Allison and Doug are phenomenal! Would highly recommend for all your trailer needs. I had a broken axel and they replaced it in no time for a reasonable price and worked with my schedule to get it done in no time! Great people and great service!

Oh my god, Doug and Allison are my hero s, angels really.I crashed my friend s RV about 10 minutes from their shop at the gas station near the Walmart in town. The way I hit the RV, the bottom cargo doors jammed and we could not open the ones with electric and waste dumping . I did this at about 7pm just before we were getting to our campsite for the night. I just felt like the worst person in the world. In my panic I scrolled through google repair shops and called the ones open that late. Doug was my third call. The other two said they couldn t help with that and I think Doug was going to say the same but maybe recognized the desperation and panic in my voice and told me to come to him and he would see what he could do. I found out later from Allison that they had just finished supper and he was going to close up the shop when I called. What lovely humans. We were just driving through, they didn t know us, and they decided to help. Things have been so intense in the world and these humans just decided to be kind. My mind is just completely blown. Doug fixed the door so it would open . I have no idea how people like Doug do what they do. It s completely outside of my expertise. It was like watching an artist at work. This could have been way more awful but Doug took a great deal of stress out of the rest of our trip to GA and I will forever be eternally grateful. It was also quite affordable. I only wish I was someone with money I can blow because I would have given them so much more for their skill, expertise, kindness, etc. Thank you both, genuinely, thank you.

Can t say enough good things about them! I was stranded with a load of cattle and a blown out tire no one else would even touch and they just rolled up and asked if I needed any help and gladly changed out my tire when no one else would on a Friday night! I recommend them to anyone in need of assistance! Thank you!

Doug and Allison saved us a couple of weeks ago when a leaf spring broke on our RV while traveling I-80. Allison guided us off the interstate to a two-lane highway and contacted us multiple times for 100 miles to guide us to their shop outside of North Platte, NE. She kept in touch by phone to be sure our situation wasn t getting worse and that was really reassuring. We didn t arrive until after 5 when many businesses would have turned us away until the next day, but they welcomed us. Doug had the needed spring on hand and did a great job, had it installed within an hour. Not only did he work late, the bill was so reasonable. They could have taken advantage, and we would have had no alternative, but THEY DIDN T! So fair! Since we couldn t make it to the campground we reserved, they recommended a local campground. They took the stress out of a very stressful situation! These folks are wonderful people. We highly recommend them! Thank you Doug and Allison!

We were coming through town and stopped for gas finding our camper trailer was losing it s undercarriage cover. After a couple of calls we were given the phone number of this wonderful business. They advised us how to temporarily repair to get to their facility, and upon our arrival they stayed and worked until we could get back on the road safely. Amazing dedication and kindness. We were so lucky to find them!

I cannot say enough great things for the service Outlaw provided or how grateful we are that they got us back on the road. Day 1 of our vacation and we were traveling westbound through Nebraska with our travel trailer (camper), we came over a bridge and our left side leaf spring snapped, knocking the axle loose and driving the tire into the wheel well, smoke rolling out. We were in a bad situation on the side of interstate 80 with semi s flying by at 80 mph and unable to move. Keep in mind this is a Saturday afternoon, we started looking for repair shops but everyone was closed up for the day, and not open on Sunday. It was looking grim that we would be able to continue down the road until Tuesday, not the way you want to start your vacation. We called Outlaw and Doug started driving our way, he got us patched up enough to get us off the interstate and out of danger. They had the parts on hand and once we were in a safe place, performed all of the necessary repairs, replacing the left and right side springs to know the job was done right (Doug s words). He was an excellent mechanic, worked efficiently to get both sides replaced and even torqued the lug nuts with a torque wrench (the sign of a great medicine who cares). We ended up making it to our final destination because of Doug and his wife, they completely bailed us out. If you need service, emergency or regular maintenance, use Oultlaw! I will be keeping their number handy for future trips through Nebraska, you can be sure of that.

Traveling West through Nebraska and had a leaf spring break on the trailer which chewed up the tire pretty bad. Checked Google for a trailer repair shop near me and saw the 5 star reviews for Outlaw. Gave them a call and Doug was able to get me right in and fix my issues. He even found an additional problem with the spring mounting bracket on the other axel. Fast repair at a fair price, would definitely recommend Outlaw for all your trailer repair needs! Thanks Doug and Allison!

I can't express enough for the above and beyond these great folks provided. We had a broken axle on the trailer and they were closed and leaving town, but before they did, they saw they had what we needed and arranged with someone they knew and trusted to do the work and got us set up and helped out. These guys know their business and and genuinely care.

Going eastbound through Nebraska last Friday we had trailer brake issues. Stopped at Ogallala and talked to a few shops there that were too busy to help. Made it to north platte and started making calls. Called over a dozen shops and no one could help for weeks. Found Outlaw Trailer Repair on google and called. Doug was able to look at it early Friday afternoon. He got me going again and even had two used tires to replace a pair that was worn with flat spots from the brakes grabbing. I about fell over when he gave me the price. I don t know how he stays in business charging so little. I really appreciate Doug finding time to look at my trailer fast and getting me going. I will call him again if I need service. Can t express how thankful I am for his knowledge and time.

Outlaw trailers!!!! If your looking for good honest people, this is the place to go. They took care of our 1974 Argosy. We where stuck in Nebraska heading home to Colorado. Bearings blew on our old girl. Great people, great prices! Thank you again, from your new Colorado friends. Bill and Angel

I was in north Platte and stuck with no trailer brakes. Gave me directions to there shop and fixed the issue in 30 mins at Like 7pm great honest people incredible pricing. Will definitely use them again and would refer to everyone!!!!!

Absolutely God sent. Gave me an ETA and arrived accordingly. Fixed my blown out wheel bearing on my trailer on I-80. Great people and great service. Definitely would recommend .
