while they fixed it. Working with Connie and the manager was excellent and I recommend them to any traveler passing through if you have issues.

I was traveling through Nebraska when I had engine trouble. Jerry Remus was the 6th place I called trying to get my vehicle looked at. Everyone else said they had at least a 2 week wait. That just wouldn't work. They were the only ones willing to work me in. They got to it the same day. Excellent service. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

AVOID this dealership. About 35 days to replace a chevy failed engine under warranty. Customer service is poor. CONSTANTLY waiting for parts. Excuses are free here. We certainly were not a priority customer. We really needed our car finished timely. Push, pull, or tow your car elsewhere. Pathetic service at best. Brian Schroeder*UPDATE* 38 days and car still is not done. Well past not funny.**Update 2** 39 days. Car is not done. No call from service as promised.***Update 3*** Still not done. 3 ring Circus Jerry Reamed-US chevy. Horrible customer service. DAY 40!!

Jerry Remus Chevrolet has a top notch service department. We were driving from MN to CO and came about some truck trouble. They were great at making sure we were taken care of. Sarah called around and organized everything, Frank was fantastic and went above and beyond by driving my husband in his personal vehicle to the car rental and the diesel tech came in on his day off to help us out. If you ever need a helping hand with your vehicle, we definitely recommend Jerry Remus Chevrolet in North Platte, NE.

The sales associate was super nice, took his time with me and let me ask all of my questions, he was super patient and super friendly. He gave me time to make a decision and helped me in any way that he possibly could. However, when it came to financing, we were close to their closing time and I felt like the finance guy couldn't give me the time of day. It was less than 5 minutes and they came back saying they couldn't get me financed, but it never showed up on my credit report.

My husband and I were headed to Yellowstone National Park from Northeast Arkansas when our brand new 2021 Tahoe broke down on the side of the road in Nebraska. We had both been driving all through the night and were exhausted so we felt utterly defeated by this point. We just wanted to make it to our vacation. We got towed to your dealership and our bad day turned upside down. Everyone was so nice and willing to help us. We even had our labradoodle, Darby, with us and they allowed her to come in and they even offered her food and water. They got our Tahoe into the service bay and in an hour or so it was all fixed up and we were ready to go. We had the best experience considering the incident and we would highly recommend y all to anyone we know going into North Platte, Nebraska.

5 star customer experience rating for the team at Jerry Remus! We have dealt with Frank for over a year now trying to find the right vehicle and the right time to buy. Last week was the right time, and Frank just so happened to have the right vehicle. We drove away with a 2019 Silverado RST. I thank Frank and the rest of the Remus team for their patience with us in this important decision! I love my new Silverado!

My wife and I were traveling cross-country (Colorado to Wisconsin) when we noticed a noise while driving. We were planning to overnight in North Platte, and Jerry Remus Chevy was not far from our hotel. We appeared at the service department a few minutes before it opened in hopes that someone would be available to diagnose the noise.As it happened, I was greeted by the service manager before I even got in the door. I explained the issue as best I could, and the manager spoke with my wife as well. She then brought a mechanic over to also hear our descriptions -- all before the shop was open. We were directed to the customer lounge, which was quite comfortable.We had a diagnosis of the problem about 30 minutes later, with a time estimate for the fix of 90 minutes to two hours. We were out the door and back on the road with a fixed car about 10am. They answered our questions, whether directly related to the problem or not.Going in, we were afraid that we might have to stay another night in North Platte without even knowing what was wrong. Jerry Remus Chevrolet's care for us (even with little likelihood of repeat business!) was amazing!

Drove 4 1/2 hours to come look at a car. I was told if I made the trip, they were ready to make a deal with me. They advertised 1 owner, no accidents, local trade. Car fax indicated that the majority of the servicing was done at their dealership. When I got there however, the car had clearly been in a wreck. Front end bumper didn't line up, paint runs, shield under the front end was missing, etc.... I got in the car and was told they cut the wire to the amplifier so the radio didn't work. The tube for the windshield wiper fluid was dangling when lifted the hood. It didn't work and was unconnected. Then I was told someone put a battery in wrong and the car blew a bunch of fuses. The rims from the photos did not match the rims when I showed up and it had 4 bald tires. I had no intention of buying the car but I threw out a low number just to see what they would say and they came back with.... Sticker price but we will fix the amplifier we cut power to. Thanks so much for wasting 10 hours of my life that I will never get back. The funniest part about the whole trip... They told me I could not find this vehicle within a 500 mile radius. I bought the same car 10 minutes away from my work 2 days later. This place is a joke! Oh and 1 more thing.... I think it came out in conversation that the "accident free" vehicle may have hit a deer.

I had the best experience at Jerry Remus Chevrolet. I experienced a error code on my 2017 Chevy Colorado regarding the DEF fluid being bad and my truck was going to be put into Limp Mode by the computer. It was Saturday afternoon and I figured that everybody would be closed. I decided to stay the weekend in North Platte and take my chances on bringing my truck to the dealer first thing Monday Morning. I arrived early at 7:45 on Monday and Connie the Service Manager was already open for business. I told her the problem I had experienced on the road and that I was 1200 miles from home. She was very understanding of the situation of me being from out of town. She said that she would get their diesel mechanic on the problem ASAP. Almost 2 hours after I brought the truck in Connie came to tell me that the issue was fixed and the error message was reset and no further problem. Turned out the the DEF fluid was bad and that they had to drain and refill the DEF fluid tank. I just want to say a Big Thank you to Connie and the entire Jerry Remus staff for being so helpful. I would always recommend them if I have a chance. The ending of the story is that I made home 1200 miles to the west with no further issues. GREAT JOB Connie... Thanks Again

My husband and I purchased a Cadillac vehicle from Jerry Remus last week. Our salesman Dale was great to work with. I truly felt like he was an honest person and he was straight forward with us about every detail. He always called when he said he would and followed up on questions I had. Jared who did our financing was very knowledgable, easy to communicate with, and treated us like friends from the moment we met him. They both even stayed late to accommodate our schedules. We were considering other vehicle at other dealers but made the choice to buy at Jerry Remus because how comfortable the two of them made us feel. We will definitely go back for our next purchase.

So I did purchase a vehicle with you guys. Frank was wonderful, however it was probably one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. I do enjoy the vehicle I purchased, but there was no budging on anything with prices or trade in value whatsoever. You guys gave me $1,000 for my trade in, which was certainly low and today I see it listed for almost $6,000. I owed $2700 on it so essentially I flopped - which I figured would happen just didn't think it would be that amount. Also, someone was supposed to call me Monday with a deal on some new tires for my vehicle as the back rear tires are chopped. Haven't heard a single word from anyone. Also when working on my loan, we specifically asked that I be listed first and my husband as co, that did not happen and unfortunately increased our interest rates.Although we appreciate the time and effort put in on our purchase, it could have been so much better than what we received.It just so happens that we are in the market for a new truck and I know where we won't be looking as I have certainly learned my lesson and will not be returning.

traveling from Iowa to Colorado to snowmobile, truck trouble on a saturday.Jerry was fantastic, getting us in and finding the problem. Keeping a snowmobile trailer till we got back. Had truck up and running. Thanks so much for showing the boys the thrills of a nice car. Happy with the 2015 Silverado I bought but they could ve did better with explaining my trade in and why they offered me so low and then once I bought the truck the headlight was out on my drive home back to Douglas Wyoming when I got pulled over and told my headlight was out and I called to let them know and they just seem to like that sucks you bought it as is...it just upsets that I put trust to them with services and making sure it was all good for me...and honestly I m not sure if this is a Wyoming thing or not but when someone buy a new vehicle it s a custom to put a full tank of gas especially since I drove far and had to fill up my tank half way to get there and gave them pretty much a full tank in my trade it and then had to put another full tank in. I thought they were great selling it to me and being patient with me and getting my finance situation done. All in all it was worth the trip just wish some things happened differently
